One thing is when someone really needs help regarding depression or suicidal thoughts — that is a big and serious thing and is no laughing matter. But these weak players who need spiritual retreat are really crap and, for me, directly a laughing matter for people who are in need of it. Unfortunately, young people/players are getting more and more dumb and, for me, more and more soft, and that will result in serious trouble in the future.

100% agree. I look back onto our older generations and I feel pity as I knew there was people in my extended family who committed suicide from work stress. But that was a crazy culture every day working in the field and in the night time running a stall, and then when they took a loan for hospital they couldn't pay back. Those guys needed real help and a real break.

Like you said, when a first class citizen has 'normal stress' and then they go take this kind of break, I experienced this at work I have expats from Europe do it all of the time. They take 'sabbaticals' and 'yoga retreats'. They don't even work on weekends like us, they don't need to pay rent or bills (company pays for them), they just make me angry and lol

And the worse thing is some of them tell us, oh you should do it too, and you should see the world. I'm like fk off flight ticket alone is our 2 months salary and if we go on leave our bosses hate us, I don't even afford a passport. Like they have all the education in the world, unlike many of us never even went to college and yet their knowledge is so shallow they cannot understand 'normal people' situation.

Its not just young players, people in general man, I hate it so much

Did anyone watch Atlético Madrid vs. Barcelona? I think Barcelona has no chance after a 4-0 defeat. Something else caught my attention: Flick complained a lot about the referees and their decisions after the game. Am I just remembering something wrong, or did he say earlier, "We need to respect the referees, we're not Real Madrid to complain?"  Has he already imagined himself at Real Madrid or can't he just think of something more interesting to justify such a failure?

It's funny that they continue to air their dissatisfaction with the refereeing. Barcelona filed a complaint about the refereeing of the Atlético-Barcelona game + they're demanding changes/clarifications to some general rules for refereeing decisions (a list of five points).

I also would in Simeone era Atletico had choked quite big several times. And they're probably most inconsistent team in La Liga now - I just will mention 5 their recent results - 0:0 with Levante, 5:0 win against Betis, then loss to Betis at home 0:1, then 4:0 againt Barca and finally today loss to Rayo 0:3. I mean, wtf?

I dont know what is gonna happen but they need to change something fast, aside of missing a penalty you cant lose against this Girona if you want to fight for the title.

The Copa del Rey is already out of reach, the Champions League is a lottery, and I don't believe it's possible to win knockout games with such defensive lapses. As for La Liga, the odds are now as follows:

I know they have some injured players now, and it’s difficult to keep up with the demands of today’s football schedule, but to lose 4:0 to Atlético and now 2–1 to Girona — I surely didn’t believe that would happen. They simply don’t look confident in attack like they did at the beginning. Yamal is slowly getting worse and worse as the games go by, and now if Raphinha doesn’t do anything in a match, Barça is surely losing.

I'm also thinking about attack - Ferran is wasting way too many opportunities, Yamal, wouldn't say that he is getting worse, IMO he is just inconsistent. And Lewandowski, as much as I love him, he is already old and can't be used as backup option only. Rashford so far also leaves mixed feelings

We need to get more freekick goals. Since we lost Messi, we've been shit, almost zero at setpiece goals. We can't say its not our style either, since Messi and others were all freekick specialists. We of course shouldn't change our open play style but someone needs to practice more at freekicks and pens.

Yamal is just getting tired/burnout, I think his quality hasn't gone, just can't find a way to keep doing it again and again but we overelied on Raphinha for sure. Hoping Real does worse than us is not a great way to see the future, but for now its what it is
