1xbit has scammed me as well!
for about 550 mbt 0 which is now around 15000 eur.

I deposited 200 mbtc and made it up to about 760

In my email i got this message about 10 days ago, since they refuse to solve it

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

You can withdraw the deposited sum only."

They allow me to withdraw money (80 mbt), and when i started to winning to much, they void all my bets.
They put my balance to 120 mbt again, and I was only able to withdraw this funds. they owe me about 550 mbt
The bets I placed were normal. I hope 1xbit_official can help me, but I am sure he will say that this will be the decision of security.
If they decide to keep the stolen money, I will start an accusation topic and I will keep posting into that and here for the rest of my life.

I think at 0.55 BTCTC you will probably have no luck!
With large sums they always come up with something hypocritical!

The bad about the whole thing, you are even put as a scammer, because you supposedly have violated some rule! Only they do not see themselves in the burden of proof...

We are glad you cannot make deposits to your account. If you deposit money, you will never see it again. Either you lose your money, or you supposedly violated the terms and conditions.
Be smart, read all the experiences of players then you will come to the conclusion that 1xbit is a big scam gang.

That's because I had no profit in my account. If I had profit they would void all the bets, having losses, they just ban you from betting, is it 1xbit? Two different measures separating who wins from who lose?

At least you can be happy that you were not able to deposit. That saved you money.

1xbit indicated a while ago that they have a new management. I have serious doubts about that. Something in me tells me that management is just the same.
Of all those complaints that I have heard, very little has been resolved. I therefore hope that 1xbit_official will finally start resolving complaints. If he doesn't, I agree with others that action should be taken and that a red card petition should be started to avoid multiple victims.
There are now a few complaints against them, based on that we can easily draw a conclusion and see what happened to these complaints and whether 1xbit gives any reason to it.

Yes I am aware that probably I dont have any luck, but since they scam me and if they are not going to give me my money I will make sure I will post an accusation topic and keep bumping that with help of some people and I will also start the allegation of a red card to their site to warn others if they dont pay me and we make sure they can not scam any other people with that.
1xbit_official send me a pm that he would check it with security but I am prepared to get a negative reply so i will prepare also to keep posting every day on this forum untill my last breath
0.55 btc is a decent amount of money now. if they did not solve it this weekend I will post the accusation in the relevant topic

Solving all issues is unlikely, some of them happened years ago, some already gave up and consider the site as a scam. The community would totally be happy to see if this site is working to solve the issues, they need to spend or course but they can clean their reputation which will lead to more clients in the future.

I'm guessing it's one person doing all the tasks for this website including their support and answer to this thread, just like other scam/shady gambling websites they won't hire that many people and it's mostly the main person behind the website and maybe one other person at most.

With that answer that they gave you I'm getting the vibes that they're trying to delay the process of providing you with a proper answer to buy more time to scam even more people with the same strategy, hopefully you get your full deposit back and they don't give you the generic reply that you broke some rules like they sent to their many other users and refused withdrawals.

Looks like another problem from 1xBit, I really think that's really a joke. I think you should not be waiting for their reply since they doesn't really have any intention of paying you they might just do that to say that they are doing "something" about your case but in reality they really don't care about you.

If that's alright what could be the estimate of your deposit? I think they only closed accounts with huge deposit. Before I tried to deposit on their website with 0.001 BTC and make it around 0.003 or something (Their minimum withdrawal) and manage to withdraw it. I think they focus more on big bettors rather than someone like me but anyways be careful on the website due to the number of accusation it's better to stay away from it there's a lot of more reputable and trusted bookies here.

Why on earth did you deposit here without doing your research? Majority of the gamblers are aware of 1xbit's bad reputation in the sports-betting area. They tend to boost the odds in order to attract gamblers and steal their money by giving different excuses.

Go to the scam accusations section and open a thread there against 1xbit. This won't help you get your money back, but it will serve as a warning to other gamblers.

sadly these accusations are still coming which means people aren't doing their research , I guess it's better to only post when they don't pay the difference between deposits and withdrawals cause this is the standard here and so far not a single player got his winnings after freezing the account

That might not bring me my money back, but if we keep that accusation active and make sure 1xbit gets a red card, at least we can warn people about it.
