I just don't feel uploading my bills and ID to some strangers on the internet.
Even banks use derivative verification. (Afgeleide verificatie)
In this case you can open a savings account at another bank, and validate your personal details by paying a small amount of money from a verified payment account from the other bank.

It's about the same way how oAuth works.

The devs have to trust a widely trusted company and use derivative verification. So why not upload a kraken screenshot, and pay a satoshi from a kraken address?

Never give your BSN to a stranger. Even not a part of it.

Some time ago there was a huge fraud on government payments in Amsterdam. Even if the devs are ok, documents can leak. In the Amsterdam case, it was probably caused by leaked/stolen mail.

Personal info like ID cards are worth millions in the underground world. This will work like a honeypot. Sooner or later, they will be hacked.

Be warned, being a victim of identity fraud can give you lifetime problems. Ask yourself if you want to put yourself at risk.

They could make it even easier. Transfer € 0.01 to their bank account from a dutch bank account. With IBAN this is easy, you just need to check that the IBAN starts with 'NL'. On the website you just need to enter your IBAN + wallet address, and maybe your name (same as bank account).

No risk of identity fraud then, and chances of foreigners having a dutch bank account aren't that big (about the same as foreigners with double nationality I guess).

How do we know the dev is actually sending coins to people though? What if he just sends to new addresses he is making himself, thus dumping the coin and making the price fall, like it has lately.

We don't know.

Soon or later we will know real people (like 'real life' friends) who did send  their information to the team of this coin. And then we'll know whether they did actually pay.

Honestly, I think they really do. But i'm not going to send that kind of information to a stranger for just a piece of a BTC.

I sended my information, and I didnt even had a bill, but they gave me the 50 coins very quickly the same day.
So for me it all worked i also told my friends about this and a few want to do this to.
If u want any proof i can provide

I believe you, as I don't think you have a reason to lie here.

Unfortunately the worth of the 50 eGuldens isn't enough for me to publicate these kind of information yet Wink.

Looks like the price has collapsed quite a bit within the last 24 hours or so

Any idea as to why?

It has fallen from 0.00015 to 0.00010 in a couple of hours at Bittrex.

However, the difficulty is decreasing too. The difficulty was quite high two days ago (when the price was also high). I think many miners jumped on the coin and now sold many of their coins.

Well it is falling too fast maybe someone is tanking in and driving the price down

Somebody is obviously manipulating the price, bots most probably (the same selling / buying prices at the same time ?!).

Volatile coins are great for daytraders, so I think you could be right.

One thing I like about EFL is that transaction speeds are lightning fast compared to BTC. Still waiting for the first confirmation of a 0.01 BTC transaction  Undecided for two hours now. Takes confidence.

the orderbooks on this coin are so thin a moderate efl holder can send it to hell and a moderate btc holder can send it to the moon. iwonder about who bought 200k+ at .0001 the other day. im sure hes not looking to sell anytime soon.

I'll be more than happy if these low prices retain till the morning  Smiley Then I'll buy another several thousands EFL Grin
(my only problem is that I don't have any BTC, in the morning I'll be able to buy for fiat though)
