For me now the main purpose of gambling is to make more money but I got introduced to gambling for the fun associated with it. Also, I played for few months just cos I liked the game (Especially card games) and all the tactics associated with it. Though now, it is just to get monetary benefit out of it. Be cautious just in order to make more money you do not end up losing more money beacuse it is quite possible that you may win little but your greed to make more you end up playing more and that can take ur money as longer you play more chances of losing increases . |

For me now the main purpose of gambling is to make more money but I got introduced to gambling for the fun associated with it. Also, I played for few months just cos I liked the game (Especially card games) and all the tactics associated with it. Though now, it is just to get monetary benefit out of it. I don't think that you can use gambling to make money, it is difficult to do that. You should think twice about that, and if then you can use gambling for fun, that will be better because you can enjoy the games. But you should remember that you must control your money over gambling because if you can not do that, you can lose all of your money in any second. |

In my own personal opinion, the main purpose ofngambling is to give entertainment and leisure time, but for others they think gambling is for an easy way to earn money. My reason why i am here in gambling because i enjoy gambling on how i earn money with it and it gives me entertainment at the same time, but if i don't have no time to waste i think you shouldn't be gambling and focus on the things that i need to do. Well gambling is indeed an easy way to earn money but that depends on your luck because if you are lucky then gambling is a good way to get big returns but if your not then gambling isn't the best thing for you. For me, gambling is only good for entertainment and leisure time and winning is just a plus just to make gamblers excited when they play. Even we can easily say it is an easy way to earn money but take note it is also a way to lose our entire money. Even you have luck or not it still not a good way to earn money because some professional gamblers also lose their money so for me it is not an easy way to earn money. You are definitely right that gambling is for entertainment only. Same with you mate, I always use my leisure time to play gambling but before I play I already alloted a certain amount of money that I will use in playing. |

I am a gambler but the reason why I gamble is not “mainly” to make money. Let us not be hypocrites here and say we are doing it for fun, there are times when we play, we feel this urge to continue not because we are having fun but because we feel something big is coming and its on our favor thats why we continue. Having fun is just part of gambling because if you are not having fun while doing it, more likely, you will shift to another kind of hobby. |

I am a gambler but the reason why I gamble is not “mainly” to make money. Let us not be hypocrites here and say we are doing it for fun, there are times when we play, we feel this urge to continue not because we are having fun but because we feel something big is coming and its on our favor thats why we continue. Having fun is just part of gambling because if you are not having fun while doing it, more likely, you will shift to another kind of hobby. But that is fun, to chase that big thing that waits for you. I know exactly about what you are talking about, its the moment when you think that big win is just around the corner and you need to play a bit more and if possible to rise bets. We gamble cause money is involved, of course we like to win more then we like to lose, but in gambling both are part of the game, you cant win all the time, or lose all the time, but you can have fun while you play. Deep inside we all like to make money, its normal, nobody like to lose, but when you gambling you need to be aware of the fact that you can lose everything in seconds. |

Casinos/Online Casinos is here for a reason, they are here to make money from the gamblers who are also wants to earn more thru gambling. You have to think for the best reason why you are playing and if you’re not satisfied then you can stop playing. If you don’t have much time to play of course you don’t play since your focus is on a different industry. For short, it's a risky business where the winnings are always in the house. So if you're thinking that casinos are made for us, partly yes for entertainment but mainly not. The one who really benefits in this game is the owners of the casinos. We, players, are those who feed them when we're losing. To start with it's always about making money which is why a few gambler which lose on the early stage tend to exit from it. But once you win some money the beast inside you is unleashed. You suddenly realize that making money was never this easy and you just go crazy for it. It's actually the ecstasy which comes with the feeling of clicking a button which decides your luck as to whether you would earn or lose money. However I feel that no matter what is the winning amount after some while gambler keeps on playing in hope of a win one day which could change his fortune but he doesn't realize that even that one win would not be able to do anything good to him because he really is playing for the thrill that comes while playing. |

There are so many reasons to gamble that we can't put all of those under one umbrella, there are many different reasons to gamble and there are many people who gamble. Sure, there must be SOME people whose main purpose of gambling is making more money but that doesn't mean it is true for every single gambler, it is only true for some of them.

But if you lose there is someone that wins and you are making someone happy. And gambling is not always to make more money sometimes it will drain your money with nothing left and it is not fun at all if you don't have a lot of money to bet. But I guess if they compare their loss and their winning, their loss will still bigger than their winning. Of course, we will feel disappointed and sad if we lose, but we cannot do anything since, in gambling, we depend on luck, so we don't need to expect to win the jackpot prize. As long as we can having fun with some games we like, and we don't think about the jackpot prizes, then there is nothing we should worry about except you want to play longer. But if you lose there is someone that wins and you are making someone happy. And gambling is not always to make more money sometimes it will drain your money with nothing left and it is not fun at all if you don't have a lot of money to bet. Just bet what you can afford to lose.
Gambling is not to earn money but it is to risk your money for more money. Earn for me means that you can do it without risking your money but in general gambling is taking a risk of your money to double it or even more. Gambling for entertainment is always better, if we have thia kind of mindset then gambling wont give bad effects to our life but if we think that gambling is to double our money then we will get the worst eventually. |

I got into gambling, especially card games for the fun associated with it and for the love for the game ( Poker, blackjack). I got into online trading just to get monetary benefit and earn some gains. Now a days, i guess it is more about money than the fun. Whenever I want to earn some side cash, I do turn to gambling. For fun, I play sports and other stuff. Over all, it has been about earning more money ! |
