I'm also on the Tundra handicap @1.88, the over seems okay too but I remember tomahawk9 mentioned that most of the series so far have been 2-0 sweeps so i'd rather rely on a Tundra sweep plus Team Secret haven't shown anything promising so far.

Guess the over was the better option afterall huh. I should have take the over as well, had doubts on that but ended up taking handicap on Tundra. Oh well glad that I decided to bet another single bet on Team Liquid -1.5 so it was all good on my end

Can Puppey somehow mastermind the team for another TI success? I personally doubt it but will be pleasantly surprised if they can.

Considering that only Team Secret, Nigma and Alliance that wont be getting to TI through DPC points, the chances are actually high enough for either one of this top tier teams to qualify. Well Team Liquid too but they'll make it either way as they are pretty close on getting those points

Vitality didn't show much of a presence.

Pretty disappointing, not even a threat of 3 maps or a battle between them.  Navi could have had an off day but I should have just guessed for the favorite on that basis the odds were ok to risk it.

Favorites bet tomorrow would be Astralis, Faze and C9 to win.   Maybe some 3 maps as well.   Shows on HLTV Roobet is running a Fantasy league a big set of games, I havent seen that done before that I can remember, anyone can enter with a prize for correct predictions looks like.   Years ago I would write up reviews for games prior to bet, get some record of win loss percent but was all for fun though some tried running tip services etc. based on that record.   Would be preferable just to do well on this I guess.

Yup, they didn't have any answer against Nisha's Puck and he was able to pick off Tundra's support every single time before a fight breaks out. From what i've noticed on the side of Team Secret, Ice is always behind the networth charts when it comes to the core matchups even in that second map. If they can't show any improvements within the next couple of series I think they'll finish within the middle of the standings just enough to avoid relegation and major qualification.

The first game is on Tundra.

That techies of Zayac was out of tune or it's just that they've been out drafted and nine was too good with that winter wyvern. What a game for the 1st match, chaos knight and alchemist that are too damn fat.

Watching the 2nd game and Tundra is in the lead. 24 minutes on the game and the score kill is 18-9 in favor of Tundra.

The roster of Team Secret now isn't complete and Yapzor has been subbed by Zayac and I don't know the reason why Yapzor isn't there. Talking about the TI, they still need to accumulate a lot of DPC points. The team stands currently in the top 27 while the top 12 shall be in and eligible for the TI.

That's going to be a long haul for Puppey and his teammates to meet enough DPC points for the upcoming TI. I think that they'll still be able to meet it and get there.

That's going to be a long haul for Puppey and his teammates to meet enough DPC points for the upcoming TI. I think that they'll still be able to meet it and get there.

Their only way to qualify through points is to get at least the top 4 in the Tour and win the major since they'd need around a thousand points given that half of the top 12 in the DPC rankings already have a thousand points. Tbh it seems unlikely and they'd probably have a better shot at qualifying through the regional qualifiers.

I also have a bet on Team Nigma -1.5 @1.54 later today, they should take down Brame 2-0 as they've been looking less impressive these past few games.

That's why I'm going to watch the start of the Roobet cup and I want to make some bets for this tournament in the future. It is better for me to bet on more even teams. I hope you don't lose your bets, good luck again. In my opinion, there are three favorite teams in the tournament. Thanks for the well wishes, but I think there could big upsets to winner of this tournament, I decided to not take big risks with this parlay bet, but still nothing seemed to be guaranteed, Entropiq are currently giving BiG quite a run for the money, and BiG need a come in the 2nd half of map 2 to get the game even, and now we head to Mirage for map 3 where all is still up grabs. BiG however, seem to have better success rate in Mirage compared to Entropiq and I hope that comes to play here.

Well , I had Gaiming Gladiators taking a map from OG on dota and of course it didn't happen as OG simply mopped the floor with GG and with my bet too  . Now I wait for Nigma vs Brame to begin as an Ultra kill bet on 1st map could be possible if Sumail has a great start and Kuroki will draft well as he does lately.

I was about to take this one but I decided not to because Brame was one of team that originally was 1st division team and they have beaten Nigma previously so I thought they would be able to take atleast 1 map. It turns out that the new Nigma is pretty much on a whole another level now compared to them so Im kinda excited that this actually gives me a glimmer of hope that Nigma might qualify for TI

BiG however, seem to have better success rate in Mirage compared to Entropiq and I hope that comes to play here.

Entropiq played some good CS today. I had a small bet on Entropiq +1.5 maps, they didn't disappoint me.

I also liked the handicap on GG but they're underperforming these past few series so I went with OG @1.45 as they showed signs of life after losing against Tundra last week. Nigma with the usual 2-0 and Brame slowly falling off as they're not playing with their full lineup.

Fnatic vs Talon seems like a solid matchup later today and i'll probably go with the over 2.5 as all of their series have ended up 2-1.

Talon is in 1st rank while Fnatic is in 2nd, both are never lost in 2 last game. Talon is still my favorite because the last 10 games have 9 wins and 1 loss (RSG) while Fnatic is not enough good, with 10 games 5 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws.

Im an EG fanboy since they start and we know how to play EG as aggressive a thanks that Bullba does not make a pick of spam storm spirit again for Abed. For game one it is quite a normal draft with the counter of viper against bristle back and they take a risk with the Sniper safe lane against LC. Of course, it is already dominated the game and EG manage to win Game 1. In the next game Syllabear takes too much time to get a farm and the late game is the key but in the early to mid-game they commit multiple mistakes making them lose the clash and TSM wins game 2. With game 3 it is all smooth because of the Razor offlane but because of failed gank with the shaman but still they manage to win the game because of too much disable.

Btw, random thought: Imperial's world rank #15 doesn't make sense. 2 wins in the last 10 matches, a few shocking results like getting 2-0'd by TeamOne and losing to Enterprise the other day. Next rank update will put them in between 30-40 rank at best which is their actual level right now. Grim

Eternal Fire had a lot of trouble defending b on the CT side, and Ence was the one who dominated the game on T'side with their mid to b rotations easily.

Ence won the match with a 19-17 advantage in overtime. Players other than Imor and Xantares could not contribute much extra to the team, and also the fact that the game is online is a disadvantage for EF players due to the ping difference.

Ence have not had it as easy as anyone one would have anticipated, the narrowly won the first map, and got blown in their own map pick, it was 13-2 at the half, but were able to make it to 10, however it was not enough, Eternal Fire have taken the second map in a well deserved fashion.

I expect a better sense of urgency from Ence in the 3rd map, I've got Ence -3.5 @ 1.90

Yes, if they can't meet the DPC points requirement.

They really have to go through the hardest way and that's through the regionals. I also see that there are two slots for the "last chance qualifiers".

So I'm guessing that all teams that are qualified for that regional qualifiers will have all of their last chance. I think those will be the teams that would be 2nd place for the qualifiers and they'll get to fight for the two slots for the TI.

I agree, they're given too much credit just because of their performance during the major and they'll most likely go down the rankings given their inconsistency.

Underwhelming series as Fnatic came out on top and they're just the better team on both games while Talon had a rough performance. Game 2 was closer than the first as Talon dominated the laning phase but they still crumbled during the mid game.
