I don't know that slot but usually I have not encountered any glitch in their slots from my more than 3 years experience playing their slots up until now.Anything can happen in a software as that is what in the end is every slot game we play and glitches do happen from time to time.What you could have done is to have made a screenshot and sent to the Play n Go support or the casino that you were playing and see why it didn't give you a refill.

Played this game few times in the past but I cant really remember how the bonus works and how the combo meter works. As far as I remember, you can check your bets under the bet history and it will show your bet spin by spin. It would be nice if you can show it here so we can examine it together to know what's wrong with your bet. If there is something wrong, you can make a complaint to the provider or through the live support of the casino so they can forward it to the provider.

If this is a bug, maybe you can still ask for compensation from the developer. Please contact the gambling provider of your choice to submit it to the Play N Go team. It's quite unfortunate that the opportunity to get additional free spins has to be lost, because it could be give you additional wins. I'm sure if you complain to your gambling provider team, then the provider will provide a solution regarding this.

I'm pragmatic players and made have many experiences in many different pragmatic games and I cant say that I experienced many times when I did not get bonus/free spins after 1k spins.
This is game of luck, you may get bonus round in few spins only or you may not get it after so many spins.

Sounds like the glitch was perhaps only from your end? Basically a client side glitch.

It's not unusual. A glitch from the server side would be much more unusual but it can be detected perhaps. It could be a good idea (in cases of large sums of money) that you ask support to look into the matter.

The only glitches I personally have experienced were cosmetic glitches from my end. And they were not any slot games.

My slots experiences have gone quite smoothly until today, really.

If you already triggered max spins IIRC 20 free spins, there won't be any additional spins. I remember #feelsbadman like your experience...

It's not unusual. A glitch from the server side would be much more unusual but it can be detected perhaps. It could be a good idea (in cases of large sums of money) that you ask support to look into the matter.

I'm pragmatic players and made have many experiences in many different pragmatic games and I cant say that I experienced many times when I did not get bonus/free spins after 1k spins.

It was the Moon Princess with 20 max free spins.  Yeah maybe I hit the max spin there, but as far as I know, that was the 4th retrigger so I am expecting another set, Oh well I already decided to let it go before I posted that experience here, I am just asking if anyone experience the same.

I am only curious if how did he do that? I know he is lucky but I mean the actual process? What is the name of the slot and then the bet size used, something like that.
