Many gamblers are gambling because they want easy money and that is the truth. They are willing to spend many many money just to win in gambling. I can't say that they are stupid because that is their decision but I think they are just addicted into it that they will sacrifice everything for the sake of money.

If you are asking if it is the main purpose, many will say yes including me. Some are saying that it is for fun. Yes it can be but there are many ways to enjoy why you spend many money and go gambling .

Most of us is playing gamble games for us to gain money or get more money because some of us plays gamble in an easy way or born to be a gambler. Yes I cannot say that they are not correct because I can say myself that I get more money in gambling and it becomes one of my source of income nowadays.

You think there people who are born gamblers?  Well, If people are born risk-takers, it's possible that some are born gamblers. Besides, taking risk = gambling (in my opinion).
However, such gamblers will most likely be skill-based gamblers. If anyone succeeds as luck-based gambler, that person probably knows something the world doesn't know.

Luck based winnings are not usual in gambling and this only happens once in a blue moon. What really matters here are your skills especially of understanding the betting amounts and the time for entry and exit. I will suggest not betting simply assuming that our luck is going to help you out. You shall treat gambling as a proper game in order to get maximum benefits out of it.

Its main purpose should be to give entertainment and excitement to those wants to have it, and not to make money out of it, because it's really hard if you are going to do that,  and I will not gamble at all if I have limited time in my life, but of course, it's a case to case basis there are people who gamble for money.

That is what we should do if we want to play gambling. Without having a passion for making money, we can try to enjoy the games although we spend money on gambling games, we don't forget that we need to stop gambling if we think it's enough. It is better to play the game as entertainment than to play the games to make money because that will be hard to win.

People have different views on gambling, there are people who see gambling for fun but the majority of the gamblers are seeking for profit. It is the reality because in gambling there are only 5 outcomes and these are win small, win big, lose small , lose big and the last is breakeven. I'm a type of gambler who seek both fun and also profit, if I'm bored I play gambling and also if I'm broke I also playing gambling.

I think that gambling has no purpose to get started .Usually people fall victim to it when they find it interesting to play such games or try to seek entertainment. But as the time passes people try to seek monetary benefits from it and hence gambling becomes purposeful. Me myself considered gambling as one of my source of income, so I would say that yes its true the one of the purpose of gambling for me is to earn money ,and to gain more learnings. It teaches me many ways that I can apply in trading too, and in real life also. We always make money in gambling, and unfortunately sometimes we also lose.

I think to be practical I have to choose both. Gamblers keep gambling because they entertained very well and at the same time they will probably gain profit. There's nothing wrong if you gamble and hoping to win, but beyond that, it is not good to hunt money in gambling.

Yeah the only purpose for gambling must be enjoyment instead of just seeking money and earning more, I think it would lead a person in mental depression if he want to win but lose every time. What you have said is true, I haven't seen an established casino shutdown themselves because they are bankrupt but instead of that, they are expanding and adding more features that's going to get more players. But you shouldn't forget too that we humans created gambling and that is to find for something that can be enjoyable and get incentive while getting involved to that activity. The given example aren't really the deflection of what gambling is but it's the reason why most gamblers are in it.
