It seems like PSG is putting their UCL games prior to their domestic games because you can see their outstanding performance in their opening match against Slovan. I wasn't surprised at the result, though.

PSG knows that they're capable of winning Ligue 1 even if they don't put up a good performance in the beginning of the season because they gat no rival in the league.

Over the last two seasons, it was evident that they lacked worthy competitors and opponents. That was because of how they raised their standards so highly and fought for every game. In the past three fixtures and this one the fourth, PSG has done me a lot dirty and I have decided not to add them to any of my slips I'll be playing henceforth until I see better improvements from them.  For a team that has such attacking firepower, they're not winning games they should have won and not scoring enough goals, what could be the issue? I lack words because, I'm yet to see closely.

Monaco seems like a club one can bet to win this season. Felipe Luis maybe has something in store for football fans.

I agree that it is actually too early to judge PSG from just three league match and two points is actually a poor start, but we have seen enough from this team to know they can recover quickly and the Champions League performance has also show that their quality is still there but the main question is whether they can turn that quality into an active league results, because the season is long and dropping too many points early can still become costly later.

Paris Saint-Germain started the championship badly, but the Champions League excellently. This makes it clear that all the quality he needs has always been there and that it just had to be awakened.

In fact, i think that after this initial match, with a super favorable result, it can somehow encourage Paris Saint-Germain to go back to playing the championship as they always have, aiming to win.

With the kind of team PSG played against in the Champions League, if they did not get that kind of result, it would be bad. PSG’s opponents are a very weak team, but still, I will say that this is a sign of improvement, especially with the kind of results they have been getting in Ligue 1. it seems the pressure to get a result weighed heavily on PSG so the team played cautiously focusing on securing the three points. I think the fans certainly wouldn't have understood if PSG had failed to win a fourth consecutive league match. nevertheless, despite the victory questions remain regarding PSG's readiness. Brest isn't a contender for the top spots and so far PSG have looked unconvincing against top-tier clubs. Champions League win over a weak team like Slovan isn't a true indicator of their form.

We can't really say what exactly their problem is with their poor performance in the league side, though we can assume the season is just getting started and we can't certainly judge their start now but what happens at the end of the season and what position they will be closing the season with. Personall I love PSG, but seeing that they keep dominating Lique 1 regularly almost makes the league not look interesting as it used to be when Monaco, Lyon, Marseille, and Lille were all competing massively with PSG.

Like it was really surprising, after watching them demolished a team in the UEFA Champions League, then came back to the French Ligue 1 to still perform this awful is still what baffles me, I know they has secured the three points, but truth be told their performance was not really pleasant, it was not up to expectations, I keep wondering if those guys are really serious this season, because I don't understand what they are doing, and the worst part of it is after all this awful performance, you will see them lifting the league title at the end of the season.

No, this absolutely different from last season. I know things get bad for them mid season but they were able to overturned them and win everything winnable last season. No one expected them to have hitch free season from the beginning to the end but how they get started should be a thing of concern. Last season, they were on top of the table after match day 4th with 12 points which means they won every match from the first 4 matches played unlike this season. They are presently 7th on the table with 5 points after playing 4 match this season. That's pretty a bad start compared to last season.
