It will only trigger if your account is active and of course you are winning consistently, that might be investigated and you will be discovered using a duplicate account which can lead to closing of your account and freezing your funds.

It is obvious that any casino will receive scam accusation from time to time - that's how some players try to cancel lost bets.

If a casino doesn't require any personal info for a sign-up (which would be quite strange for a cryptocurrency casino to do so), that will result in abundance of alt accounts and players who try to earn easy money by finding breaches in the site structure.
