Seems Best_Change forgot to announce the newly added rules. Here is it;

- We reserve the right to modify/add campaign rules, change pay rate, accept/deny posts, remove/accept participants, and stop the campaign at any time for any reason. We are not obliged to explain any decision taken by our team. You are applying to this campaign means you have accepted our rules.

Even if Best_Change didn't announce it, we all know it is the absolute right that can be done by the campaign owner anytime. IMO, Best_Change has done everything properly + trying to make a decision in a fair way both for the participants and for the BestChange interest itself. Also, Best_Change is likely to remind people that this campaign isn't for bad quality posters. Just understand it, guys!

Don't listen to them Francis Freeman. Your best chance of getting accepted is applying in this thread multiple times a day without reading any of the previous posts. Trust me. Campaign managers love that kind of thing. It shows dedication and that is your best way to get accepted.

It looks like a thread of spam now. (I remember the Chipmixer signature thread mods cleaning there)

We see that there are two main types of signature campaigns: 1) with payment for each post separately, where the required number of posts per week is not fixed, and 2) with payment per week in general, when you need to write the minimum number of posts to get a reward.

In fact, both types have their disadvantages. Including in matters of  spam combating. Therefore, we decided to modernize our payment method and try to combine both types of campaign payments in it. We hope, it will reduce spam and make the conditions  more comfortable for our participants.

The new payment terms:

We will pay minimum for 10 and maximum for 25 posts per week with the following payrates:
- Full Member $1.8/post
- Sr. Member $2.8/post
- Hero Member/Legendary $3.6/post

Since the new terms do not worsen the position of the participants, but make them better, the new terms take effect immediately.

If you check the application form you will see that Best Change already included merit as a factor when choosing new participants. Minimum needed is maybe not explicitly set, but it is obvious that it is something that they do check.


Regarding this new change, more wiggle room, the better. And this new rule gives a lot of wiggle room.

Great move bestchange. It’s really a great step to reduce spam. Sometime it also helps to reduce the pressure of participants. I really like this idea. Thanks bestchange for making this change in payout system.

There are some campaign who utilized bonus system.
Like this one on Bustadice:

There is an additional 100$ bonus that will be split between up to 5 participants in the campaign. The most constructive users will be chosen to share this bonus.

What if BestChange have something like this too. Im sure everyone would be eager to post contructively as having bonus for quality post is really sweet. But of course just a mere suggestion, as BestChange already covered a lot of payments weekly. Also I think its gonna be tough to choose with 58 participants if ever.

I was in Bustadice before I joined BestChange and I got that bonus quite often often, and I admit it was a nice thing to see your name among those 4 that shared 100 USD (rule says up to 5 but in reality its always 4).
 But as you said, BestChange has much bigger number of participants (58 compared to 16 in Bustadice), so it wouldn't be an easy thing to do, to choose few winners each week. It would take a lot of extra effort.

I mean they should earn at least X amount of merit per month, or they're kicked. Anybody who hasn't earned at least 1 merit since the start of the campaign, should also be kicked IMO.

What the purpose to add that as a rules? Are you mean merit is the way to prove someone is a good poster?

IMHO, you couldn't judge someone if he is good or bad poster just look from his merit history, because merit is subjective. You can earn it not only being a good poster, but making people laugh of your post (creating meme or have a good sense of joke). The best way to judge his post is check his post history... and I think the managers actually know it before.

A quick check from me, I don't find any single participants doesn't earn 1 merit since the start of the campaign. So, no one will be kicked.

They already pay way much better than most campaigns around here on top of having so many participants so i don't think bonuses are necessary. In fact if i wasn't so busy, I would have also tried joining this campaign. It's just that my current one requires only 50 posts per month.

Even if bonuses are introduced, there would still be people who wouldn't care about the bonuses and if they were spammers,  they will continue Spamming for normal pay only. That has ever happened in bustadice campaign too and they continually get kicked out.

Great step, to be honest, I was thinking how much good it would be if bestchange would be following the campaign rules of Chipmixer where there's no minimum. Sometimes, it's hard to maintain 25 posts per week. For example, this week I had hard times posting each day since it was Eid-UL-Azha here and I was very busy. Anyway, I think from now, everyone will be able to put their best to generate good quality which will be benefitted for Bestchange eventually in both in term of promotion and cost I think.

This wouldn't be a good idea in my opinion. Some people may abuse merit system too if it's not properly taken care of. If I'm correct, there was stake signature campaign where there was bonus for good quality poster and at the end, it ended as a lot of abuse.

I just can't believe my eyes when I see this. Trust me Bestchange, I was literally going to ask you for this because of the fact that we love flexibility and so it allows us to go for less minimum number than a fixed one. That minimum posts reduced to 10, ahh seriously I was going to PM you about this a few days back but I believe that God listens my wishes closely. 
I'm super-duper happy with your decision and truly appreciate it.

This will be possible after a week or two when the manager would have checked to see if all the participants are not meeting up with the maximum post requirement, I believe.

I like to see an improvement here. Pay per post is a good solution to fight the spam.
Any campaign putting a minimum posts requirement is pushing their participants towards the inevitable low quality posts, which is sad.
If you let people post as much as they want to and focus on the top 250 merit receivers then you will have a successful and positive exposure, eliminating the spam level almost to 0, which is good not only for the company's reputation but fot the forum as well.

I might join your campaign when I return if there's a free sopt of course. Good luck
