If Nico Williams plays for PSG I think he plays a full season and he will dominate Ligue 1. I think Nico Williams will replace Mbappe and win a lot of awards there. Of course with the current financial problems that Barcelona is facing, PSG has a better advantage to buy any good player that Barcelona wants to buy because PSG is rich and Barcelona is broke. I don't think Nicole Williams us ready to leave Bilbao next season because he still wants to play in Bilbao for the last time next season.
