I predict PSG will still win this match, although it won’t be easy because Mendes, a reliable defender, is likely to miss today’s game. Therefore, Rennes will have a chance to score. My prediction is that the match will end 1–2, with BTTS being the straightforward betting option. But, I prefer the PSG win & BTTS option because it offers better odds.

PSG was lucky to have equalized the two goals they conceded in the first half, I had already given up on the game when they were down by 2:0  but all thanks to F. Torres who was their savior tonight as he scored brace to help PSG share points with Rennes. Paris Saint-Germain couldn't win Stade Rennes because Mendes was absent in the game yesterday and with my observation when the match was still going, i noticed the essence why Paris Saint-Germain was missing Mendes that yesterday game, so this is one of the reason why a gambling should always verify or analyze any teams if any of their keys is undergoing treatment of any kind, that will prevent him from not being future in the match, before concluding on how your prediction will look like, as we can see in the match, assuming Torres F. didn't score those goals, i don't know what could have be come the faith of Paris Saint-Germain but at least the game ended 2:2 draw.

My concerns finally came true, and the match ended in a draw. Mendes has become one of the key players in PSG’s lineup, and he provides defensive balance when Hakimi pushes forward to support the attacking players and break through the opposition’s defense. His absence was clearly a major setback because Lucas Hernandez was expected to replace Mendes, but his contribution turned out to be below our expectations. This is now making me hesitant to bet on PSG to win when they play away.

I thought PSG would lose after falling behind 2-0 in the first half. They were in complete disarray. The defense was sluggish, allowing Rennes players to easily break through because they were slow to close down the space. Fortunately, Luis Enrique quickly read the situation and made immediate substitutions at the start of the second half. The impact was immediate, PSG play began to find its shape.
Ferran Torres saved PSG from defeat with two goals in the 71st and 82nd minutes. It also marked a brilliant debut with his new club. I don't want to jump to conclusions just yet. The result of the first match cannot be used to gauge their chances of retaining the UCL trophy. There is still a long way to go. Let's see how they fare in the next few matches.

Indeed it was as you predicted. PSG without Mendes there was too much opening in the defense not even Lucas Hernandez could cover that gap because Rennes attackers had their way to penetrate into the box of PSG without fear of nobody stopping them but PSG survived yet the game because of the level of force and attacks they mounted on their opponent I believe the coach of PSG will have to caution Mendes this time because if he is sent of again then PSG will have to deal with any outcome they will get because it seems down of the teams in the league is getting tired of their dominance and they want to punish them this season by tight them very hard.
