The only maps that NIP are better than NaVi are Inferno and Vertigo indeed. Ancient is neutral for the sides so I think this map is very likely to be picked by one of the sides. But considering the probable bans and picks, NIP are going to be very disadvantageous anyway.

Besides, NIP have a very low chance to create their second chance by this match even if they win. Because NIP's total round difference in the group is -37 now. The closest team that they need to get past are NaVi which have a 12 round difference in total. NIP must defeat NaVi by a huge difference which is the only way for them to perform a miracle today. I think there is no chance for this. I don't think NaVi would leave their job to chance here. So NaVi win can be added to the betslips @1.23.

Yup, NIP's map pool is poor. And dang, it was Inferno, Mirage, and Overpass instead of Ancient. Easily to guess the win for both teams in their map pick. NIP will win the Inferno as their pick while Navi will win the Mirage as well. 2-1 in Overpass to decide who's going to have a chance in group stage A. Although NIP has -37 and 1-3 win/lose, if both Spirit and Endpoint lose at a huge margin, Navi loses to NIP too, there might be something ugly going on in group stage A.

Luckily, all three matches of Vitality vs Spirit, Fnatic vs Endpoint, and Navi vs NIP both happened at the same time. Fixing will be hard. As you said, Vitality can just let Spirit win at a huge margin to kick both Navi #1 and NIP #6 out, less dangerous teams in the playoff rounds. Or NIP could drag Navi down with them that even with a win, Navi's round difference isn't enough against Spirit.

Actually all of the picks here are credible for these matches. Maybe only the Vitality - Spirit one is a little doubtful. Because Vitality have already guaranteed to finish the group at the 1st position. Spirit might use this for their advantage if they show a solid performance. So far they have been able to beat Endpoint and NIP. They couldn't win even one map against NaVi and fnatic. But like I said this isn't an important match for Vitality at all. Otherwise Vitality's odd would be lower than 1.40 for sure.

I was also super confident with Navi against NiP, but they just got schooled in Overpass. Great map movements from NiP on the last map and they managed to play Navi like a fiddle. Both teams showed how good they were on Overpass, but NiP just won crucial rounds that affected Navi's hold on a better economy for a lot of rounds ending in a loss. Even on gun rounds, NiP just outgunned Navi. Eco rounds didn't go so well for Navi too, and it's extremely unfortunate for them to be at that position.

 Lots of betting sites also heavily favored Navi for this matchup, especially on the last map but damn they were wrong. That's a hefty 4.00 odds on a lot of platforms!

I did not watch the game but I was surprised when I checked the result and NAVI lost again. I thought they will try to win this one since they lost to vitality yesterday. If team secret won over Vitality, then NAVI could have been dropped from the tournament. Someone pointed out that they intentionally lost to Endpoint because the odds in the betting sites are heavily in their favor. But then they lost again to Vitality and NIP. NIP has a very terrible tournament but they still managed to beat NAVI. There is something wrong with NAVI line up this tournament.

NaVi surprised most people and lost the match by 1-2. It is really shocking to me because NIP were in a way worse form actually. Maybe having one last chance was like a motivation for them I don't know. But still the usual NaVi wouldn't let them win that easy normally. Incredible performances by NIP on Inferno and Overpass indeed. REZ and Brollan were the players who had the biggest roles in these wins on both maps statistically.



Of course this wasn't enough for NIP to remain in the tournament as there were many variables needed to happen for them to do this. The results of the other matches didn't end the way they'd like. It must be a very scary loss for NaVi because Spirit could have taken their place in the last moment. Vitality didn't let them by a strong performance and beat them 2-0. NaVi must really be thankful for them. However NaVi need to find a solution to this bad form. They completed the group stage with 2 wins and 3 losses. Otherwise they might be eliminated much earlier than the expected.

Navi was too confident on their setup. What NiP did on most of their T side on Overpass was to show the bomb on the radar then wait for a long time before making the play. Perfect attention diversion on some rounds but when Navi realized this, NiP just went on to play their normal setup, and it's too late. Rez is awesome on that awp and I agree that he can switch roles, but he's too good of an entry fragger and he trades very consistently with the rifle. While electronic popped off on that map, rez just styled on him and his teammates for the most part.

If Navi could just prove that they're the current top 1 by adapting to NiP's setup but nah. They had other plans I guess

The odds on Navi vs BetBoom seem a bit off, from my view Navi should be the favorites but they faced a decent opponent on their first series in the qualifiers.

Also, I got lucky earlier and caught Navi to win @2.02 and now it seems like the odds are much closer but I still think it shouldn't be this high though.

Once Navi knew they had already passed the group stage thanks to Vitality winning Spirit 2-0, trying to win the next map Overpass meant little to them. That's the main reason for the slow to adapt NIP's shuffles, guys. Both Vitality and Navi are under the gg.bet's banner so a favorite in-house, perhaps.

Tho yeah, have to give NIP credit too for trying their best despite knowing every kind of effort they made in Overpass's going to be futile. Shame that NIP can't make it past the group stage and sit out of the ESL Pro League. Hope the other group will be less complicated than group A. Group B will start on Wednesdays with teams: Faze, G2, BIG, Outsiders (ex-Virtus.pro lineup with Jame and co), MIBR, and FTW. Faze and G2 easily took one playoff spot each, the 3rd and last one for Group B might be a tough fight between Outsiders, BIG, and MIBR.

This should be in Outsider's bag. These guys are killing it on their past tournaments and also this regional qualifiers. I'm rooting for them to win their bracket since they had a hard time all these past few months because of the restrictions imposed on their original organizations due to the Russo-Ukraine war. They lagged behind a lot of teams when it comes to tournaments ever since those restrictions were imposed, and they are now playing catch up with other teams. I think they deserve to secure that TI spot more than anyone in their region.

It was a really dangerous day for NaVi indeed. They could have even been out of the tournament if Spirit defeated Vitality. This was quite probable normally as Vitality didn't need any win after guaranteeing their lead in the group. This is a big lesson for NaVi I hope. They have s1mple also but there is something different with their team play recently. I wonder how they weakened this much suddenly.

Group B matches are going to start in only two days. FaZe are the absolute favourite team to finish the group as the leader of course. But I won't be 100% sure of it after seeing how bad NaVi did in the group stage.    Outsiders have been dropping down in the ranking for some time. However I still see them a very dangerous opponent for every team in the group. We shouldn't forget that OG defeated FaZe in Blast Premier not much time ago. Outsiders are not much different than OG. G2 might be eliminated in this stage already by finishing it in the 4th position I assume. They need to make a big improvement after their poor performance in Blast Premier.

We have come to the end of group A in EPL. Vitality finished top of the group without any defeat in this group. Navi and Fnatic teams also secured themselves to qualify for the playoffs. We watched a very competitive group. With the transfer of Vitality Spinx, they became a very dominant team. Spinx was the best transfer they could have made and I think they are very satisfied now. When the group B matches start, my favorite will be FaZe. The other Favorite is G2, let's see, the last transfers were just starting to adapt. M0nesy and Niko are already doing what they have to do. How much it will balance the others is what matters. Hooxie doesn't give me much confidence as an IGL, but maybe he can recover, he will test himself in this group again.

They are one of the top teams on there Division including Team Spirit. Actually they beat TS many times on there regional tournaments before which means this qualifiers is easy for them to win since TS is the only team that can match them toe to toe while NaVi rarely give them a close fight. I think they really got this spot and the main reason that gives them this hunger to win is the recent error on announcements about the last team who will qualified in TI.

m0nesy is the best player of G2 at the moment. NaVi must be really unsatisfied with losing him to G2 from their Junior team. He was like the future of NaVi however they can still convince him to sign in the future depending on how much happy he is at G2 or some other team maybe. NiKo is the second best with a 1.22 rating and Hunter follows him right after by a slight gap. However we need to see the same effort from jks and HooXi as well. I know that they are newly adapting to the team. There were some positive signs in their match against Vitality for example.

However they still need to be well-prepared before the group matches start. G2 are nearly staying out of top 10 in the world ranking. They don't deserve this. I still doubt the new transfers but it'd be lovely if they surprise every person who thinks the same as me.

I thought BetBoom would win the game especially after they won the 1st map but Im glad that I decided to go with over 2.5 maps though. Classic bet as usual but it works again. As for tomorrow, I kinda think that Outsiders -1.5 against Navi would be a good option considering that Outsiders seems to be much better than the others EEU regions teams though

Also, Liquid is at #3! A nice surprise since I have a soft spot for Liquid as I've posted before from the old roster Stewie, NAF, Twistzz, Nitro, Elige. This time, Liquid at #3 with NAF, Nitro, Elige, Yekindar, oSee tho. Interesting to see Vitality at #4 with +3 from the last ranking.

G2 jumped up to #9, +1 from the last ranking so don't worry about G2 falling out of the top 10 HLTV. They're improving since the last roster change with jks and Hooxi. You know, it always took time for CSGO pro players to form into a team and train strats. For m0nesy, I think I remember there was a clause in the contract where Navi is the first one to buy back m0nesy if he decides to part away with G2. So yeah, Navi pretty much can receive m0nesy back.

Vitality are the most attention getting team in top 10 obviously. But this is no surprise for any of us. They have improved their performance too much after their transfer move for Spinx in the end. They even finished a group in which there is NaVi also as the leader. Of course there is still a huge point difference among the first two teams and the third team in the ranking. But it is still good to see there are some changes in the ranks near FaZe and NaVi. By the way the reason why NaVi lost their lead must be related to their poor performance in the ESL Pro League so far. Depending on FaZe's effort things might change once again.

Great work by Liquid too! Just look at their ranking development in the recent years. It is an insane recovery indeed.

Looking at the CIS region or EEU for Dota 2, there are now two teams that are guaranteed with the last chance qualifier. Although both of them are waiting for their match at the upper bracket, but they're guaranteed the slot now whether they win or lose.

Still, they're fighting for the TI2022 slot but that's already a guarantee to them for the last chance qualifier.

The teams are Outsiders and Na'Vi. Speaking of Outsiders, I think that they really are pushing and showing that they really deserve a slot after Fnatic took their slot after a deficit in very tiny amount of point.

While on the South America region, Infamous and Tempest are guaranteed for the last chance qualifier slots.

Na'Vi are back being the source for memes when it comes to Dota2. This mean have nothing to do with the old team of Na'Vi and at this point they should simply disband and give a chance to fresh gamers who are grinding daily in order to get a chance because no one wants to see NoOne and MidOne playing dota again...they have no skills left in them.

Its going to be either Navi or BetBoom against Outsiders at the finals but either way, Outsiders would have win the game against any of these two. They kinda deserved to win the qualifiers though as things have been going out of their way ever since the Russia declared war against Ukraine, they were banned from some tournaments because of it because they are Russian and VP was owned by a Russian company or something

Its pretty lame that I searched some bookies and they were not offering Outsiders -1.5 against Navi so I decided to take the winner option and parlay it with some other game. Glad that it paid off
