Firstly, when they create a resolution thread to solve all the past issues/accusations in bitcointalk I thought they may be really want to do something good to start their marketing in this big crypto forum. But they made the first mistake again by moving resolution thread to archival instead of keep running discussion. Again they made mistake start their signature campaign without resolving the issues what they said in their resolution thread. And they already got what they reserved from this community.

So My suggestion to 1xbit if you really want to start marketing in this forum please be positive, fresh, Solve all the past issues as soon as possible. Maybe most of the accuser is now offline from long but solve at least who are still active here. Thank you and good luck.

They can't open the old thread because 1xbit is being handled by a new team. They don't have control over the previous account. They attempted to fix and respond to the past accusations but it seems no settlement has been reached so far and I doubt there will ever be. The new team still needs to confirm that it's really a new team and new people, also they need to confirm that they handle domain, website and all other stuff from there. Sending email from 1xbit.com related email addresses means nothing. You don't need to have control of the domain to send these emails. So for now, everything is just his words, and we have seen nothing in resolving the previous accusations. it is very clear what they should do next.
If there really new people behind, I am curious, why they did not research before buying this casino. do they know how much it costs to repair all the damage old team have done and get back positive reputation?

With good intentions to do marketing in this forum, I think that I have to do a lot of important things because there are many who are disappointed and those who have problems, now appear with problematic resolution threads, so this will make it difficult to stand up to trust the community.
Will 1xbit really do this, it means that all the problems that are happening now can be resolved without just disappearing.

We will see how this new admin will respond to their negative trust now. Are they going to resolve their past issues or just ignore them? Because they can't move forward if those accusations are just left out. Scambusters will chase them and will not stop exposing them. So for their own sake, need closures of their issues.

A legitimate effort needs to be made to clear their reputation, they claim they are a new team and we should give them the benefit of the doubt however they need to resolve the scam accusations against them, now it is impossible to resolve them all as some of them are a few years old and they be may be unable to contact those that were victims by the previous owners, however some of their most recent behavior has been suspicious which is why they have been tagged by so many members so quickly.

There's a lot of unsolved accusations you're currently involved also why didn't you just continue your old thread? even if you create a new announcement thread nothing will change most of the players or users here already knew what you're involved to in the past, try to resolve first all the issues before reopening an ANN thread or running your campaign here in the forum.

Most likely would be the case.If they are serious with this business then they should at least had the time on responding specially if the said management is already new then the public do really

They are probably the same old team trying to advertise their scammy site through new ANN threads and a signature campaign. The campaign was closed immediately due to the negativity surrounded it which wasn't surprising at all.

These guys will probably never change which is why expecting 1xbit to improve in the future is silly thinking. It will probably always stay scammy in my opinion.

if in case they are the new owners, i think they know that there are previous allegations towards this casino. of course if you want to buy something like property or any asset, you will do at least a background check, right? so i dont think they are innocent when they purchased the ownership. to move forward, they should resolve things in a fair manner for those users that were screwed by this site. until then, i dont think they can come here without encountering neg criticisms from the players here.

Let's see how are they going to resolved the issues and with all the scam accusations against them. I don't what to be judgemental here, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt. It seems that they are reaching out to those who are accusing them.

If they are a new team and sincere, then good for the community. If they resolved the issue first and then answer everything, then probably they will get the second opportunity, otherwise it will be a waste of time if they are going to have a signature campaigns then no one are going to apply because of the accusations.

And to be honest it's also clearly visible that, they don't give any attention to the accusations that have been already pointed to them from the past few days.
Still they shamelessly came with a new bitcointalk account and started fooling people.
If this still continues then i can bet that they won't get any serious players at least from this forum.
So it's a sincere request to 1xBit Team to investigate on the past accusations and try to resolve them ASAP.

Yes, I believe if they are not serious to get their bad review in to introspection to their business the negative trust will always and forever given by DT Member. DT member wouldn't accept him even they are trying to paid them to remove the trust, they will got more negtrust if do that. DT member always follow the real condition and case, when it solve for a long time, they will change to neutral before give positive trust.

If this still continues then i can bet that they won't get any serious players at least from this forum.

No need to bet, it will be like that. Even they are solve their problem, maybe need more than 1 years to get trust from community, as i said it will easy for DT member to remove their tags and flags. But about when it happens, its depend on their decisions

They already tarnished their own reputation so they should expect that this going to be tough if they want to resolve the issues and able to regain the trust of the users. Solving the issues may be hard but the real challenge for them is how they will attract gamblers again. I'm a gambler also and for me even if they resolve their issues, I will not trust them easily especially if there will be mo signs of improvement. Protecting our profit is a matter  ,choosing a online gambling website is important and it is the reason why the 1xbit lose a lot of clients because of the scam accusation to them.

Explaining without solving the problem is not good, if they are serious to solve this problem they can do it within a month or a week at the first place, but since the problems escalated their reputation are on a bigger risk now that they want to comeback again. There's a big trust issue right now considering the account is just a newbie with multiple scam accusations.

If those 2 years old problem can't be solve what else to those who will gamble and experience the same problem?
