I am sick to my stomach this morning. I have the absolute worst luck when it comes to injuries in fantasy football. I am in 5 different leagues and have Nick Chubb in 3 of those leagues. That is an absolute blow to all my teams. I mean why does it have to happen in week freaking 2. Ugh 😩

Yeah brutal.  Fantasy football always does this, I've always said there is a large amount of luck to it.  Obviously you can recover but it makes it difficult and some sleepers have to hit big.  On a real note that injury was o.e of the worst I've ever seen in terms of body parts bending how they shouldn't.  I don't know how easy that's gon a be able to recover from.

I had this guy bombard me with trade requests for Chubb prior to the Eagles game on Thursday. This was his second or third attempt, and i thought i'd wait until Friday to counter, hoping to obtain another piece...well that didn't happen. Now i've lost Chubb for the season, Monty is hurt, and Waddle is in concussion protocol, and we play each other this week.

If i had traded half of my team for a single player who then gets injured the very next game, i'd probably rage quit.  Anyway, there have been far too many injuries to start the season...

If i'm not mistaken Chubb had a similar injury back in college (to the same knee)...just as awful.

Man it FUCKED my entire FF season, in week mf two    .  I think the lesson here is "diversify yo bonds" -wu tang.  I shouldn't have taken him in 3 of 5  leagues lol.  I should have drafted CMC in this forum league when I had the first pick, but I just believed in Chubb so much and his lack of injury history like CMC has, plus he was far and away their best player/focal point.  He was primed for a MASSIVE year. fuck fuck and fuck lol.

In our other league Wheelz I also drafted G Wilson who took a massive hit losing Rodgers.  I do have Kamara in most leagues, and got Kyren Williams in another league who looks primed...but Chubb tied everything together , like the Dude's rug (fucking nihilists  )

That is my worry too, as I mentioned on the discord channel I did not watched the moment of the injury, however as there was no replay I knew it had to be really bad, today curiosity got the best of me and I watched the play, and oh boy, it is really bad, that was an obvious season-ending injury and I am not sure if this could be a career-ending injury, as I have seen many players retiring for way less than that, I hope this is not the case as Chubb is a beast and he does not deserve to end his career in this way.

Yeah I get you, I still think Justin Jeff was still the play.  Every year I'm huge on rbs in the first round if able but jj is just next level.  Dude hasn't even scored yet but is gonna see 15-20 targets every game it's just crazy.  Think he shatters records.  In the other league I took najee Harris he isn't hurt but might as well be.  Sometimes at least when they are hurt you don't play them.  The worst is getting a bust and keep riding him every week.  That hurts even worse I think.  Your team still looks good you will be fine.

Too many RB's going down so grabbed a few handcuffs and all the WR's on the waivers are not dependable so they are all pretty much a crap shoot every week.

According to the official news, Bears defensive coordinator has resigned because of personal reasons. However, there some sauces from the internet that have said that his house was raided by the FBI because of distribution of child pornography. It was also implied that the owner of the Bears knew about this and helped hide this information.

In any case, I lost week 2 and I certainly will lose week 3. My season will depend on Kupp's hamstring on week 5. If he does not return, my season is finished.

Just push on through and manage your team, never give up.

Post changed. I proposed a trade with someone, however, I changed my mind hehe. My team is okay on some weeks, I only need more points from tightend and defense to have a better chance to win.

Hehe I know it might be a low chance trade, however, you need a running back and I need a wide receiver while waiting for Kupp. Also, Puka is not your first choice. I only thought it might be a fair trade for you and me.

Lol you and Hueristic are right, holy shit the injuries have been absolutely INSANE so far this year and we are only in week freakn 3 (which is only 1 game in). 

I have Austin Eckler in another league, and like you @Hueristic I have handcuffs for quite a few players, but they are all pretty big downgrades for the most part.

It has been pretty brutal without a doubt, right now I have made the most movements on our league but this is simply because every week I had two or more players out and I had to drop Sutton and Skyy Moore way earlier than expected because of this, but what is really killing me is that Ekeler is out for the second consecutive week while Christian Watson which could be my potential WR1 has not played a single snap this year, thankfully we have 2 IR spots or I would be screwed already.

That's the gig with fantasy football injuries are brutal.  Even worse is when you land a bust and are stuck with high draft picks that decide not to produce.  I've had a brutal couple of years in this league lol.  Just not panning out, wierd how in some leagues you kill it and can't figure out how to break through in others.  Either way it looks like I might end up in a 0-3 hole this year while scoring a decent amount of points.

I am in a similar situation, however, I might get lucky on week 4 hehehe. Who is Eli-2 Brady-0? I reckon that my week vs. him will depend on Derrick Henry. If he performs similar to week 3 I will certainly have 0% chance of winning especially if Stefon Diggs or Olave has a better than expected week. Good luck to us for next game week!

Also, Massage Watson has a good performance, I wish this will continue. If it does, I will only need Cooper Kupp to get out of IR! The past update on his injury was 2 weeks. Is this no news is good news or no news implies out for the season?

I decided to lay off from betting last night as I just didn't really know how either game was going to go.  I came up 3 points shy in one my leagues being that Stafford had such as shit night.  I guess it really wasn't event that close being that the Rams didn't score right until the end there. 

Losing Chubb has just destroyed all my hopes. Especially in the league losing Chubb but first Aaron Rodgers loss kill Garrett Wilson's value.
