Can new crypto beat Eth in the market?

I do not think ETH is ever challenging Bitcoin, however their developers are too busy making sure they offer the best of services to their users which can be seen in the forthcoming Ethereum upgrade; that is to say, focusing strictly on the services they are offering, ETH will keep being the best altcoin. Take a look at Binance exchange, their team rose to that height through standing out from the crowd, taking a different path and offering the best of services; today Binance exchange is the best exchange.
So what I can say, all these projects challenging ETH should stop and rather focus on offering unique services which will attract more users and hence taking them above others. So in conclusion, I do not think there is any altcoin that can beat Ethereum.

IMO the only coin that can challenge ethereum on the list is BNB. THey have the technology, community, market and fund at every form to defend their product. BNB is now working to provide a blockchain that can relegate ETH and take care of all the weakness we have been dealing with on ethereum blockchain. I appreciate the fund that came through ethereum into this space but we could seek other sources if it is available

Ethereum blockchain is a popular, easy interface and still supports most of the new projects. Now the only problem is transaction cost and TPS, which is faster in BNB blockchain. After Ethereum 2.0, all problems will be solved in the Beacon chain. IMO seems not legit to me, during distribution they weren't legit to bounty hunters.

For price ? ETH already beaten by new crypto like YFI.
But this is imposible new crypto platform beat ETH, because ETH is the Mother of Altcoin.

It could happen because Crytocurrency is not as stable, but the advantages that ethereum currently have cannot be replaced with newcomers because it takes a long time to be like Ethereum today

Any coin can overtake Eth if it offers the best solution on its blockchain network. What we see now from Eth is very sad. Buterin himself did not expect Eth to become a platform for hundreds of projects on the ethereum network. If buterin fails, it will be very sad and we hope that there will be a blockchain that can overcome all this.

Anything is possible but i think thay ethereum's number 2 rank looks solid to me and i do not see it being replaced by anyother coin even after many years and Eth 2.0 will even strengthen Ethereum's position in the market and value is also expected to explode in coming months due to massive developments in Ethereum network and also due to bull market.

With Ethereum's performance which is quite stable and also Ethereum's fundamentals are very strong. Like it is impossible for
new projects to replace Ethereum, especially since we know that for several years Ethereum has been ranked second under Bitcoin.

Eth has many shortcomings, and more then anything else, crypto is about the tech and how the code is used in an ever increasingly more efficient way...

the problem with all blockchains are that they become more static the greater their network effect, and the more static they become, the less likely they are to become the most efficient form of code to fill the needs set by the actual users of the product.
As far as value goes, Im sure that Eth will hold up against its competitors for a while, but as a means of actual transactions or blockchain adoption, its just to rudimentary.

I can not say, that new crypto is impossible to beat ethereum. But Ethereum is a strong cryptocurrency that stay on its position, which is top 5 and i think in my opinion it is a little bit hard to beat ethereum. Ethereum has so many good performances, and people think it is a stable coin.

Eth is currently a very popular coin. Eth is currently  in the no. 2 position. It's almost impossible for any other coin to surpass eth. But if any other coin can offer  opportunities than eth,  then there is some possible.

New tokens are getting listed at many exchanger to gain trust of investor. And for this many people investing on those. But eth staying at second position in marketcap since so long. Eth is available at all trading platform. So there is no point that new tokens will replace eth as they are getting adopted at few top exchanger. Some token price may stay above eth price but their marketcap can't overtake eth marketcap.

I doubt it can. New altcoins nowadays are not good, too many of them turned into trash coins, some are scam.
We can only hope for good existing coins, the chance to beat ethereum is better than new coins.

when was the time xrp surpass eth ? i havent notice that but thats because it didnt last long  . that shows that it is possible to beat eth , now there are now two coins that i know that beat eth so far and that are bch and xrp .

 xrp was like a living proof that price is not needed to score a high position in the ranks , popularity is also not needed because when the coin is born good , a small publication is already enough for it to be discovered  .

In the past year the XRP was ranked 2nd but didn't last long. I think the possibility of another coin to beat etherum in the future is possible. this coin has better technology than etherum

You should know that Ethereum has a large community, but it is not a chain too big to fail. There are some great projects in space right now that can get Ethereum running for its money. You have to spend a lot of money on marketing, raise the price of coins, and also have a good platform to show their efforts.
