You sure about that? I remember that season when Leicster lifted the trophy, they just bought Kramaric and he was far away from first team and quickly went on a loan deal. I always thought he got the medal for that anyway. He played maybe 3 games max, probably even less.

I actually only knew last season when Liverpool won the league (yeah, yeah I know, but who needs to know things when their team doesn't win, right?). Klopp complained quite a lot because he apparently also didn't know about the rules that you need to play 5 games or you don't get the winners' medal. I don't know who didn't get it though because of the rule.

They are just cheap, I would give the medal to anyone who played at least a couple of minutes, even if it was cameo in the last game of the season

Let's recap this round so far:

Calvarese, the referee who officiated the Juventus-Inter game was a complete joke. Every other decision he had to make was incorrect, such as the phantom red card for Bentancur, which he compensated for by gifting Juve a non-existent penalty against Perisic. There were so many mistakes, it is easily the worst reffed match in recent memory.

Benevento couldn't beat 10 men Crotone, who played with their backup goalkeeper, and this was his first match in Serie A this season. He has probably only played 5-6 full games in the last few years, but he was man of the match with some incredible saves. Crotone has conceded 92 goals this season, the most in Serie A history...93, the minute they equalized. Benevento still has a chance to avoid relegation, all they have to do is beat Torino in the final round and hope Lazio doesn't give them a point in the postponed game between the two on Tuesday.

Milan has to beat Atalanta in Bergamo to qualify for the CL, after 0:0 draw just now with a highly motivated Cagliari team. lol

yeah, Crotone scored in third minute additional time, to crush Benevento, I highly doubt that they will pass Torino in the end, is it score between the two that is the decisive if they have same number of points, since Torino has much better goal difference? Lazio actually does not have anything to play for, so Torino could secure their survival prior to last match

Cagliari secured their next season prior to Milan match, so I was pretty sure that this will end up as home win, but obviously Milan is not up to their business lately

would be interesting between Roma and Sassuolo for last Europa competition spot, or they both will get Europa because Coppa Italia spot could go to Atalanta that is already in CL

will be interesting on Wednesday, Juventus could end up with one trophy in the end, not the shiny one, but it is a trophy after all

Juventus just won Coppa Italia after beating Atalanta 2:1. If 1st half was more or less equal, then in 2nd half Juventus diminated and fully deserved to win. This season was really bad for Juventus, so, this trophy is just little redemption for them. It was last game in Juventus for Gigi Buffon. He is 43 years old already, but I still want to see him playing, I hope he won't retire after this season.

This is exactly what i wanted, Gasperini and his usual pissy mood can retaliate against Juve by starting his U17 squad on Sunday, let Milan take the last spot. It's a pointless game, they've already qualified for CL next season, and besides it's a long flight from Europe to Columbia for Muriel and Zapata, just give their entire squad a few days rest before they join their national teams. Copa America and EURO '20 begin in approximately three weeks, and players shouldn't risk injuring themselves at the last possible moment, right?  Who doesn't want to see Juventus play MOL Fehervar and Slovan Bratislava, it's box office...lol

From what i'm hearing he will not retire after the season, but certainly not playing for Juve, he wants to leave the club.

Benevento are relegated, officially. I was looking forward to their match with Torino in the last round but Lazio couldn't score/beat them last night. Immobile missed yet another penalty (4 or 5  missed on the season) which is quite a lot for a player of his caliber.

Thanks for the Euro link. I avoided the Coppa match because it had silly value, and unfortunately, I don't see also any good value in this week's games, so will likely avoid most of them. Germany and Spain are looking good, plus tomorrow's EPL plenty to play for;)

Maybe a very late parlay later if I win a lot in earlier games ha!

So, Serie A season ended today too. Milan finnished 2nd after beating Atalanta - this season was rollercoaster for them. Juve jumped into Champion league train on the last round.
Congrats to @Hoody Hoo for winning this pool. Well deserved, you left no chance for others. Congrats to @bigdaddy and @hahay with Top 3 finnish. And same like in La Liga pool, @Trofo finnish 4th and get wooden medal 
I dropped from 6th to 8th on the last round. Well, before season I didn't had big expecations because Serie A isn't my league, so, this result is somewhat expected. Though, I scored much more points there than in EPL pool. Also, thanks to this pool, I started to follow Serie A more closely and this season was so interesting.
Also, big thanks to @Trofo for making this and La Liga pool. I hope you will make it next season too, I think we had great time with all you guys .

That is the plan, the pools are here to stay and I plan on running them for as long as we have at least 10 participants.

I shit you not i was this close of getting default picks on the last six matches. I was waiting to see the starting lineups before making my final predictions when Superbru went dark. I couldn't access the site or the app for more than 25 minutes due to 504 gateway time-outs, microsoft azure errors, server overload, and whatnot. Thankfully, 10 minutes before the start of the matches, i was finally able to get in and sub my picks, so stressful...never again. 

As for the last round, bummed out for Sassuolo as Roma managed to get back in their game and score two against Spezia, and subsequently kicking them out of Europe, though Napoli's meltdown vs Verona was something else, damn!

expected wins from Roma and Sassuolo, Roma get their places with a draw in the end, we will see Mo in Europe next season, they will probably try to score a trophy there

Atalanta lost their match, and Milan came up second in the end, but they are still "confirmed on group stage" for CL on flashscore, do anyone knows why?

I was in some beta, coaching Crystal Palace, during last year, but gave up eventually
hopefully there are improvements in the game, since tyKiwanuka is now wearing signature, if I remember correctly, tyKiwanuka was assigning teams to managers during beta

The game just works with IDs and you can load the data pack you like the most then.

In the beta phase we are now, you are responsible yourself for getting a club to manage - you just need 5%+ in club shares and get voted in by the shareholders

I didn't expect to be in third place because to be honest when I was overtaken by Trofo, I felt that I didn't have a chance anymore because it was a difficult prediction and even, in the last round the results of my predictions were devastated almost all of them were red because of wrong 7.

By the way, congratulations to everyone and also a big thank you to Trofo for managing this tournament. You are the best!

New season starts 13.08.2021. Less than one month away so it is time to bring up this thread again. I'll run the pool again this year in this same thread. We will have sponsor and I plan to do something similar to just finished Copa pool. I'll redesign the OP in the next few days and start collecting money about two weeks before it starts.
