PSG will only win the league if they do not miss the chances of winning their other games in the league. Lens has given them enough competition since the beginning of the season so they are a big threat to them in the title race and if PSG doesn't win their games they stand to lose the league title to Lens who are currently 4 point behind them. The squad depth of PSG is stronger compared to that of Lens but when you look at how far Lens has tried to overtake them since the season began it's fine to say they have a good rivalry which they can't deny.
The French League One title is still open for both PSG and Lens. Both teams have five matches to play, and the outcomes will determine the winner of the French League. The defending champions' loss to Lyon gave Lens the hope that they can still win the League. Two losses from PSG would allow Lens to unseat the reigning Champions. Lens might snatch the title if PSG is still playing in the UCL, since their attention would be divided.

Lens have comfortably defeated Toulouse 4-1 today in the semi-final of the Coupe de France (or French Cup if you prefer).
Both teams have already clashed last Fri. Lens have also won that game, but both of them went completely differently. On Fri Toulouse stunned Lens with two fast goals but then, from the 17th minute, lost a player to a red card and were forced to park the bus and focus entirely on defence. They were holding up for quite a long time, but Lens eventually got what they wanted.
Today we had no red cards on either side and Lens were the ones to score the first two goals early. I guess Lens have learned their lesson fast and have made tweaks that brought the results. If they fail to snatch the league championship away from PSG, they at least have a chance for another trophy.

In the other semi-final match, Strasbourg is playing against Nice tomorrow evening.
There was a semi final match between RC Lens football team And Toulouse football team and RC Lens football team effort was great in this match and that was the reason they won this match by doing 4 goals which is not an easy task for any team.Thauvin was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 9 minutes of the match and that Goal was at penalty and Saint-Maximin was a person who did second goal of the match and he did this goal at 18 minutes And that was a good start for that team and they bent the match to their sides and after that they could not do anything in this match. Hidalgo tried to resist in this match but other places Could not play well in this match and they lose this match at the end.

If PSG wants to be champions, all they have to do is not lose points uselessly, and that is not a thing that they do very often, they will do fine. Lyon was a shocker I know, but how many times could that happen until the end of the season? That is not something that we are going to see that commonly and we should be considering that as a fluke.

I know that this is going to be a very close season, because Lens have done very well, and if Lens did not lose at some unexpected games, we would have seen them fighting even closer, or maybe even ahead. But PSG has that comfort of knowing that Lens is losing too, and that is why PSG is leading with one game in hand, hence why they are not really battling that hard because they know they will get it.

But in my opinion it is a bit risky to just call that loss a coincidence or fluke for Lyon. Because PSG is losing 2-1 at home. And their dominance at the top of the table is now under great pressure. This prove that even the strongest team can get caught at any time if they let their game slow down a bit. Especially at this end of the season when all the team big and small are fighting for something. Okay PSG is still ahead due to quality and one match in hand. But if you think they are not playing with their best cause they have an advantage, the team start losing all the point uselessly. The title cannot be won comfortably you can only become a champion if you grit your teeth and fight until the very last match

Like on a serious note it is a risky thing to just call that Lyon loss a fluke. Because at this stage of the season, every match matters and even small mistakes can cost you the title. PSG may have the quality and a game in hand, but if they relax or take things lightly, they can easily drop more points. Evidence is clear that that when a team feels too comfortable, that is mostly when problems start. If the lads lose focus in one or two games it can allow teams like Lens to close the gap quickly. Clearly PSG still have the advantage, but they really need to stay sharp and fight till the end else the story line can just change dramatically.

You are right PSG lose to Lyon maybe a fluke or just a coincidence which happens once in a while in football. Because if you watched that game PSG were in a better position to win that game as they had a better ball possession and and had some good shots on target but things didn't work for them. But thank God that PSG bounce back to winning ways and maintained their top spot in the league.

The outcome of the match between PSG and Lyon is a reminder that sports games are unpredictable. I am sure many gamblers lost money due to PSG's loss. This is a clear example that sports betting outcomes might not be predictable by following odds or favorites. It might be Lyon's lucky day but I have to state that they worked hard for that win. It was a wonderful display by the Brazilian wonderkid Endrick, who scored a goal and also gave an assist. The young player really proved that he is improving and might soon get a place in Real Madrid in the future.

PSG are vulnerable after all. I wouldn't blame them one bit for losing against Olympique Lyon because they're just here to keep the energy and fight for the bigger games and right now, Lyon is not even their rival. Luis Enrique is more focused on meeting Vincent Kompany and Bayern Munich in the UCL semi final this season. That's ultimate game for Les Parisiens and they're putting every effort to ensure they're definitely going to reap excellent outcome.

No surprises yesterday. PSG didn't have any problems in defeating Nantes in the postponed matchday 26 game.
Nantes had their chances and even scored one goal that was disallowed but PSG were a clearly better team. The first goal from a penalty was a bit controversial and I don't necessarily agree with the referee's decision, but it is what it is, it wouldn't make much difference anyway.

Lens, who are currently 4 points behind PSG, are playing Brest tomorrow. I have my doubts if Lens will be able to win it. On paper, Brest are weak, haven't won in 4 games, and are placed in the bottom half of the table, BUT both teams have a very strong tendency to perform much better at home, so Brest having home advantage tomorrow could be a big thing.

I hope the PSG coach doesn't underestimate the opponent and that he plays seriously in the remaining Ligue 1 games. Only if the title is mathematically guaranteed should he start rotating players, because PSG only has a 4-point advantage over Lens, and there are still 5 games left for both PSG and Lens to finish the league. This means that mathematically the title is not yet decided; PSG only needs to lose 2 games and Lens win all 5 remaining games for Lens to become champions. This is not impossible, and that's why I hope the PSG coach doesn't focus solely on the Champions League and ignore Ligue 1, which could lead to a high price.

This already happened to Inter in Serie A. They had the title almost guaranteed and a Champions League final almost guaranteed, and the coach started rotating the squad in Serie A games and lost the title in Serie A and also lost the Champions League final. As a consequence, Inter's management fired him. These are things that other coaches should look at and take as a great lesson. In football, you don't underestimate your opponents, and in the league, you shouldn't think the title is guaranteed until the math proves it.
To be fair, I would not blame anyone for rotating the squad at this point, because lets face it Lens is behind and PSG is still leading and that looks a lot better for them. I get that it may not look to be amazing for good, but it can be done very well enough with rotating squad as well.

If they are playing every single good player in every single game then they are going to face injuries due to fatigue and that would be a lot more worse for them, they would lose players until the season ends.

My believe is no matter how good or bad Paris Saint Germain might look the fact is they are winning the French Ligue 1 title, yes I'm certain of this, either one point or not the truth is Paris Saint Germain is winning it, because Lens actually had the chance to be ahead of Paris Saint Germain several times yet they kept messing it up, trust me even if it's one point difference Paris Saint Germain is definitely gonna win the league with it that's why they don't have to worry themselves about the league because it's already theirs and there's nothing any other team can do.

hope is always the last to die and this is a fact, they must say thanks to these players who have never stopped believing in it and the game is not over yet, that's for sure, if there is still hope it's because the lens has never let go of them and they have never given up, they are good and they deserve to win something.

Lens are playing well so far but with strong domination of PSG in Ligue 1, even they do some player rotation in last matches because of Champions League semi finals, I don't think PSG will not be able to win remaining matches in Ligue 1 with their alternative players who can be star players at many clubs in the league. Lens are doing well and will not give up the title competition but perhaps they're not good enough to beat PSG in this season.

Quote
This already happened to Inter in Serie A. They had the title almost guaranteed and a Champions League final almost guaranteed, and the coach started rotating the squad in Serie A games and lost the title in Serie A and also lost the Champions League final. As a consequence, Inter's management fired him. These are things that other coaches should look at and take as a great lesson. In football, you don't underestimate your opponents, and in the league, you shouldn't think the title is guaranteed until the math proves it.
Serie A is more competitive than Ligue 1 and I think PSG will secure their 4 points more than Lens and win Ligue 1 title again. With 4 points more than Lens, PSG only need to avoid a defeat in a match with Lens to win a title as it's hard for them losing from 4 points and more in the other four matches.

In history PSG lost Ligue 1 titles like two or three times during their dominating period and the reason was the same in such seasons. Their too much focus on Champions League, and again it is their risk in this season but with many young star players, PSG players can recover quickly and finish their jobs well. At least so far there are nothing bad for PSG position in Ligue 1, they have a first position and more important, they have four points more than Lens.

The game against Nantes has never been a problem for PSG and before now it seems like a game that would give PSG a problem, from how PSG has been poor in some games it looks like they were going to drop point against Nantes but the games came as a surprise to Nantes because PSG played like they were in a hurry to end that encounter to face their next opponent. It wasn't suppose to be that Lens had to rely on other teams to do their job, they made a mistake by dropping crucial points and now is too late correct such mistakes. 4pt could be small but is better to have 3pt or 2pt between these two clubs (Lens and PSG), the gap is small but when you're talking about the champions is too big because PSG will definitely add 3pt to that 4pt to make it 7 and I believe it will increase the pressure on Lens but they should win against Brest tonight before we talk about PSG get a win to add to their current point.

This is football, a totally unpredictable sport that never has a certain result.
Sometimes a small team defeats a stronger team, as happened recently with my favorite team, Lazio, which beat up teams that considered themselves strong.

Yes, such seasonal fluctuations can occur in football. We saw Arsenal playing brilliantly at the beginning of the season and then experiencing a slump recently. Lazio wasn't very good at the start of the season either. Now they're in a bit better shape and have started winning against big teams. If they had played like this at the beginning of the season, they might have qualified for European competitions.

Lens are having a legendary season. They’ve managed to reach the cup final, and now their focus will shift back to the league. They’re four points behind PSG in the league, but it’s worth noting that there are still five weeks left of the season. So, we can say that this is a gap that can be closed in five weeks. As Brest’s chances of relegation are slim, I don’t think they’ll pose much of a challenge in this match. Lens will win this match, albeit with some difficulty, and will reduce the points gap with PSG to just one point.

Lens are having an incredible season no doubt but I don’t see them winning the league by any chance…. I just think they should concentrate more on winning the cup to crown all their efforts in this season.
Unseating PSG as league champions is not going to be easy and I’m not sure they can achieve it, it might look like it’s within their reach but it’s not. They can just continue to do what they’re doing but more efforts and energy towards the cup finals than the league.

Lens is playing a legendary season, not only are they living it, because living it only means participating passively but not them, they are playing an excellent championship, and they are having a season that is destined to be written in the annals forever, they are truly incredible and i think they can achieve the dream this year

Anyways now the gap between PSG and Lens is 4 points! The schedule is getting tighter for PSG soon with the Champions League games ahead. Do you expect any surprise point losses meanwhile due to rotation etc.?

I don't think that PSG will drop any points when they face Angers later. Even though they might rotate the squad and test some strategies to prepare for Bayern Munich, Angers isn't a club they need to fear. In terms of performance, Angers has been inconsistent, while PSG has the advantage in player quality and squad depth. Therefore, PSG should be able to get all three points from this match.

PSG knew that they would definitely have no problem winning, but the championship isn't over yet, maybe it will end when Lens concedes a victory, and this can happen in a little while, the points behind them aren't many and therefore anything can still happen, hope must not be extinguished in them.

Today Lens will play Brest away from home. Playing away might make things difficult for Lens, but they absolutely must get three points to stay in the title race. If Lens loses points and PSG wins, Lens' chances of winning the championship will be almost zero.

I don't think Lens has much of a chance of winning the title, competing with PSG is very difficult. Although I agree that Lens is having a good season, and I didn't expect them to play like this. But as I already said, I don't see Lens overtaking PSG, they're currently four points apart, and for PSG, that's a comfortable and safe margin they can maintain. Lens has little say right now, they need to win every game, but even Brest could be a difficult task away, as they rarely lose at home but often concede.
