Let's not talk about all gamblers like they are the same, I have talked about before how I do not gamble for money at all, to me gambling is something I have fun with and that's it, I do not see it as anything more. I personally feel like the best thing I could do with gambling would be to win money only to gamble even further, the less I deposit the more I am happy about it but in the end I know that I will gamble all my winnings and lose them, the difference between me gambling and losing versus me gambling and winning is the simple fact that when I win, I end up gambling even more to lose all of that, and that is very cool. But in no way or shape I ever gamble so I could make big profits and withdraw that and spend that, never have I done that before.

You are right. It is the way to secure the prize from winning a certain gambling game. In several cases, after winning, the prize can disappear instantly if we continue playing and force our selves to have bigger prizes. It is better to break temporarily after winning and continue playing again tomorrow. Make our mind calm first!!

It doesn't mean that if you are gambling is you want to earn money. I use crypto currency in many different ways like mining, trading and gambling. I think you are wrong with the word "traders" that you used and it should be "gamblers".
Anyway, most of the gamblers think of the same way. They think that gambling is a form to make money in a quick and easy way. Although there are some gamblers who are just gambling for entertainment, deep inside they also want to earn money but still there are a few ones who are just gambling for fun at all. These are the disciplined ones.
The main purpose of gambling for me is to earn money in a quick way and I know that most of the gamblers think the same too. Experiencing and doing this once is still ok but doing it twice or thrice then there is a problem already.

It is not only you who are experiencing this kind of situation. Even me when I'm still gambling experienced this. After I won in my sports betting when I'm still new to gambling, I choose not to withdraw my total funds which got tripled at that time and that is a bad decision for me. My opinion on gambling would be based on my personal experience. So this is just sharing my thoughts on gambling and how one maybe able to earn money with that.

There is a big difference between a gambler that gambles because he just wants to gamble and a gambler who gambles smartly. The best smart gamblers in my opinion are poker and baccarat players and so far I have met many that can gamble smartly as if they are treating the game as a business. You are right. When someone only focuses on earning money in an instant way, it makes him be out of control. Indeed, he probably plays massively till winning the gambling games with the amount of money as he dreams. However, the chance is rather small in gambling, even some games are purely based on luck. But you did withdraw 165 EUR initially, didn't you? That's still a good win!

As for your another 400 EUR won, it's a pity you lost it, but let's look at the bright side. You won 165 EUR, and later learned a lesson on how greed can make you lose 400 EUR, BUT without losing a dime of your own money! (You were playing with those 80 EUR won previously, IIUYC).

If winning were simple there would be zero houses actually. But it's not like they want everyone was losing all the time. In this case there would be no gamblers. So, basically, what casinos want is that wins on their site were compensated by losses, more or less, and they were earning from the house edge.

As for us gamblers, there are rules to follow if we don't want to turn our gambling activity into pure hell, and the most important one is to never even think of making our living from gambling.
