I have this days been critical of French awards and seriously this is another biased team of the year I don’t know how the selection was done but to be frank even if it’s was through fans voting it was still rigged in my opinion or maybe many people still judge Greenwood because of his past scandals and feels he doesn’t deserve to be acknowledged but there is no genuine reason as to why he misses out on this team of the year, in fact he in my opinion should be next up with Dembele in any awards.

If we compare the stats on Those in the front three we can clearly see he is second to only dembele, he has 19 goals in the league better than Doue who yes has been exceptional this season but seriously not better than Greenwood so it is a clear biased team of the year which needs clarification

Yes , you are absolutely right because we are watching bad performance of that team. Lyon team played very bad in last match and lost the match in the end by high margin because that team could not do any goal in this match. Monaco football team did 2 goals in this match and that team players tried to do well in this game for which they became successful in this match. Minamino was a person who did first goal at 62 minutes and after this goal we saw next goal by Zakaria and he did this goal at 68 minutes. The overall performance of Lyon football team was very bad and we didn't see that kind of poor performance by players of that team.The possession percentage of Monaco team was perfect in this match and that was reason they won this match easily.

I was really surprised when I saw the list. Greenwood should have been on the list. He had a better individual season than Doue. In terms of stats, he was better, and in the eye test, he was also better. If you reconsider the bracket and what teams made it to the final round, I think not a lot of people would have bet their money on the final being Inter Milan vs. PSG. In some way both teams have surprised many of us and more than fulfilled any expectations.

I thought PSG would be out against Liverpool and that was at a time when Liverpool was actually playing the perfect season. I couldn't imagine they kick them out.

There are many questions rising up after the exits of Kylian Mbappe from Parc des Princes stadium last season. We have rising matters like Mbappe becoming the hardluck that have been draining and dragging the club backwards. Take a good look at Paris Saint-Germain without the presence of Kylian Mbappe, they're climbing heights in elite tournaments and also becoming the very best club in UCL this season. Moreover the mastermind of Luis Enrique is putting his club ahead of his opponent, we know it's been a long run for him but he do deserves some accolades.
