Generally speaking, Ligue 1 is always very slow and very boring and predictable, but surely this year with this change of wind there will be a bit more entertainment, but i don't think PSG will remain behind for much longer, let's always remember that they are the best team and that last year they won the Champions League.

I am not supporting PSG to go back to the top of the League 1 table, and at the same time I am not confident with Lese up there, they will definately drop points and I wish PSG will also drop points because their domination is too much in the French League 1, they hae turn the league into fermers league because they are above all te teams in the league, and when we think we can hope on Lyon, Marceille, Lille, or even Monaco to compete with them for the title, they don't look serious like a teams that wants to win titles, they are relaxed and are comfortable with PSG dominating the entire leagie for more than one, two, or even three seasons.

Even if Lens drop from the top now, I am ipressed with their performance, they are a team that have good teamwork, and a team that was built with players that understand each others; I wish they can win the League.

It is just a one-point difference, which I believe will be easy for PSG to catch up.as for me, I don’t think Lens has the squad to win Ligue 1 against PSG, but let’s see what will happen in the next few matches to be played.

The match wasn't really dominated by either team. It was a close game, and either team could have won. Ultimately, penalties decided the winner. If Goncalo Ramos hadn't scored in extra time, Paris Saint-Germain would have lost the cup. Marseille fought until the end and lost on penalties. While this is disappointing for them, considering that the team they lost to was the last Champions League winner, I think they should be proud of the game they played.

I agree, as long as you win, nobody cares by how much. The reality is that when you win a league title, in 10 years people will not even remember how many points you got, how many people remember a title PSG won 10 years ago? I bet that nobody remembers the points, only a handful of crazy hooligans would memorize something like that, not a bad thing of course but it's unimportant.

So, even the points do not get remembered, the goal count will not be remembered neither, nobody cares about a regular season game as long as you win, and get the title and that's what these teams do.

There is no doubt that Lens is performing well. They have been consistent for a long time. And they have occupied the top spot of the table. But it is very difficult for a team like Lens to continue this consistency until the end of the season. But sometimes these teams show surprises. There is a possibility of something like this happening this season. Lens players are very confident this season. They will try their best to win the title.

There are five days until the matches start in France. Lens will play their first match against Auxerre. I think Lens will easily win that match. However, they might face difficulties later on. Right now, Paris Saint-Germain is in the lead, but to be honest, I don't think Paris Saint-Germain will drop many more points. Lens, on the other hand, will definitely stumble and lose points at some point. Therefore, they may be enjoying their lead right now, but I don't think they will have the consistency to maintain it until the end of the season.

Lens is gradually becoming comfortable in the league table ever since they moved to the top of the table though it's obvious that they are not so sure of maintaining their position till the end of the season because of the gap between them and PSG but they have proven to be a big contenders in the league as they haven't lost in their recent games. PSG needs to maintain their winning if they want to overtake Lens because their performance is not very solid compared to their performance last season, one point is seen as a small point but Lens has continued to win their games which means if PSG is not careful Lens can even add to their points and it's going to be more difficult to catch up with them. The league is more interesting this season than before it's going to make PSG to be more serious because gradually they have seen a competitor this season.

It is not shocking that people expect PSG to win. We all know that they will, they will be eventual champions. It's fine to see something like that because it's something that will be a lot better for all of us. It's clear that things will get better because we have seen it happen a lot of times before.

If there were other teams that can rival PSG before then we would have seen that happen, this is one of the rare times in last 10 years where PSG is not leading, but they will get there again because that's what history showed us. If that doesn't happen and Lens somehow wins, that will be celebrated all over the world because we love an underdog story, even movies are made for underdogs in the movies instead of heavy favourites.

When Marseille were two goals ahead, I briefly thought that if PSG managed to fight back and force a draw, they would go on to win in the penalty shootout. We all know that confidence issues are one of the reasons why Marseille ended up with regrets. At least with this result, Marseille gain some experience and can use it as a lesson on what needs to be done when facing PSG if they want to win in future matches.

I think that Paris Saint-Germain is still too strong for many teams in that league, which is still a mediocre league compared to many in the rest of Europe, and this can be seen with the overwhelming dominance of PSG, which imposes its dominance.

That's a thing which has been scientifically proven in the Ligue 1.    PSG have been overwhelming all other teams for so many years. We rarely see a different champion in the league. It doesn't make one feel like this will ever change.

Paris saint Germain is the best team in the ligue 1 despite parading the second spot on the table. Lens should focus hard at the top and continue winning because any slight mistakes may give PSG an opportunity to taken back the top spot. PSG is close and may take back the top position back from lens which is likely possible. I don't think it would be possible for lens not to lose points,and if PSG continue to close the gap the hope of regaining the top will be a matter of time and they will take it back again.

They indeed played a wonderful game but the time I thought that Marseille would have won the match was after Aubumeyang came in and played the pass that created the penalty for Greenwood to score, I think before that time PSG should have score more than 2 goals but they let marseille back into the game.
The penalty was an opportunity for PSG to win the match that they should have won before marseille’s come back.

They were able to play a masterly match despite everything and they have to thank the talents who imposed their game and proved to be really good. Now they must definitely try to continue like this and try to maximize their profit.

“It’s rightful position…” I mean this is the kind of things we hear when we come to leagues like the League 1 and the Bundesliga. These one team dominated leagues in PSG and Bayern Munich respectively could be so much, we don’t get that in the EPL or Serie A. Would have mentioned the Laliga but, we can still hope on Barcelona or Real Madrid to give us the same impact.

There are a lot of games ahead and Lens is most certainly not a team that could hold the top spot on the league table. Marseille would have wing much better but, the point gap is much so, it’s just a matter of few games and we would see PSG back on that top spot.

Well when you are facing something like this, it is not that crazy to see why it would be considered like that, because we are talking about a situation where teams are much better, and have a bigger pocket. In France, PSG spends more than bottom 5-10 teams combined, so when you consider that, it's rightful in the sense that they basically paid for it. Lens is great too, lovely team, but they are nowhere near PSG levels and because of that people are expecting PSG to take back the top spot soon.

Not a slow game but not too competitive in this league that makes many people bored because they say PSG will be the champion again the probability is very large, that's why this league is not so interesting, although today has a different tension because Lens provides resistance but it is very doubtful that it can last until the end of the season led by Lens, the difference is also very thin, so yes we already know the predictions of the team that will win without reading the probabilities of other teams.

PSG is a better side as compared to almost all other teams in the Ligue 1, the depth of the squad and the performance of the squad has so far been one which cannot  be under estimated with the much they are achieving even beyond  the Ligue 1, I see that even Marseille which at a time were trying to build some momentum to match PSG later became lax and can not contend obviously.

Lens will be playing Auxxerre next and that team is a relegation level team so I am not really expecting anything to change, Lens should be getting a win there anyways. I think it's clear that we are going to end up with something changing for the long term when Lens plays a stronger team, but it would be shocking if they lose this game, I am easily betting on them to win.

PSG will be facing off against Lille, which is a harder opponent to defeat, while I am sure PSG will still come out as victor, it is going to be risky and PSG needs to try hard to do that. This is why I believe while a small chance, there is still a chance that we are going to end up with Lille getting some points off PSG, and giving Lens an even bigger gap.
