The PARISIEN derby is ready to be served after Paris FC made history in French football, they have just been promoted to Ligue 1 after a long wait of 46 years. As an initial step in the transformation process following their successful promotion to the top tier of the French League, Paris FC will move from Stade Charlety to Stade Jean-Bouin next season, uniquely this stadium is only about 44 meters away from PSG's home ground (Parc des Princes).
Hopefully Paris FC can build new strength so that they can provide rivalry and compete with PSG's dominance in Ligue 1.

Nice defeated Reims 1-0 at home to increase their points tally to 57.The battle for the top 7 will continue until the last week and we are about to enter the last 2 weeks.It is still not clear to me who will finish in the top 3.Nice won with a single goal against their opponent in a difficult match and managed to score 3 points, but we can say that Reims played better in the match.They also need to continue their fight to stay in the relegation zone.They have a chance to finish 16th in the league and therefore have to take points from their remaining matches.

Although Nice won & managed to get 3 full points, but I think this match was an embarrassing match for Nice. They played at home, but they struggled to even dominate the match, Reims who were not favored gave continuous attacks until the match was over, unfortunately they didn't have good luck so they had to go home without getting at least 1 point.

About Reims, I agree that this team must be ready for the remaining matches, because otherwise, it's not impossible that they will end up in chaos (entering the relegation zone).

Congratulations to them but if they could take 46 years to build their team to the point of being promoted to the Ligue 1, I wonder how many years it would take them to get a solid squad that would rival PSG, my two cents is that the derby match would always be in favour of PSG for the time being cause I don't think Paris FC can stand their neighbours next season, maybe in future.

 Anyways this promotion is a big opportunity to start building a team that would rival PSG in the future, atleast better players would be willing to play for them and they can start building a squad that would be strong enough to remain in the Ligue 1 for a long period, if they can finish in a good position for about close to a decade then after that period I think their squad might be almost very strong to challenge PSG.

In Ligue 1, they have gathered enough points, so their focus currently is not on Ligue 1 but on the Champions League.i was not really surprised when I saw this result because I was expecting it, and that is exactly what happened. Sometimes people judge a coach poorly just because they failed in a competition. Meanwhile, they forget how the coach performed before he took over his new team. We can see last season that Enrique failed to lead PSG to the UCL title. But that doesn't mean he was a failure. I believe the players that was selected in this game wasn't playing to get anything because they have all they wanted in the Ligue 1, their main concern is winning against Arsenal and if that happens they will celebrate like is the finals. Today both teams lost and I'd still see PSG as the one to go out on Wednesday even if they lost their games, fine today's game wasn't important but it was for the home team Strasbourg who are trying to squeeze their way into the top 4 and it pains me that this is their time to show how serious they have to be when playing against PSG, they are good but it seems PSG is the only team in Ligue 1 who wants to take every competition serious.
Enrique is not yet done and he knows it that any mistake they make against Arsenal it will be the end so resting key players like you said is the best thing to do, which Arteta did too so both teams will come out with their best since the league games are no longer important to them.

PSG lost the match and Paris had 0 intention to win. But it doesn't seem like PSG is worried about losing this match. PSG won the Ligue title. Now Luis Enrique will want to qualify for the Champions League final. Since PSG was able to defeat Arsenal in the first leg match, they will try their best not to lose in the second leg that's why Luis keeps the players fresh to go against Arsenal. Luis Enrique is really smart in implementing his own strategy for the rest of the season because he knows that his focus for now is no longer on Ligue 1, but on the Champions League because PSG has won the Ligue 1 trophy for this season so the defeat is nothing for PSG. I believe they will get another win. Strasbourg are following them in the league right behind with the same points by the way. They have a home game against PSG. Do you think PSG will get another loss after the Nice one? The title is already official you know.

Lyon have a good advantage in the game because they will be playing at home and they are a better team than Lens so I expect them to be able to win. Strasbourg are even ahead of Lille with an extra game played for now. The fight for top 4 is really fierce in the last moments of the season. What do you say for the aforementioned game? Lille or Marseille? Honestly I'm on Lille's side to win.

For PSG, I do not expect so much from them because they already have won the title and have lost a game meaning their unbeaten run has ended. They have nothing else to fight for in the league other than just completing the season and because they also have the champions league second leg to play I wouldn’t be expecting much from them when they play Strasbourg but not I am disputing that they can’t win.

One thing I am sure of: even if PSG won 10 consecutive Champions Leagues, people still won't watch Ligue 1 as long as PSG is the only one dominating. In other leagues there are at least 2 or more teams, while in Ligue 1 PSG is the only one who wins the title with more than 5 rounds left in the league. This means that people can even predict that PSG will be the champion of the league before the league even starts.

Everyone knows who it will be and they will get it right. I doubt very much that anyone here will bet on other Ligue 1 teams to be champions next season. They will bet on PSG
