I had an incoming transaction from Bestchange weekly btc payment. But this appear on my coinsph. So I was shocked. They are requiring now to input the senders information, now what is the best course of action for this? Any suggestion, Im planning to change my receiving address for my weekly payment.

I understand that if you are from the Philippines, a hardware wallet may be a bit expensive for you, but make an effort and buy one. That way you won't depend on third-parties and you won't have these problems.

I am not disputing the fact that hardware wallet is one of the best that can offer full control over your funds, but in this case, online Electrum can still be useful which has no cost, yet having full control. Coinph is custodial wallet, and if not your key, it is not your coin on the blockchain, which means no full control.

But for the best safety while private key will be remain offline, then hardware wallet can be considered.

I have never used coins.ph to transact anymore BTC ever since they have contacted me with an interview and stuff. I know it's their job and complying with the AML stuff, it's just a bit of a hassle to encounter these kind of things.

Maybe you can declare that you just transacted it for yourself? Maybe as a withdraw from an exchange or something?

Okay, he can present it as his address and send it to yourself. but, what if they ask him to sign a message on senders address? it will only be more suspicious and it will complicate the whole story. a similar thing could happen if he presented that it came from his account on the exchange if they would ask for proof of ownership of the account from which it was sent.

However, I agree with the @Poker Player. A hardware wallet is not so expensive,  ^{@cryptoaddictchie can buy them from one-week signature earnings} but brings a lot of benefits.

We have checked our transactions for High risk sources, and it wasn’t dirty, that’s why there shouldn’t have been any problems with the funds crediting. Perhaps, this request is related to peculiarity of the wallet you work with. We recommend changing it for another wallet. We have changed your current wallet address to the one specified by you.

Guys, It's has been posted many times on the forum and you are not here from yesterday. This is why everyone is telling you that if you don't own the private keys you don't own those coins!
No matter where you are from, keeping money on exchanges/custodial wallet is the worst decision. Don't do it! You are risking your earnings. 

I bought trezor wallet some years ago and I can say that that was the best investment I made with my crypto so far.
 
If you cannot afford a hardware wallet, generate a offline paper wallet or install a Electrum on an old machine.

You can even have the Bitcoin wallet on the phone it's better than any website.

Bro, you should have asked around first -- they are doing this for all transactions, its part of their new requirements. Just check "Other" and that's all you have to do. There are new regulations in place for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), some of which will probably be standard for other exchanges in the future.
