Similar to Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs versus the Bucanneers, why are Matthew Stafford and the Rams the underdogs versus Jimmy G and the 49ers? I thought the Rams would be -3 favor it hehehe.

Good question. I may have to put a bet in and lose some more money to find out.

Sometimes I just need to fuck around to find out.



In this case it was the Rams being out a few key players, a tremendous SF D, and Stafford just kind of plain sucking.

If Matt Gay can sink a 50-yard FG, that could sink nutildah.

There was a few ways in which I could have lost but in the end it was Cooper Kupp having a personal record number of receptions that saved me.

I could use an upgrade to my second RB.  Though I really like all my RBs and they have a ton of upside potential, I’m looking to move one of my WRs and RBs to someone who’s got an extra RB they’d be willing to trade that would be a slight upgrade to any of my RBs (outside Harris of course).  Someone like Aaron Jones for example is the type of back Im looking for.

I am still looking to upgrade at RB, but I don't see Mostert as being an upgrade for any of my running backs, but I appreciate you looking out for me! 

There's gotta be a taker somewhere, pair something like London and Penny or combo like that for a decently better RB.  This way your team gets a stud WR and a very solid RB.  Just keep me in mind if anyone has a need like this pop up please and thanks!

Man the Rams really showed their true colors last night.  They are just not the same team as last year.  Stafford is clearly not himself.  I think that shoulder injury that was bothering him in the pre-season is a more serious deal than they had been or are letting on.

Cordarrelle was grossly undervalued heading in to drafts this year. Not sure why.  He's the closest thing there is to Deebo Samuel, sucks he went to the IR, he's a lot of fun to watch.  I think it's just the 4 game IR right?

I like Penny, Dobbins, Pierce, Herbert and Harris a lot.  I think Dobbins and Pierce are going to have huge years.  Harris still has been solid and I expect a solid year from him, and I think Penny will mostly have a good year, but yes I'd like to do something like pair one of those guy plus someone like London or Godwin for a top tier RB.  I mean if you need a WR and can afford a slight downgrade at one of your RB spots (or potentially think one of these backs is going to be better than the back you trade) and get say Najee Harris and Chris Godwin for someone like say Mixon, that's a pretty freakin solid deal.  I don't ever try to win trades, I try and make trades that helps both teams out.  

My team is way too good to be 1-3 lol.  So, I need to make some changes.

Fn god awful. I watched it just because I had money on Denver. Of course they end up letting me down. Wilson just does not look the same with the Broncos. Maybe it’s going to take some time to get acclimated with his receivers and what not but I dunno. Their offensive line was absolutely atrocious as well.

Russ was terrible last night, no doubt about it, missing wide-open guys all night. Hamler was alone on the other side on a rub route, but he had already decided to pass to Sutton and didn't even look the other way. It was a simple completion and the ball game.

Regardless of what happened in OT, the decision to throw on 3rd and 4 (with 2:13 remaining in the fourth) while the Colts were out of timeouts was egregious. All you had to do was run your safe play (even if it meant kneeling) and then kick a freaking FG. The Colts would have had less than two minutes to go the distance and score a touchdown, which would never have happened with the way they and M. Ryan were playing. I'm not sure if it was Hackett, or Russ' desire to be the hero and win the game, but either way, it was a terrible decision and a costly one.

Broncos lost Javonte Williams last week, and i'm reading today that Bolles and Ronald Darby are out for the season, not looking good for them going forward...

Worst game of the year.  Honestly Russell Wilson looks like shit.  Denver looks like they are going to be a bottom of the barrel team.  Of course their starting rb goes on the IR.  My teams in fantasy this year have all went to the trash heap.  I hate injuries lol.  But yeah what a snoozefest that was.

Did you watch the whole game? You have my respects if you did so, just like @suchmoon I tried to improve my experience with some beer but I realized it was not going to be enough so I quit at halftime.

And about Wilson I think he simply gave up, I remember when he said he wanted to win 6 SBs, and while those were big words I did not mind as I looked forward to see him to try to accomplish his goal, but now it seems like he is like Rodgers, interested only in the money and whatever extra he can get while he can.

Yeah I wonder how the game changes with Tua out.  Teddy is a decent qb, I actually had Tua picked up teddy and am starting him in my work league.  With hill and waddle on each side I like whoever is in at qb for Miami.  Hopefully for me Mostart doesn't get more touches

@wheelz1200. Hehehe however, unluckily for me I have no other choices except to start Raheem Mostert as my flex option. He is my best player for the role for the week if we compare him with my players who are left on the bench. There is an argument to use Cam Akers for flex, but the Rams are playing vs. the 49ers who are one of the best teams in rushing defense in the league after week 4.

Mostert has also been getting more snaps than Chase Edmonds for the past 2 weeks. This might not change for more weeks, I reckon.

Yeah, I guess it's better than the middle of the night.  Funny schedule for a few games today; now the folks on the east coast will now what it's like to have football on all day, from morning well into the night.  The 9ers @ Atlanta is also at a funny time for an east coast game, but it'll allow me to watch LFC @ Arsenal before the game gets too far along.
