Am I the only one who's noticing that PSG are struggling to be that dominating club they used to be as of last season because I watched their game against Auxerre and you could see them struggling to get a goal, wasting chances that normally they should have been clinical about. As it stands they are on top temporarily till Lens play their game and I just hope that they win so they can push PSG down. It's being a while since we heard of another club taking first place other than PSG so I feel this is a welcome competition.

Everyone in France is missing competition. Considering Paris Saint-Germain's recent disappointing results, I can't say this has been an incredible year for them in the French league. It seems like the single-team championship race we're used to in the French league has been interrupted this year. Hopefully, they win against Lens and continue this competition.

The game is still on going with Marseille still winning 2:0 against Lens, PSG is back to their usual position after occupying the second position for a long time due to their inability to perform well. 15 minutes to go and PSG was about to lose 2 points at Auxerre of all things, but no!
And, after being trashed by Liverpool, Marseille played this one perfectly, 2 goals in the first 15 minutes, with that goal in the 3rd it was all falling apart and the second was game over.

I'm not a usual bettor of french Ligue 1. I mostly bet on PSG in that league. Today when checking the through the league table, it was surprising to see Len behind PSG.

It's sad how these Ligue1 teams always slip off whenever they are ahead of PSG when they know that as soon as PSG takes over the top of the table it is mostly difficult for them to drop many points again.

However, the reclaiming of the top of the French Ligue1 table by PSG doesn't mean they can get an easy win against Newcastle in the Champions League because Newcastle is one of the teams that is fighting to survive the top 8 and they've have been doing so well in the Champions League games which has kept them in the 7th position. So it won't be an easy game between both teams.
