Never trust an ICO ranking site!

I have seen some icos even with mvp that have failed or have no value, volume or buyers on exchanges and that too if they ever get listed so yes ico investments are risky and you never know which one turns out well and which one will fail, ico ranking sites are just information platforms where we can just get the necessary information for our analysis and decision and no one should invest solely on the basis of ranking at these sites.

Most of the ICO ranking sites i know, are scam. They are still cheating on their site by tell a thousands of lie  to innocent investors who are searching to know about new ico projects.shoundt trust those ico ranking fruad sites

therefore you or anyone Don't easily trust the ICO website, because most of them are nonsense, they are paid handsomely to display the best project data just to attract the attention of investors and users. You should be more observant about the ICO website.

I think that it is well known, rating and ranking websites are paid to promote projects, there are no independent and trusted sources of informations and that is the problem, why many people lost their money by investing into ICOs.

So far icobench is the only ico site that has already revealed to get paid to list a scam ico but i don't even think about there were so many sites were doing the same like what icobench did before.
The latest ico sites much more focused into the community decision to list the new ico.

All sites will are just the same I guess, they give their review but as an investors it's our job to verify their review.
If we follow blindly, then that would mislead us and will result us on losing money that we will invest, for me that's the golden rule that we should follow.

Even before when ICO was still very popular, I don't completely rely on online reviews, I made my own standard in evaluating the project and that has been the key for my success.

yea you are right pay to get high rate in ICO rating site, that would be easy for scammer to rate high, they just invest a little in ico rating then they can make a lot of money. They should better research the project not just relying those fake ico rating.

For me, ICO projects are no longer trusted by many people because ICO is now very risky and will make you face a lot of high risks. I think based on what is happening, IEO will be much better, and you absolutely can make a big profit if you have a ticket to participate. Anyway, the choice is yours, and it's best to follow the crowd on this idea as the ICO will only leave you more frustrated.

The more they get from the team (payment) the better the rank they will give!

What I am looking for in ICO is looking at MVP, live and working products. Something that really can make a difference. Not just empty words with fancy pictures.

Majority of ICO ranking sites are not reliable at all, they're are not to be totally trusted when it comes to depending on their ratings as a yardstick for supporting or choosing a project to support.  It would be better to do personal findings before going for any project.

There are many websites that evaluate ICOs like that, they take money from projects and give positive reviews. It is a bad deed because it has caused many investors to confuse and lose money when investing in those ICOs

Probably now that lots of people have the knowledge that this sites don't normally gives genuine and authentic ratings nobody will pay attention to them anymore, but back in 2017, many people rely heavily on rating sites to know which project to invest on because of the data they present, well things have changed now,  it's a shame this sites a now compromised and really influenced so their ratings are no longer consider authentic,

Its a part of scam projects to lure the investors to trust them for having a good reviews in an ICO ranking site. If you dont conduct your own research and just rely to these sites you might really fall victim for not being cautious.

Thus be smart enough to not believing their good words in a specific ICO, verify it first to know if they have basis.

when websites that can provide ICO rating scores first appear and have just been introduced by the public then they still have a very good accuracy value, but when it starts to be affected and start accepting bribes with very high amounts of money then those who have websites use it to raising money in very large amounts.

Most ico rating websites give paid ratings. Which was once a very profitable business for some dishonest people. And now it has become a loss business. This is because they have lost their trust, now investors are ignore their ratings. I think ico rating websites are the most dangerous for doing good ico research. Because paid ratings cause confusion among everyone. And now investing in ico is an easy way to lose your money. So now there is no other way but to trade and invest in some good coins that are in the market

Icodrop only lists the best ICOs and has many investment companies. So it's a good place for us to refer, but there are still a lot of good ICOs that this site has missed so we need to do our own research. Never trust the judgment of others

Why would they reveal such? Doing so will obviously lead them to lose their visitors since those who trusted those reviews will view those as bought reviews and won't trust their analysis anymore.

They all are bought as long as they are spouting nonsense only with pros and don't put nothing bad or some concerns about the project.

I second that. But at the same time, some of these ICO review sites do have experts working for them. So there is a good chance that they may have access to additional information, which is not readily available in the public domain. The best thing to do is to do your own research along with the information that you get from the review sites. You can validate the information on your own.
