You can send them to a new wallet and keep the keys for future sake. Anyone could turn out to be positive and bring huge return so you don't cry later for throwing away.

I suggest keep them in your wallet. You are not the one, more people being in such situation. I in addition enclose a lot of insensitive coins, and I qualm others don't chiefly individuals who are at this time for existence already. nearly everyone of the boring coins I have, are from payment projects manner backside 2017 before the mammoth decline occurred. I hold no preference but to observe them with completely of a hopefulness that individuals coins will maintain a usefulness someday, if near would be a miracle which would revoke the bazaar in general. advertising individuals coins would be a throw away of time at this moment. You would rathet acquire a 'loss' than earning profit from burden so.

Do you have a lots of useless token by airdrop. Without airdrop useless token is very low, bounties token will be valuable after sometimes. This options will not add in Myetherwallet to send all useless token, to protect hack problem. Sometimes valueless tokens could be valuable after product launch.

I don't think you need to bother sending shitcoins to a random address because that will only get rid of gas costs and it's better to leave them in your wallet, assuming you never have them. I also have lots of shitcoins and just leave them in mew's wallet.

There is token called coinjanitor that promises to collect non performing tokens from people and pay back some amount of money. I suggest you let your token be you never can tell what will happen in the future.

For the first time I hear about coinjanitor, I will check more about this and their plans to take worthless tokens
and payback some money. I wonder how they plan to do that, and what is their goal from that!
I agree with you that he should keep his tokens in his wallet. If he have troubles with many of them he can
make a another wallet, it's free, and to keep that wallet clean! He can use old wallet for anything suspicious and
for good tokens to use new wallet.

Don't bother throwing the coins away because sometimes useless coins can become useful in future, I earned some tokens from airdrop in 2018 and I just left the coins in my wallet because the value is 2$, this year the coins turn 60$, I sold already, imagine how many years I waited, do not underestimate useless coins and tokens

On rare occasions, some tokens that have a very low price can rebound later. But I guess that the OP is not talking about them. He is rather talking about shitcoins, that have become completely worthless. He may be also talking about the promotional tokens (i.e token spam). In such cases, there is zero chances of any rebound in the prices. When the project is abandoned, who will be willing to purchase the tokens?

My wallet also has hundreds of shit tokens, but I'm not too concerned about them. And I think you should too, don't care about it because it won't make you money. And if you want your wallet to be clean, just create a new wallet

You can delete your shit or not value coin on your wallet by sending to the other or you put your private key on dashboard and then many people will collect your shit coin, how ever is not have way for deleting but you can send your shit coin to other wallet.

It is not possible to remove it, it can only throw it away at another address and it will consume wasteful gas. If your wallet is full of shitcoin, it's better to use a new wallet instead of having to send it repeatedly.

Why not ? He can use gas and move them to other wallets. But that would be a stupid choice and a waste of time and money. Just create a new address, everything will be fine and free

Is it possible to remove tokens from dead projects/tokens that are totally useless and worth $0 from my wallet? Do I just send them to a random address? I don't want to burden anyone else with those shitcoins  Cheesy

Why delete them when you should know how unpredictable crypto space is. A useless token today might worth some dollars tomorrow. So I suggest you leave the useless tokens moreover they dont occupy space in the wallet.

Yes, that is the last and very simple solution, I think, because it would be ridiculous if someone threw away a gas fee for junk tokens or shitcoin, then it would be better to use a new wallet and leave the old wallet at the data storage.

I don't think you can delete unwanted tokens in your wallet unless you send it to other address.
Let it sit in your wallet, it is not that you will lose your coin if you have it. Who knows that the token will have great value in the future.
You will need some gas fee to transfer the token, so it is better to leave it.

You cannot delete any tokens to your wallet the only thing just you need is to hide those coins because to the wallet they know the capability of their coins even there is no use for now because there are a lot of coins starting at zero trades and not too much popular bitcoin is the same with the tokens does not recognize but the time goes by it becomes more profitable and gained a lot of popularity so it is not good if they are trying to delete those coins on the wallet but the users can only hide it.

I have more than 20 junk tokens, 5 of which are spammed, and of course, its total value is $0. I really wanted to delete them, I tried searching for instructions a lot, but I realized there was no other way but to transfer them to another wallet. Of course, I will need to pay gas charges for that.

it's not impossible, as long as we still have eth for a fee, you can make the token in a wallet that you don't use. however, I have a suggestion. you should collect tokens that do not have these prices into one wallet. we don't know because maybe in the future, there will be several tokens that have a price, or you can sell them at forkdelta.

I have like over 150 dead tokens from scam projects in my wallet.. some dont even worth a dollar.. you can send them to any wallet you think off.. but that would take gas (eth) I believe theres an option to hide those kind of coins

You just spoke my mind. We need to learn lessons on what is happening in the crypto space.
Oh! The coin is a shitcoin?
Does the coin have no value?
Are we sure of what the future holds for such coin?
If the user is tired of seeing the coin every day, perhaps when he opens his wallet since there are millions of wallets that can be created on Ethereum platform, he can just leave that wallet somewhere, but with the private key saved in a safe place and then create a new wallet to be used.
It is as simple as that.

You can't delete the tokens but you can send to another wallet or a dedicated wallet you created for the sole purpose of keeping useless tokens, in this way getting rid of them. But thinking about it, why wasting the gas fee on a useless token? Why not just ignore and pretend it's never in your wallet since it is not worth it.
