Fiat Vs Cryptocurrency, which would you choose?

my country only supports crypto as a commodity, automatically there is nothing I can do to link it to currencies. many things are still relative and fiat are still the main economic protocols.

crypto is technology, and I talk about the potential of decentralization. I support it in the aspect of global investment. This will not end by determining which currency is better, but to what extent fiat and crypto can continue to moderate the development of world economy.

Cryptocurrency is an investment tool in my opinion. Like gold dollars. It makes sense to use it for short-term money transfers as well. Because we are able to send money with very low commission to very long distances. There will be an even more widespread use in the future.

Both has the importance to the user, for me I currently use fiat and cryptocurrency. We cannot deny the fact that fiat are still very important since this is traditionally use. In cryptocurrency, it has also a big impact to us since more advantages we enjoyed.

There is nothing to choose about as we need both of them, we cannot live at the moment with only cryptocurrency as it is not yet fully adopted, but we can live now even without crypto, if only fiat. Crypto is just one way tool for now for us to learn investing and once it is fully adopted in most countries and by most people then that will be the time we can able to choose.

you alright we can not live with only cryptocurrency. in daily life we need fiat money, cryptocurrency not replace fiat money anymore it makes difficult if you choose only cryptocerrency your crypto more useless when you convert it to fiat money, you need cryptocurrency for investment or your side jobs so the best choice are both.

I'll go with fiat money, fiat money have a great role and function in our economy. It is a reality that if we have cryptocurrencies, we still exchange it to fiat money in order to buy things that we desire. There are only few stores that are accepting bitcoin and I still need to use the fiat money in order to buy my needs and wants in order for me to live. But in terms of investing, I will go eith cryptocurrencies because its price is deflating while the cash is inflating.

I also choose crypto because for me crypto has more attractive features than fiat. We can use fiat only for temporary use and it will get us goods we need but with crypto we can make our future and it will give us profit, we can use it at the time of need without any problem so we should prefer using crypto.

Why do we need to choose between crypto and fiat when we  have crypto we convert it to fiat before we use it right?  How Ironic it is.  I think we dont need to choose between the two because they are both useful for us. In fact fiat still the one currency that all people used because bitcoin was not accepted to other country.

This means without investing just keeping it in the wallet will give us an increase in the value when compared along with the fiat. Yeah you are right both money is very good for all of us but the  Cryptocurrency is very good for investment so in this way when those people have no lack of money then they need to start investment in Cryptocurrency which will give them a lot of profit in short period of time.

But you are only thinking on the short term implications of using fiat or cryptocurrencies, a coin like bitcoin has grown almost exponentially since it was created while the value of the fiat in your pocket does nothing but to go down, so when you see things from a long term perspective it is easy to see who is the best.

Besides the fact that cryptocurrencies cannot be easily be spent plays to our advantage since that means that you have to hold your coins since you cannot easily spend them and this means you have a better chance to capture positive movements in the market and make money thanks to it.

That is the main reason why fiat is still the king in the monetary system because bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not widely accepted so it is a hindrance for people to choose cryptocurrencies over fiat. In my honest opinion, there is nothing wrong to choose fiat over cryptocurrencies because you can still do a lot of things with fiat like use it as a capital on different investments.

If you want to use it as a currency or a mode of payment, then I have to admit that fiat is better under current circumstances. Bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies are more suitable for usage as speculative investment assets, and not as mode of payment. High and volatile transaction fee, and the delays in getting confirmations are some of the disadvantages of using BTC for this purpose.

Whichever bitcoin, gold or bank interest offers a better income. I'm a bitcoin investor. It is always reasonable to split the portfolio can get a little under. Now why would people use paper money? And then your funds will get confiscated by the government. They will ask for explanation. You will be facing lots of trouble when trying to bank your cash or transfer them anywhere. You will see that you will be paying the government more than what you will be spending. If I were you, I would prefer taking bitcoin or any other crypto currency, rather than accepting fiat currency. Just take it and leave for a country that is more crypto friendly!

Well this is all assuming that I got the million dollars in some sort of legal way. Then I wouldn't have such problems with the government.

Yes. Crypto has still a big room to grow so it will still developed more in the next years to come. If i were to chose, i prefer them both. I need them both because i need fiat at the moment and crypto for my future investments and make profits intended for my retirement days.

Thinking about it I might just take the million dollars in Bitcoin. Chances are that it will go up in value. Though with the fiat I might be able to buy it, buying a million dollars worth might be very difficult.
