CSS updated on Groestlcoin subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/groestlcoin/

Let me know what you think about it, here or there.

I dont see the difference. I could have made 100x better sub skin within 10x shorter period of time and have gotten more feedback to my thread. Ur problem is that u remade an existing theme instead of making ur own. And ur stole a branded logo design from google. A letter g suggests it has already been used somewhere, perhaps as a google accounts logotype. If u search it u will find it.

It's just the naut theme with the groestl 'g' from the previous theme. It took me 10 min, so I find it a bit surprising you could have made a 100x better sub skin in 60 seconds Smiley You're welcome to mock something up on a dummy sub and I will copy it over.

GRSers, we need your help.

DigiByte needs Groestl hash (myriadcoin-groestl) to get SegWit to its 70% threshold.

Don't do it for us though - do it because it's profitable. With the optimized sph-miner, you can mine the equivalent of 2.5 GRS per MHs per day (20 MHs = 50 GRS a day).

If you want to mine the most profitable coin to mine right now, swap algos in your config file, then point your rigs to https://www.miners-pool.eu/pools/digibyte%20-%20groestl . No registration required. Just put your DGB address in the user name field, and mine away. (You'll find wallet installs at http://digibyte.co/ or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408268.0 .

Thanks in advance for all your help.   Smiley

Edit: If you could also retweet this to your followers, it would be greatly appreciated. https://twitter.com/HR_DGB/status/853226819520278528  TIA

Yes I know there are more pools out there, yours being one of them. Unfortunately your DGB Groestl pool has been down all afternoon.

And this isn't spam. It's a request for help . . . but with folks like you and Srcxxx, for example, I wasn't sure if I should even try, and I use the word unfortunately again since you seem to be showing me that my first inclination was correct. A little camaraderie was just too much to expect.

And to think that I was even starting to warm up to Groestl once again.  Sad

Here's a little cross-post from over at the Daily Noooz Section of http://groestlcoin.org/forum/index.php?topic=477.60

'Will crypto economics be the only thing left as the global economies collapse under massive debts hidden from sight behind the media’s fake news?'

https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-capital-markets-to-save-mankind-from-new-global-financial-storm

Guys, I was studying peak oil when oil crossed the $100-a-barrel mark in January, 2008. This arguably sparked the 2008 financial crisis. Which I started studying. 8 years now. Got into cryptos on the way.

So, is it possible that cryptos (and bullion . . . ) will be only player(s) left standing after GFC2? Us IndiaMikeZulu guys sure think so.

No problem asking for help, its just the way you ask it.
When asking for help write down all the pools that are signalling segwit and not just 1. Otherwise it looks like endorsement/advertisement for that 1 pool. I can understand why ocminer was offended, he is a fair guy.

Scrxxx is not involved in GRS since 2014, no need to mention him. We got a total new team since then. Let bygones be bygones.

For what its worth i have asked my mining friends to help you and Litecoin out with signalling. Good luck with signalling.

Hi there jackie,

No prob. As I mentioned, ocminer's DGB Groestl pool was down all afternoon yesterday - you could hardly recommend a pool that wasn't working, could you? If you look at my second to last tweet, I was also recommending DigiHash, but (and this is on the BCT forum if you want to check) it was later confirmed to be down as well. I wasn't sure about the 2 other remaining pools (one of which is in the US with high latency for those of us in Europe) and they both require signup registration. You know what they say about the word assume. What might "look like" one thing could very well be another, and in this case with a little common sense, just a few minutes reading, and a little cooler head, the response to my request for help might have been very different. On the other hand, maybe not. Hot heads are difficult to cool. Wink

Scrxxx is still on your OP by the way. (Good to hear that he's not with you anymore.)

And thanks for asking your friends to help out with signalling. We've got over the 70% threshold. 6 more days to go. Oh, and the profitability for the last 24 hours sure wouldn't have disappointed you either!

Cheers,

The pool was down since it was upgraded to signal segwit as well - as you requested. Unfortunately the wallet didn't upgrade correctly from the old codebase to version 6.x without a full resync, so it took some time. Maybe ask 'your' devs to fix that so that upgrades go quicker. The pool is up and working well since then.

However.. Again, This is the groestl thread - not dgb...

Nobody else experience that "issue" with the full resync you mention. What would that be, 6 or 7 days for you? And how can you explain that your pool was working fine the night before? Thing is that it "looks like" your pool was down without you knowing it exactly when you were blasting me. Kind of ironic, don't you think? But I could be wrong of course, and, since it's irrelevant, I don't really care.

With attitudes and after the fact contradictions like yours, it's really hard to understand exactly what you're trying to communicate.

As far as this not being the DGB thread, is there anything that's been written here by anyone about assisting DGB Groestl signalling that suggests anyone is mistaken about this being the Groestl thread? And you've said it twice now.   Huh

Not to worry. I'm not bothered. Just trying to point out a couple of things that may help you in the future.

And thanks again to jackielove4u and friends who have so kindly shown their support.

Thanks for your advice but I'm doing well since years without your help Smiley

You can believe it or not, but I had the same issue on the qubit pool when upgrading to segwit. The daemon says 'rewinding blocks' and then gets stuck on a block a few thousand before the actual last Block. And you can rest assured that I always know very well which pool is doing what and when. I've actually upgraded the pool right after your post, you can compare 'last found blocks' on the pool with your posting time if you still don't believe.

Let me give you an advice that with your selfish and arrogant behavior you're not only hurting the way people look at you but also the coin you're trying to promote. I'm unsure if DGB really needs such promo...

This will be my final communication with you.

Quote spam. It's a thing. Don't let it make your threads five million lines per page.

Edit: I'm just saying there's no need to keep quoting long conversation threads, you can just snip it to the last comment to keep comments from becoming gigantic. I'm all for digibyte activating segwit.

Quote spam. It's a thing. Don't let it make your threads five million lines per page.

Edit: I'm just saying there's no need to keep quoting long conversation threads, you can just snip it to the last comment to keep comments from becoming gigantic. I'm all for digibyte activating segwit.

I'm with u on this. But not entirely because these threads are full of valuable knowledge about what future of this coin may be. I have my plans on it and think that together we can bring it to the state of decay so everybody stops caring about coins that don't need to be bumped. My vision is different because I'm much smarter than u and I'm an outsider.

The most outstanding  of GRS now is Segwit activated.
GRS is the first coin that Segwit activated ,let all people know GRS is a Segwit activated LTC,
so that the price will become 12$ every GRS   Grin
