A bounty campaign that asks its participants to make too much of posts that can result in spam, should be suspected of scam. The forum under normal circumstance prohibit spamming. Even on social media platforms, if you spam with posts, your account is likely to be banned, which is a very common phenomenon on twitter.
Another thing is that scam projects love the hype and they can do anything to ensure they are well-publicized. They even love the free publicity, which is what they use bounty hunters for.

Many projects are taking advantage of the fact that crypto itself it's not regulated so any project can do whatever they like to bounty hunters because they believe that no one can question them. Many project cheat  and treat bounty hunters any how, if there can be any regulation body to probe any project that treats bounty hunters wrongly it will go a long way to help

Many projects look promising with good planning, but they cannot develop properly due to unfavorable market conditions. So that projects with low budget difficulties. So it fails and is forced to cut bounty allocations or delay distribution and listing with an uncertain time.

If you want a truly legit bounty, please join a bounty managed by Hhampuz or another trusted manager who provides weekly payment in BTC. But the requirements are quite difficult, worth the price I think. The rest, we try our best to analyze the altcoin bounty, there are still many potential, we just wait for the surprise.

Yep, many projects are looking too good by their so many use cases likes they own real products in market but somehow lack of development it’s will failure. Listing isn’t only matter  without liquidity. Currently i see hampuz didn’t conducted a new bounties from long time, but he managed a lot of projects mostly btc payment. Most provably TemTum was last project conducted by this manager.

this is quite helpful, I would prefer if the bounty manager and the party of the project pay the bounty manager first or use escrow, when the initial rules are made by paying the bounty participant in full, but when the bounty is finished there is a reason for the deduction of allocation for the bounty hunter especially distribution is scheduled until the distribution 1 year and delaying distribution with an agreement made at the beginning and it is very detrimental and time-consuming for bounty hunter participants

The only problem one should be facing with new projects in crypto world is raising funds successful or not, but that's not the only problem now, most new team are unfair with both investors and bounty hunters, they always have something to hide, sincere team are hard to come by nowadays

I hope by just doing that it will help investors to earn a good amount in bounty, unfortunately choosing a bounty now is not as easy as compared in the past, some projects are manage by a good bounty manager and a good team but it could possibly still fail, that's the kind of success rate we get at this moment, so you also need some luck, not only skills and knowledge in choosing a bounty.

It is quite tough enough to guarantee what an outcome of any bounty could be appear . Even a less work bounty can't provide better result . Most of bounty result rewly on great team work indeed , but hope for the best  by doing research ,analyze and also choosing good wrking managers to get the best bounty campaign . It depends on individual preferences, to him maybe that amount you mentioned is better than not earning at all, but to others, it is a complete waste of time,
But this can only happen when the token reward is trading on any small exchange with a little volume,  worst case scenario is when token is not listed,
Also note that bm can be part of the problem but the team has the final say, so whenever hunters don't get paid, that is not bm doing, the team has refuse to own up to their promise.

Good post, I check every new bounty here on the forum, we just need to take a look at the info, website, whitepaper, checking for copied content, fake team and more, there is a lot of member here that do good reports when they see it.

Good pointers for everyone especially for newbies who are trying to make learn a little bit lore about cryptocurrency and starting out as bounty hunters. But still I see some bounty hunters most especially newbies who does not seem even bother if the bounty campaign is a scam like in one of the bounty campaign I stumbled into. I don't know why they still joined, or they still hope that he project would be successful despite some allegations.

Even the legit ones usually put some hurdle and restriction here and there to prevent the rightful owner of that reward to dump in the market, although that's not really a problem but when the rules becomes too strict and kinda makes it hard for us to receive reward, it become troublesome. well, there's no harm to try out other field than becoming too dependant on one thing.

That's the reason why you need to research and review every project before joining even the manager is trusted enough it doesn't  mean they will not accept a potential scam project. If they are offering highest payment for managing a bounty of course some known manager will also accept it.

sometimes the bounty manager will also be affected because it helps these scamer to promote the project even though they pay high fees there will still be people who try to do research so they can find out whether their team and whitepapper are authentic or not and certainly the team is certain to no one ever has scam and verified history.

And that's also why you never should trust a bounty manager. They are just like us, taking money from the project and managing it seriously. The bounty manager is not a member of the project, so they cannot know the future of the bounty they are managing.

There are many ways to recognize bounty scammers, but I believe that in addition to you own sensitivity and vigilance against scam the site administration should also monitor campaigns for fraud. This will not only reduce the risk of bounty scammers coming to the forum, but also provide additional reliable verification of the campaign's integrity.

I've read or tried to help build so many such lists I started get sick of them, really. Nobody seems to read them.

Yes buddy. I was desiring such thread and I saw a thread that the Op is updating it with trusted bounties and so far that I have followed it, all the added bounty to the thread are listing in exchange and fulfilling promise of distribution to bounty hunters too.

The thread is helpful and has become a check for me to see it updated on the thread before I join the bounty. If we keep such thread for trusted bounties on, bounty scamming will become history in the forum.

Bounty scams seem to be never ending especially in the period of last 2 years very few bounties have paid any decent reward, i agree with most of the points that you have posted but it all comes to team intentions in the end i have seen even some successful projects that refuse to pay or cut the bounty rewards for hunters after the end of campaign which is not only unethical but also illegal.
