I hear yah, I look at my team and say damn its stacked and then look at my 3-3 that I have been struggling to get too!

BTW, kicked Gordon to the curb, can't believe I got Brian Robinson Jr.  with my waiver pick.

I almost didn't even bother to put it in there thinking I didn't have a chance!

Getting waiver 1 for being in last place was fun last year, I wish we had kept that, it gave me hope even when there wasn't any!

The waiver wire is slim pickens these days.  I'm pretty thin on quality RBs and WRs, and even my best ones don't seem to be enough, so I've been keeping an eye on waivers.  I'm hoping Kenyan Drake makes an impact.  I wish I had been more patient with Rhamondre Stevenson, and now I get to face him this week.

Does anyone need a competent wide receiver in their team as a flex option or a WR2? I want to trade Tyler Lockett for another wide receiver with similar points projections. I was looking at the waiver wire, however, it appears not one wide receiver is available who is in his level.

Amusingly enough I've cut 3 of the 4 Wideouts directly under Lockets expected season totals and the one I didn't cut hasn't played a game yet!

So you have a pretty good field to choose from if you want to drop him.

Above him I would not target Thomas or Cooks but the rest seem like an upgrade...Hmmm actually I think I would want Cooks over Locket.

Running back Gordon III of the Denver Broncos? I would trade him if I still have Cam Akers heheheeh. He is clearly much better choice. I speculate that Akers might never play for the Rams again. It also appears that the Rams are asking the Panthers about McCaffrey. The 49ers are also asking about him. Between those teams I want him to go to the 49ers hehe. It might be their pass to the playoffs.

Took Arizona at home to cover -2.5 tomorrow... Deandre Hopkins is back for the Cardinals, although they are out Marquise Brown... after placing the bet I saw most of the pros were actually picking Saints to win... "pros"... what do they know.

Literally half my team has a bye week this week, and for some reason Yahoo won't let me push the little "+" symbols to add new players. Even if I can make the changes its looking grim. Guess I'm resigned to taking the L.

I get it that some people think on-chain generative pixel stuff is pretty cool, but to me its all aesthetically unpleasant to the point I would never buy them... everything from CryptoPunks to Dooggies... if anyone knows those references. Even I as Shitcoin Captain have to draw the line somewhere.

I think Akers is just done, Melvin is in the doghouse and I wouldn't be surprised to see him traded.

I have observed that many of the most successful NFT projects were not about their artwork. They were about community and the shared storylines or shared narratives behind the projects. They were also about identity and addressing how people express identity. An example of this is a project called Cryptodickbutts with pictures of pixelated worms and dicks on their butts. Their shared narrative is have fun and do not take anything seriously. It appears many people agree with this and identify themselves in this narrative.

To bring things a bit back on topic, I think I am gonna proceed with my football team token sale, need to get everything in place and just sell the tokens w/o attaching copyrighted images to them. Once everything is good to go, I'll give everybody in the league 1 token of their favorite team for free. You just need a BTC address for which you own the private key or preferably a Counterparty BTC address so that way you can someday move the token if you want to.

The reason why they are special and will sell is b/c they are from one of the first Counterparty token projects, ever. There was only a handful of token-based projects prior, and mine was the first one that had to do with gambling. Ergo, "historical." Just being 8+ years old also gives them some value, but since there's a legit story behind it, they will fetch a premium over other tokens issued in the same era.

I heard a rumor that this might happen, and totally blew it off as nothing but yet another pipedream for Niners fans.   Another thing that really surprised me was his contract, 4 years $68m...  That seems like a real bargain for the Niners, even with the three draft picks they traded.  Will he be on the Niners' roster this weekend?  The article didn't say.  Regardless, I'm as giddy as a schoolgirl.

Once Elijah Mitchel is back, the Niners will be back to their normal routine of Running Back Committee.  Obviously CMC will make a huge impact, but I wouldn't expect him to put up fantasy numbers like he did in Carolina.

Lol “slightly useless” might be a bit of of an understatement. I own McCaffrey in two of my three leagues, and I’m happy and all about the trade, but I was really hoping he was going to be picked up by the Buffalo Bills.  Can you guys imagine if the Bills added CMC to their roster. It would have easily put them over the top. Niners are definitely a solid landing spot for CMC owners however.

Honestly that is probably one of the best case scenarios for cmc owners.  Niners are known to like to jam the ball.  Cmc will get a ton of touches and opportunities especially with Jimmy behind center.  If Lance was still qb I'd be weary.  I have eli on IR I guess he will be useless once he comes back
