Random useless fact: The most common best diff share in the last two years on the solo pools before reaching a block solving diff is ~38 trillion. I see no logical mathematical reason for this, it's just an unusual coincidence. It's also wildly variable how long after a 38T diff share that a block is actually solved, so don't use this as some superstitious reason to start high stakes gambling once 38T hits.

That's a fun useless fact. Thanks for sharing. Assuming you have the data available wondering how many % of successful block solvers did hit 38T or better before exceeding required difficulty? a chart of highest difficulty before successful block solved would be nice to have Cool
Sadly no, I don't collect much data at all. It's just something I noticed since I'm constantly monitoring the pool. You'll note ausolo is currently at the said 38T.
oh. I always wondered does it directly from high Gs / Low Ts to solving - some patthern when there's apparently none  Grin, My inspiration is the bitaxe ultra guy I'm quite sure he jumped from Gs to High Ts Huh

New stats site for testing: https://stats.ckpool.org .
This site aggregates the statistics for all solo pools on one page. Assuming everything works as planned, it will replace the need for separate stats site for each solo pools, making it easier to deploy more locations.
It makes it easier to track the sum of all the pools, and combines workers from all the different pools, allowing hashrate to be monitored when switching from one solo pool to another, or failing over.

looks nice, my stats are also displayed nicely (leave the chance of hitting a block beside, to not be frustrated  Grin).
well done!

Nice! However, I've a question with regard to this change - As I understand different geo ckpools have their own block templates with different pool fees address in coinbase transaction. So even when they're shown as cumulative hashrate they're not technically contributing together innit? And the Odds of finding a block would be a bit misrepresented ? Would like hear your comments on it as I try to understand btc mining at a deeper technical level. TY

New https://sgsolo.ckpool.org optimised for solo miners in Asia & The Middle East! Stats will appear in the updated combined stats.ckpool.org which covers all solo ckpools.
This now gives the solo ckpools good low latency coverage from most parts of the world. Instead of having many nodes scattered throughout the world, each node is a very high performance machine on a high speed network in select locations for the best coverage overall, and interconnected via a a custom low latency block propagation network.
The pools are:
solo.ckpool.org for The Americas
eusolo.ckpool.org for Europe & Africa
sgsolo.ckpool.org for Asia & The Middle East
ausolo.ckpool.org for Oceania.
Choose the one closest to you, and feel free to use the next nearest as a backup pool!
Mine on!

There is no such thing as "contributing", as all mining is parallel and every share unique and there is never "progress" towards a block as such.  That said, the total diff will not reset to zero when only one pool does so I'll be thinking about a better way to represent this.
EDIT: Shifted to showing the highest diff value from all the pools. Seems the best compromise without having extra complexity.

The combined stats site is running smoothly. Assuming no issues show up by tomorrow, I will be deprecating the older per-pool stats sites and redirecting them to the one stats.ckpool.org

Thanks for the continued updates -CK

I've changed my links over to the new stats address. It seems a little slower to update than the direct link. Currently polling at what looks to be around 10 minutes between updates, is that intentional?

Anyway, Good luck all and mine on!
