I can't stop thinking why the new team bothered to take over this company while they also had to bear many "sins" from the old team. It seems that things got worse with the added negative score since changing teams. I became concerned about the 1xbit "new team".

If there is really a new team behind this casino as they claim then it is possible that they were not aware of their previous history and the bad reputation they had in the forum, after all taking into account the huge number of scams going on in the market of cryptocurrencies due to the lack of due diligence then I'll not be surprised if this was the case.

However ignorance is never an excuse and all the issues of the past with the gamblers that previously played in that casino needs to be resolved otherwise it is very unlikely that they will ever be accepted in this forum and if they lose access to the players of this forum I doubt any casino could become as big and successful as it could be.

Perhaps 1xbit is popular out there due to its massive advertising through some review website where they pay to get listed as one of the best bitcoin casinos. It is just out of my logical thinking, even if I have a lot of money, it will be better to build a new website from zero instead of taking over a well known scam site.

@OP just trying to ask about account number of customer but they are never trying to give any response of member here. How they want to solve the issue when they are not able to serve and maintain this thread properly. The relationship between community and organization will not be good if 1xbit still do the same mistake. They want to rebuild their reputation and trust, but not give an answer in their thread. So, for member who got scammed by this sites, giving a negative review on the site like Trustpilot or similar site will help other member to prevent them to be another victim in the future.

From personal experience I can say that they have one private table in evolution gaming and most of the times this table is just dead, no one plays here but still they pay money, sounds curious to be fair, idk what's the point. On another hand, as far as I know, 1xbit is owned by 1xbet and in this case, yeah, 1xbet is doing very well. They blocked the option to withdraw funds. Whenever I contact support, they also refer me to a email address: security@1x-bit.com

If you send an email to this address they never respond though.

Live chat always keeps coming back with the following reply:

"Sir, information regarding your request was provided. We do not comment on the work of other Departments and cannot influence it. If you have no further questions, I am pushed to end the conversation."

Of course they never provided this information.

Make a new thread in the Scam Accusations board and post all the proof you have on them.
You can follow this scam report format to make it as clear as possible.

They are already tagged multiple times, not sure what another tag will bring. Have you tried contacting the member 1xbit_official? He is working with them, it might help to present your case to him. Who knows...

there are still dates that we can see on a review site  .

 If we think it's old , we can try to look for more recent reviews or include bitcointalk forum on keywords when searching for a review on the net because users here are active on posting comments and can also give feedbacks  . If they are a legit site , they will stop operating until all problems are fixed but if they continue  , you know what that means .

There are no other ways or solution but to clear up those mess that happened in the past if this one is on new management then its unfortunate that they do end up on buying something which had really

The dev is very active in the scam section trying to resolve some of the issues that were reported by their users, this gambling sites claimed that they started 2016 but unfortunately they have gone in the wrong directions, and with so many bad reports and scam accusations I don't think they can get back to business again, this is a lesson to all gambling sites to resolve the issues in their support system, or you will be reported here and you will have to deal with defending your reputation.
