I don't really know why any little injury in that Paris Saint Germain's team always affects them so deeply and they always don't seem to have strong bench that can cover up till the injury players are back, when once they have an injury they keep struggling till the player is back and this was the reason why they lost the league title in some seasons past, how can they keep up with this kind of situation in the UEFA Champions League, anyways I think that is their warrant as I have not really been their fans this season so I'd even love them to lose more form so Lens can win the league title this season.

It’s not even up to four points now, it’s just a one point difference. But I made my decision due to the current PSG performance. I know things can change over time, but for now PSG are not as strong as they are supposed to be in defense, which they need to work on more. If you see their performance in the Coupe de France, you will see that they are playing, but the performance is still poor. Although people will understand what I mean tomorrow after they see their performance in the game with Lille.

As I mentioned before, what's happening with PSG is the fatigue the players are experiencing due to playing so many games. If we observe, PSG players have a playing style similar to Barcelona's, where they retain possession of the ball a lot and run a lot on the field. The problem is that PSG doesn't have a B team that could afford to rest all its A-team players.

Therefore, the A-team players are forced to play many games, and when it comes to cup matches, they tend to relax a bit to conserve their physical energy. If today's game were against a weak opponent and PSG were at the top of the table with a large points advantage, then I would say they wouldn't exert themselves today because of the Champions League game next week. But since today's game is very important, they will exert themselves.

The reason why it is as if every injury suffered by any PSG player affects the team is cause PSG is a team that has been structured in a way that aside from the first team players there is no other players in form of a backup plan and that is why you see them underperforming whenever there is an injury crisis within the team.

if there was  backup players especially eligible ones who are capable of filling the vacuum in the absence of any injured player then PSG will not be struggling the way they doing this season.

They beat Paris FC 2-1 in the league a literally seven days before the cup loss. Same team, same stadium. What changed? They were flying to Kuwait in the midweek for some trophy nobody cares about, they came back wrecked and sleepwalked into elimination.

Fatigue? I don't understand, how can you fatigue is the problem, so you mean to tell me that Lens have a better B-team than that of Paris Saint Germain? What is wrong with Monaco? they have really declined so much in performance this season unlike last season when they finished third position and looking at their position in the league table which is 9th position, i don't think they can finish in the top 4. They played against Lorient this night and they were able to hold a 1:1 score until 86th and 87th minute when Lorient scored a double and the match ended 1:3. Considering the fact that Monaco played at home, i thought they will win Lorient with a home advantage but i was wrong after all.

I don’t even know what is going wrong in Monaco currently, because the team seems not to be understanding. With their poor performances currently, Monaco, that started the season well, made me think that maybe this season they might end the season well and be able to qualify for the Champions League. But now, with these performances, they are not going anywhere. It is even lucky if they manage to qualify for any Europe competition.

I can’t imagine them losing four straight good matches like this, especially after even beating PSG some few weeks ago, making us believe that they could do better this season. But the fact is that I am not even surprised that Lorient was able to defeat Monaco, because even before the match started, when I looked at their head to head, it showed that Lorient could draw the match or win it. Over the last two to three seasons, they have mostly ended in draws. When I looked at their current form and compared it, Lorient appeared to be the more likely team to win the game

As Monaco’s performance in the Ligue 1 is really disappointing recently, they started the season very well and then now they lost Lyon in their last match and they lost to Lorient in their game today with Lorient leading with three goals and Monaco even with the fact that there are playing at home only has one goal score by Ansu Fati. It really disappointing to see Monaco at the ninth place in the table.

I don’t want to say much about the PSG Vs Lille game, but I will say PSG will win this time since Lille are in less form than PSG, they have lost their last two games.
