I really don't think they will answer to you as you can see how many users they scammed in the past also that's their scheme.
When you one or when you deposit, they will immediately close your account for some kind of reasons.
I don't think they will reply or if they managed to reply to you they will say that they can't do anything on it.

They are likely to stop responding at all. Unfortunately we have seen far too many victims of this club lately. Too bad they continue to manage to be online. I am actually curious about their explanation why they just close accounts. They never give an explanation.

i don't think it's resolve now, well i hope this 1xbit will close now there's a lot of people have been victimized by this platform. i also thought they are going to settle or the problems they leave here but turns out it just a show off for users.

Guess this is worth a shot here on bitcointalk. I would like to share my totally horrid experience with 1xbit over the past 3 months.

1xbit confiscated my deposit and winnings which should be over .25 btc in September and closed my account. (I can't even login to quote the correct amount). I was banned from login in and I was sent this email when I contacted them to ask about why I could not login:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I have continually emailed them since September and I am being ignored. None of my bets were arbitrage . I went on a winning streak and basically got my account shut down and winnings seized.

No information was provided of how exactly I breached the terms and conditions. Not even any offer of my deposit to be returned was made to me, despite this being part of their Terms and conditions:

"Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:
to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:
all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you  to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts. We also have the right to refund any amounts that are owed to us in connection with this duplicate account, directly from any of your accounts (including any other duplicate account)
At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation)"

I would like to take this opportunity on bitcointalk.org to ask 1xbit to kindly allow me to withdraw my winnings as I believe I have been unjustifiably targeted because of going on a winning streak, and then being prevented from withdrawing my winnings.

I sent a DM to the 1xbit user account on bitcointalk to try to get some help, as I want to get my crypto withdrawn. I will update the thread to share what happens.

Probably they can't solve the issue because that's a huge amount for them, so instead of replying, they just keep themselves silence.

No one going to help you for this withdrawal because they are scammer and they will never give this amount even they will never give any update about your account what happen why happen you lost this all now try any other site we have some good and reputable sites working here.

I am afraid it is indeed a hopeless mission. They are also not friendly at all on the forum and do not do any way to resolve matters. You depend on them now. There is also no company details available, so I have no idea where to file a complaint.

It is too painful to see more and more account reports being closed without any explanation. I think this casino already has a pile of debts to users. If they don't temporarily shut down the site, their load will increase. Op is active right now, hope he reads my suggestion.

So many cases occur but there are those who are trapped in interest in 1xbit casino why newbie people who become victims whether they are new or old gamblers also need to be questioned, because 1xbit is promoted on this forum a myriad of problems that occur so like me and users others know what is going on here.
Justice needs to be prosecuted because it is the user of their rights because with a large amount of capital if this is not completed, victims will continue to close their accounts.

In this case mostly members are responsible for this because we all know about this many scams and cheat cases against 1XBit but still members depositing funds so they need to read reveiw before doing any business with them surely going to help them they never replying or giving any update about things happening is really poor from them but members must read and check before going in this trap.

You're right, some gamblers are not taking time to review the site if there's no existing issues before depositing their money. If only they did then this can be prevented to happen.

On the other side xbit team must settle the unresolve problem for users to trust them again. Otherwise its better to avoid this site to not end up having headaches like those gamblers victimized by them. It seems they have no plan to address the issues.

Dont hope too much as most likely you'll get the same issue as what experienced by other users.
If I have to predict, you'll be accused of breaking their rules (which is the most common used reason by 1xbit to withhold user's money).
Of course I hope I'm wrong with it and hope you'll get your money asap.
If you are lucky enough to get your money, better to leave the site and move to other better sites which has better reputation.
