[ANN] BTC38.com - Crypto exchange launched its English sites

They did not state any daily withdraw limit on the site. Daily withdraw limit is about 0.2btc per day? If I knew the daily limit, I wouldn't deposit my coins. Wow. And they don't even answer the phone. Also, the ticket system takes about 2days to get an answer and didn't even answered my question. What a worst exchange ever.

Guys, can you explain to me how come btc38 admins instead of increasing BTC fees from 50sat/byte to at least 150-200sat/byte, decreased  them to 10sat/byte?
Do they want our BTC to stuck in limbo forever?

Anyone has their BTC withdrawals from btc38 stuck unconfirmed?

Does this site ever process XRP withdrawals..??..My little withdrawal of 247 xrp is stuck in handling for over 40hours now and the irresponsible support is giving me useless robotic replies..(Engineers are resolving, Please wait)..

One of my BTC withdrawals also stuck in "handling" state there. What I did: Opened Chinese version of the site, went to dep/withdrawal page and clicked on this "pending" button. This action cancelled my withdrawal right away.

I'm not sure, but I would try LTC, DOGE, BTS.

Seems like they just do random payouts at will. I have multiple BTC and LTC stuck there. Sometimes I get 1 BTC payed out, while other withdrawals remain "handling"

I also get standard reply like "You had submitted too many tickets, Please have a rest.^_^" to any ticket I try to create.

I guess it's safe to say, BTC38 sucks!

I did a BTC withdrawal about 4hours ago and its still stuck on blockhcain?
What kind of miner fees are they paying man?

Is XRP withdrawal still the same? Stuck forever?? I did DASH and it was very fast. I did NXT and it was stuck on block chain also, my suspicion is that they did not put in the tag number!!!

Its working now, thing is I loaded some NXT there, before I load,I copied the wallet address on BTC38 and after successful transfer,they suddenly changed their wallet address for NXT!!! I have raised the problem with them and till now I still have not received my deposit. Its been more than 24 hrs now. They still have not fixed my problem.

Anyone has the same problem???

  Can be quite scary to withdraw btc but i have always gotten my btc, they use low tx fee so its quite slow for btc withdrawals u can wait for hours or days

Where did you see updated layout? I remember last maintenance was announced at banner on main page of chinese version.
Sent them two emails about "facebook error", still no response.

A famous exchange platform in China, but recently no new coins get listed on this platform, I think the platform can list some hot coins such as asch XAS coin, which has a great community in my opinion.
