it is a 1st May, and it is a holiday here in Balkans, usually celebrated outside of home, with barbeque on open space

@buwa has inside information so he knows I was in Tallinn on "Poker with Steve, second edition". Not sure if that falls under real life since I was meeting mostly people I know from this forum. Would recommend for sure, especially if you can make do with just a couple of hours of sleep in between day long drinking sessions. Will probably write a bit more about it in main SB thread later.

Now I am back, so I can start to get active again and maybe grade our challenge in a day or two. Swamped with work at the moment.

back on topic, Lazio had a solid come-back last night, to win over Spezia, seven goals

It was a fantastic night for BTTS too,,, but again for odd reasons I chose to add the 0-0 Roma game to my multibet,,, always I find a way to remember Mourinho in the most special way ever  

1st May is also holiday for us but Labor Day, and I always choose to get the triple pay for public holiday work since I would waste it sleeping late anyway.

It is just a shame I made such an effort to place the ticket while running to catch a connecting flight. I also had Barca BTS on that ticket which came out nice and one local game which busted as well.

Trofo man, good to have you back haha and leea yeah you know it, the Special One will always pull a trick out of his bag, and as you all know I jinxed Roma as soon as I said I was on a no-draw strat in this round, so am going to have to pray Atalanta don't do me wrong tonight.

I'm sitting a bit tight this May, already have quite a number of season-long tickets (outright on Liverpool) to take some contests, so I either end it on a really special note or not. Probably shouldn't lay out more but you know, I just can't stop myself...

I knew I did well in the pool this week and I hoped to gain something on the people in front of me and then I see that they did even better. Though pool to gain advantage despite all of you going for Atalanta in home games I told you already, bet against them at home is as safe as possible. It is only a question will they loose or get a point.

11 wins in a row and I am guessing most of them were at least 5x to 10x if multibets,,, that is well worth busting even half of your bets, definitely not a cause to complaint  

I took a long break from betting singles and doubles and even multibets on same day,,, now I am just sticking to making triples or doubles but making selections within one or two weeks. It seems I do a bit better and I am not rushing to pick every single game

No, no, not that good unfortunately. That is just 11 wins in a row on Serie A both to score. That part of my stats says nothing about actually winning tickets. It is just for my reference to better judge stakes in the future. For instance I know that I have highest hit ratio on Masters 1000 tennis and Champions League, now Serie A is getting there. Some of them were singles, some of them parts of winning multi and some of them parts of loosing multi.

All my multi bets are x5. Just enough to get extra boost and use insurance.

Looks like the competition between AC Milan and Inter Milan for the Seria A title is coming to an end because Inter Milan recently drop points on the table when they lose to Bologna 2-1. They are currently two points behind AC Milan and remaining few games to go. AC Milan are striving harder to win the remaining games so that they can lift the Seria A title. The competition in the Seria A this season is much interesting.

my stats in Calcio pool are telling everything about my picks for Calcio, as lousy as one can be
must say that I do not follow Serie A that much, just watch some matches here and there, and usually skip all in betting, except when there is just a few matches, and I want to bet

nevertheless, Cagliari has more chances to stay in top league than Everton, who would say that last September

Napoli last game against Sassuolo was really a big win for them after thrashing Sassuolo 6-1. Napoli and Juventus are actually out of the race to win the title but they have secure their place in the champions league for next season.

Its a little bit disappointing for Napoli because they started this season's campaign strong and everyone predicted that they might win the Serie A. Players like Victor Osimhen, Lorenzo Insigne and others were in outstanding forms. But things changed when they started conceding cheap goals and some key players picked up injuries. But this season would be far better than last one for coach Spalletti and his squad if they finally grab a champions league place with just few matches to go.

It is almost 100% football for me but I do add one or two other things out of pure randomness to complete my x5 set as it is same I always go for 5, sometimes if super confident I go one extra for 6, but usually only if the overall odds are 'only' 12 or 13x then need one more to bring to 18x I know it is pointless to lose by one but I seem always to lose by 2 or 3 anyway.

I do better apparently when I only choose 3 games and long time between each other.

With the win over Venezia just now they are officially out of the relegation zone, maybe for the first time this season. lol

...with another crucial match coming up this weekend, they will host Cagliari, but with a point in hand and easier remaining fixtures.

I'm telling you right now that i'm going heavy on the cards/booking points in this game, and 6+ is almost a guarantee (hell, it's even a red card territory @4.00+ odds) given the importance of the game.

yeah, it is a match to avoid relegation over the weekend, if Salernitana wins, Cagliari is almost certain in Serie B, if Cagliari wins, will be fight till the end
last season was a tough one for Cagliari, they were in similar situation, but avoided relegation, this one seems tougher at the moment, was pretty different few rounds ago, but Salernitana is on the run, four wins in last five matches, topping the form table in last five matches

Salernitana has been my go-to team to bet on in Serie A the last couple of weeks:

Yeup, I finally backed them in the pool 2-1 and got a nice exact score to end the round and confirm the yellow cap but I have a feeling nothing much will change the next remaining games as the pool standings are more or less highly imbalanced at the top heh. My focus right now at this late stage is to actually avoid the usual betting pitfalls and just hang on tight on big games so I try to end the season not too badly, as this has been my worst betting season in 4 years. Also not fun that Bitcoin is getting battered, not that it's fully related heh.

What a turnaround for this team, I'm not even following it much but I sense the crazy emotion their fans must be going through right now. I noticed bookies actually putting them as the favourites now! First time for everything?

Lecce and Cremonese are two of the new teams set to join Serie A next season, as the regular season in Serie B concluded minutes ago. I had to check Wikipedia to see when was the last time the team from Cremona played in the top flight of Italian football. It turns out it's been a while, first promotion since 1995-96...while Lecce everyone knows is the Norwich of Serie A, in and out of the league every other year. Lol

There is one more spot to be won, the Berlusconi-Galliani-led team of Monza fucked up again, they needed to win today to secure a promotion, but failed yet again...what it is now, three years in a row?! They still have a chance in the playoffs, though it's gonna be tough. Anyways, a fun weekend of football is ahead of us.

Lecce do love being whipping boys, but good to see a new name, maybe they become another Salernitana? And yes I know it's too early to call them safe, but there is this little thing called momentum and they're brimming with it.

Man, I thought Inter was going to choke, and then what a comeback, I checked after game was over, didn't even realise they'd mounted a comeback before HT.

Like Trofo last week, I thought I was doing ok with scores, but then the 1st and 2nd-placed bastards did even better. Crazy how I've been dropping Atalanta points all the time on 3-1, then I choose 3-2 and they laugh at me and win 3-1.
