The developers didn't scam anyone (yet?). You are just really sad you missed the train and you don't want anybody to earn money with this coin.  I don't want to flame you or anything. But before calling anything a scam, come with good reasons.

+1000, Nobody got scammed yet. Why dev would do that hard work to inform dutch citizens about This coin and that they claim their free coins from premine? I dont see nothing wrong to spread premined coins for people...
