What's your refund policy?

And also how much warranty?

I echo these questions, but I haven't seen a response yet. Anything on these, SyRenity?

Sorry, missed these ones during the launch rush.

The full TOS is here:
http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/pages/terms-of-sale

In a nutshell:
  • All sales are final, we guarantee to deliver the ASIC units on time and per the announced specifications (we bound on this to our VC investors as well!).
  • DOA - 14 days within purchase, via RMA procedure defined in TOS.
  • Warranty - 90 days limited, assuming no modding was done to the units.

The PSU is 1050 W/h rated by the manufacturer, However, it's able to pull up to about 1300 W/h at the wall.
It's actually the system limiting factor. We're experimenting with a larger PSU as well.

That means this PSU is terribly inefficient, 80% at best.

Sorry, missed this one too Smiley.

We do ship to the US, prices can be found through the order process. Shipping usually takes a few days, depending on the shipment address.

Delivery dates communicated or acknowledged by Spondoolies in the Order Confirmation are approximate only

You are *not* guaranteing a delivery date. Are telling us that even if you are late to deliver, you will deny all refund requests?

Sorry for the brief off-topic comment,

There is a forum user who is really upset that this is a product being sold by an Israeli company due to his complaints he has about the activities of the government there. This poster keeps making post after post in this thread and others. I've been trying to convince him to keep his complaints in the appropriate subforums, and have been moving or deleting posts that he makes in inappropriate places. It would be helpful everyone could avoid responding to him if he posts here again since it just makes for more posts I need to delete.

Ouch. I can buy 8.7BTC right now (Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 4:24:16 PM UTC) for $5360 from Coinbase. Do you think this miner will generate more than 8.7? I don't.

Wow - the bundle was sold out in less then 12 hours since we launched!

Thank you for your confidence in us, we are (and will) work our butts off to justify it.

So I wanted to order from you (I'm in Israel) but it says you do not ship to Israel.. and now I missed the 1st batch.

Could you explain why can't I order to Israel ??

Because once you find out the miner cant meet the specs... they can be sued?
