.....and Leetpools is again threatening the stability of this coin by having close to 100% hash rate!
They are pushing 210 MH/s with any of the other pools only contributing a few Mh/s.
The result is that with few exceptions, all blocks are found at Leetpools and all bonuses are going there,
while the other pools are finding no blocks (Engineerspools is now over 1,000,000 shares and no block found)
so I don't blame miners that they want to mine with a pool that is big and finds many blocks,
but this is pushing all smaller pools to the point where their miners are tired waiting and consider joining the big pool,
removing the last little protection that this coin has from forking away.
I suggest that the dev and Leetpool operators sit together and decide on a strategy,
one possibility is to split Leetpool into two and move half the miners to the second copy,
because all big rig miners are at Leetpools enjoying the bonuses for their bad decision to jeopardize the coin so getting
rewards for bad behavior (instead of stabilizing the coin) and the rest is punished for their efforts to stick with other pools.
I see that the miner chaoren has made the effort to switch to Engineerspools for a while, but since there are no rewards
(no blocks found) he went back to mine with Leetpools where every 8 minutes the next block brings some reward.
So, dear dev - if you want to save this coin, find a way to spread the miners and *not* further reward the biggest pool even more!

Edit: while I was typing, I see that Leetpools is now pushing his miners to try one of the other pools, but I think a much harsher move is needed to get them to really spread the hash rate, 3% of a constant payout is just a little nag, not a major reason to move.

First of all, we are in touch with the dev. We are making an effort to try and move the hashes to other pools. We have first closed the registrations since about the end of the first day of launch. Second of all we have raised fees to 3% to try and move miners off. Splitting the pool into two is not a bad idea, but the problem is we can simply move or funnel people to the other pool, THE MINERS will have to make the switch, to the other pool. Also, that wont necessarily help... if we do that, and split the hashrate, does that solve the problem? We will still possess the network. So if you have any suggestions I am open to it, but I will not jeopardize our miners who chose to stay with us.

On the flip side:

Do understand that there is a reason that miners chose to mine with us. We survived several attacks and DDOSs and was STABLE. While other pool owners were trying to get their pool together (no offense to other owners), we were up, running, and stable. No apologies there. We are here for the long run, and we will continue to provide amazing support.

So again, if you have any suggestions, I am open to them, but I do not want to punish my miners any more than 3% because they chose to mine with us.

Correct, it is a temporary measure to help get hashes to the other pools.

I do understand why people choose to mine with you, heck - there is a reason that I frequently sit down to do the math whether the
payout of a pool matches what I expect in return for my hash rate - else I better move to a pool that pays out honestly (I have exposed
some cheating pools that were not paying out what they should, simply because I do my due diligence)
Not saying anything bad about you or your pool - miners make decisions to mine with a certain pool.
If a coin is extremely difficult to mine (as this one was in the beginning) then it is very tempting to go to the biggest pool
that pays out most frequently because they find more blocks (even though the payout is much lower, it really does not matter in
the long run *where* you mine, as long as the pool is running correctly, the rewards only depend on your hash rate, not the pool's.
The smaller pool just means *larger* rewards, less frequently.

Anyway - I checked the network hash rate and the various pools once more and I suddenly noticed that Cryptopool is now finding as many blocks as Leetpools, both have 4 blocks in the last hour.
Network hash rate is 182Mh/s, Cryptopool is reporting 100Mh/s and Leetpools is reporting 230Mh/s ?
Something is not adding up here!
It appears that the network problems are not as big as I thought,
Leetpools is just reporting an inflated pool hashing rate, but from the found blocks it appears that there are
two almost equal pools: Leetpools and Cryptopool, each having close to 50% of the network hash rate.

Ok, it seems that CryptoPoolMining is the next largest pool, and they have solved the blocks that our pool has not solved, and are both reporting being on the same block correctly.

I will be opening registration and lowering the fee down on our pool within the next 12 hours if the other pool continues to be stable.

Don't take my word for it - ask the Dev if he agrees to this proposal!
I see that the Cryptopool's block finding rate has dropped a bit and your pool has a string of 11 blocks in a row finding,
so it appears that it was just temporarily that the other pool appeared at the same hash rate, it appears that your pool
still has at least 3/4 of the total hash rate, judging by the recent block found, so it sounds unwise to me to add more to the pool
and further de-stabilise this coin!

What's actually happening with this Coin's Network Dev?

NETWORK Hash Rate: 199 Mhs
Pool 1's Hash Rate: 254 Mhs
Pool 2's Hash Rate: 132 Mhs

199 = 254+132
199 = 365

Wonder how!!! Who played a nice game to gain miners or my math is the problem? Or Sorry if its something else. Not to attack or blame any one.

getmininginfo is currently displaying the network hash average for the last 120 blocks.
We will be releasing a new wallet tomorrow as an OPTIONAL update which will show the real time hash using getmininginfo .
