I think you accidentally described Kolo Muani instead. He's one of those talented players whose potential never really lived up to expectations. 

In another league, there's Ansu Fati, a player who hasn't managed to make a significant impact for any team that has signed him and keeps moving from one club to another. Then there's Kolo Muani, whose performances also haven't provided the kind of contribution teams expected, which is why he keeps moving from one club to the next as well.

Nuno Mendes is one of the best LBs in the world right now. Digne is a decent one but not good enough to get a place in the starting lineup there.

PSG just wants to make sure of having enough number of players in every position to stay competitive for every tournament they are in. For the Champions League they had better do so!

It will be very difficult for PSG to dominate UCL because it's not a country competition but the whole of Europe. I believe they have done their best and we shall see a different team win the Champions League next season because other clubs are strengthening their squad.

PSG cannot dominate the championship like their domestic league because it's more competitive than their domestic league. PSG seems to be strong but other clubs can sit and let PSG dominate the champions, that's isn't be possible. The interesting facts about the champions league is that one team cannot dominate it. Kolo Muani is a soap opera that never ends, it's been going on for more than a year and if a solution isn't found in the short term i think it won't be found at all, Digne has always shown himself to be a quality player, from Roma to Everton and now at Paris Saint-Germain, but Nuno Mendes for me is the strongest left-back in the world and so i don't think he'll find much space on that side.

All teams, including the big ones participating in the Champions League, of course, prepare their squads well. Nobody wants to keep being the losing team. But we have to remember there's only one trophy, and only the winner in the final will take it. 
The representative from Ligue 1 is probably PSG, which will be highly considered. They won two trophies in a row. Of course, they have the ambition to get the third next season, but we know the competition isn't easy.

Are you seriously calling it luck? So you think winning the UCL twice is just luck?

Nah, dude, that's not luck. Just look at what PSG did in their first season after winning the UCL, they were close to winning almost everything. And last season, even getting a draw against Arsenal wasn't easy. As for the other big clubs you mentioned, I'd take a closer look before assuming they'll be better. There's no guarantee they'll improve next season.

This season is going to be interesting because PSG could be the first club that is going to win the UEFA Champions League for the third time. His contract ends next year, but there's been talk that he'll extend it until 2030. Knowing that he's already won the European Champions League with PSG, it's clear that even if he extends his contract, he won't be under pressure, because all he'll have to do is win Ligue 1 consecutively, and when he's eliminated from the European Champions League, the club's management won't be angry with him. Because he's already a club hero. I believe that's why he won't have any problem extending his contract until 2030.

I think he can easily make the difference in a team like Juventus and in Serie A, he has already demonstrated it.
I hope we can find a solution with the club so that we can bring him definitively to the continent to see him in black and white, for Vlahovic i hope this drama ends quickly, for me he is a good but overrated player, he wants to go and then stay, go and then stay, he makes a decision.
