Leaders on EPL, Bundesliga, Serie A... who could expect?

Maybe buwaytress managed to score big against Juve, he is the only one that sometimes profits on days like this.

Unfortunately, even I could not predict Monza getting their first win of their season against Juve... That, of course, and the odds were less than 7/1 for the home team, made it unattractive to me.

1.9 Juve looked incredible value, didn't it? Bookies are enjoying themselves this entire week.

Don't worry man, you'll come back from this. I think we ALL did badly, some like me are bets that were started even over a week ago, all green and final legs on Serie A games heh heh.

All leagues are going more or less normally. Serie A is absolutely phenomenal. The results are completely unpredictable. Even if you look at the results of the round in the pool - icopress 12.5 points (congratulations), and second place 5.5! 
16 participants and out of 30 possible points, the second best forecaster scores 5.5 points!  This is an absolutely insane result in terms of statistics and probability theory.

when you have most participants with 10+ average per round, it is really predictable league

just have a look on last three rounds in Bundesliga, shitshow with all odds below @2, nothing comes as expected

nevertheless, congrats to Napoli, winning in Milano is something that puts them in line for title

Man, as i said in the LaLiga thread, i dont remember a worst weekend in general for me, its the worst scenario case i can think.
The only thing relief me, its in this pool for example for all the people was a shit weekend, well not for Icopress  .

I don’t pay attention to the Bundesliga, because initially I expect something there from only one team - Bayern (and the fact that it loses points for 4 games in a row is of course surprising), the rest of the teams are initially broth for me. Similarly, Ligue 1 - one team is predictable is PSG, the rest are broth. The Europa League is all bouillon and I will never be involved in predicting those games.
In any case, I'm also happy for Napoli, but disappointed with Roma, but in general the group of leaders is very close, so let's hope that our favorites will be more successful in the next games.

Yeah, super well done to the yellow capper, I'm doing really poorly in ALL the pools, I kid you not. Practically bottom at EPL (ignore the guys who seem to have given up below me). F1, UCL, here, La Liga, I'm nowhere close to prize spots. I had an excuse of missing about 4 weeks of the season, but now I've had 4 weeks to follow and still doing badly.

There was a reason I said Bundesliga, as casperBGD says... it's even more wild than Serie A this season! I mean, at least Napoli are former champions but who the hell is Union Berlin (7th is their best position) and Freiburg (3rd their best, in 1950s) who were top 2 until the last game? That's what happens when you lose 2 iconic players (Lewie and you-know-who).

In loosely related news, Mourinho has really been chilling down and taking to social media recently, huh? Roma seems to have really injected him with some kind of chill vibe. First that cray tattoo, and now vibing it in British grime... do I sense a return to England in the works?

Not really the sort of news I follow but Google seems to be pushing Mou news to me haha.

I actually think that he is at his best when managing smaller club where he can park the bus and play counter attacking football. He also has a way of bringing out maximum from his players in first and second season. After that it is usually fall in performance or club owners not happy watching their team defend all the time. West ham would be perfect for him, if his ego would allow a move like that.

I can't read his mind anymore, I don't think he's picky now though. I think it's whether a club wants him or not now, he'll probably love the idea of getting another midtable team with no European history to go and win a cup or two, it's what he does best -- put himself and his club into a sense of siege mentality, backs to the wall, and go fight all the haters, win something.

I do miss him, for sure. Mellowed but still love to hear him.

Yeah, he has a way of squeezing a player for more juice than anyone previously thought possible. Think the only failure to do so that sticks in my mind is Dele Alli... who only had a brief period of resurgence before just crapping himself and Mou.

Definitely wish I understood Italian and Spanish more -- bet the local media is full of treasures like this!

Torino might be a hard fixture for Napoli no doubt, especially Napoli getting plagued with injury and all, they have at least 5 players out already, If it were to be another team, I would have gone for both teams to score, but Torino have been fairly awful too.

Not so sure about the Inter, keep in mind, Brozović has picked up a quite serious injury and he is out for a month maybe. There isn't a player in Inter or Croatia that can substitute him on the pitch. Not many players in the world all together that can cover that much of the pitch and Roma could have it much easier than usual to take points from Inter.

Milan left tonight, Empoli is not that hard to bit, but this one is for avoiding anyway, cannot expect goals in the match, and not sure that Milan is going to win, and chasing Empoli to win is not my style, will turn to other things

Yeah I really didn't need Savic to go and score an injury time goal heh, I saw that for the first time, I finally got myself into Top 5, an exact score would have been sweeter to take, but can't say I'm not displeased for the results so far, especially getting Roma right.

This was the signal for the jinx to begin of course... as we got 1 upset today now with Monza (wow).

Reminds me of the Dortmund game, leading 2 goals and then let in 3 goals in injury time to lose, and then the Atletico UCL tie where they also won 2-1 with all 3 goals in 12 minutes of injury time.

Didn't even know this was a crazy game, was just happy to get the score right!

it is not going to happen, Calcio is hardly my league, I am questioning myself how am I that good so far, but things are settling, not at the top anymore
on the other hand, my La Liga score is pretty lousy so far, hopefully going to improve it

Lazio had an easy won, 4:0, pretty great season so far

Can't believe I only managed to get 1 exact score this round, but somehow managed to stay in position, 11th, although of course with a rather small group it was not possible to move around a lot with many scores more or less expected except Monza scoring so many, who would knew that right?

Juventus also finally managed to win comfortable, what's wrong with them this season?
