Hello guys! I'm contacting 1xbit through this forum and over 1 week passed, no answers at all about any of my accounts.

Your accounts will remain unbanned until you will send a request to ban them separately from each of your accounts. Refund is not possible in case a player just lost a bet without commiting "unsportsmanlike" actions. In other words, if a bet didn't win - it lost, and that's fair. We suggest you to be careful with your habits, we are bounded in taking actions. Yet you migh use one of our previous suggestions regarding ISP. Again changed and cant login. Im trying to login in the link 1xbit1.com . Is this link correct?

The address is correct, i've asked my colleague from security to double-check if everything is alright. There are restrictions placed on your account. Account №79****33 has been suspended due to violations of our T&C, meanining that a fraudulent act was commited in relation to 1xBit, therefore 1xBit reserves the right to stop cooperating. You have already withdrawn an amount bigger than amount of your deposits, which were recieved in unfair way. Thus your funds were confiscated to cover the damage caused by your fraudulent act. HI

I knew that 1xbit has a lot of issue in terms of handling account issue but I know that they will not still run there business if they have no player and still having player means they somehow still provide a good service. You can provide proof that you don't do any suspicious activity. Base on this reaction of yours. You seems guilty on there accusation. @1xbit, If you may, Can you provide proof for your accusation to this user? |

For those players who violated our T&C we return player' deposits, just like in this case: If the player has violated our T&C and managed to withdraw unfairly received winnings before our security system has detected his violation - his funds on account will be frozen (if any). |

I created a video creating two accounts depositing, and they allegue that they can't confirm it belongs to same person. I don't know what else I can do. It is such a scam company - no answers to any emails. |

Thanks for the update, and yes I confirmed and you are right. It wasn't mentioned on first messages I sent to you, my apologizes.
I recorded a video opening two accounts in two different browsers at same time. I sent you screenshots of it already. Your Security department did nothing after I told them those accounts were duplicate - so I believe you can't detect if two accounts are duplicates or not. They were created within 2 minutes, on two similar emails, same device, same network.
