I will refrain myself from betting on this match. Because it is impossible to make sure predictions about Chelsea's performance this season. Middlesbrough team is weaker than Chelsea. However, Chelsea lost 1-0 in the first leg match. Chelsea's overall performance in the match was quite good but they failed to score a single goal. In the home match we expect the Chelsea players to dominate the match. But even then nothing can be said for sure about Chelsea's performance. Middlesbrough will play completely defensively in this match. And they will try to draw the match. So it will be more difficult for Chelsea to win the match.

Chelsea have been very inconsistent since the start of the season and their performance in the EFL semi final first leg game at Middlesbrough was absolutely disappointing and that's why a lot of football fans across the globe are doubting if they can still be able to make it to the final of the competition. That being said, i don't think that performance is going to deter them from progressing the final of the competition because I believe that Chelsea are gonna have a better result against Middlesbrough in the second leg of the game at Stamford Bridge.

It will be highly discouraging if the club fails to beat Middleborough at home in Stamford Bridge. They should expect to see a Middleborough that is willing to give all to make it to the finals. That match will be very hard for Chelsea to win because they will encounter one of the biggest defensive games and if they make any defensive mistakes Middleborough will take the lead and back the bus till the end of the match. But I hope Chelsea knows what is at stake and give their best to make it to the finals. I expect to see a classic final between Liverpool and Chelsea.

The current situation disappoints Chelsea fans. Our team has plenty of money, yet we're struggling. New recruits arent making an impact, so its not only about the players who departed. Pochettino must take some blame for our inability to evaluate players before signing them. Spending money sensibly is important.

I dont expect much from our Middlesbrough game. After scoring early, Middlesbrough may burrow down defensively. Not scoring despite dominating possession and chances is a major issue. We've outscored teams statistically but lost on the scoreboard. If we dont get a good striker soon, we'll struggle. Last night in the Carabao Cup Liverpool got a narrow win against Fulham which I'm some how disappointed in the Fulham team who got the lead and later they lost concentration and Liverpool who wasn't doing well took advantage and won the game.
 Fulham would have won the game last night because the made Liverpool to be in a confused state and you would agree with me that the reds could not play like they used to, wide play and causing opposition to fall back. Fulham just unlocked the secret of beating Liverpool which is giving them a man to man marking, hold the ball and even play those long balls like they used to do and taking control of the game, if Fulham continue doing that Liverpool would have lost it all in that game and they'll start looking for a different way of taking charge of the game and surely they'd be making silly mistakes. That was what Fulham did but they couldn't keep up that was when they lost control and lost the game.

Liverpool really did play well yesterday; otherwise, they would have been eliminated from the EFL Cup. The first goal from Fulham calmed all Liverpool supporters, as it was a well-executed goal that prevented Liverpool from scoring in the first half of the match. Once Liverpool equalised, all of their players started to play better, attacking Fulham with all of their might. At the 71st minute, Gakpo made it two for Liverpool, and they went on to win 2-1. In my opinion, Gakpo is even more of a striker than Darwin Nunez.

We will also know in that game that the absence of Salah will soon have an impact on the team's performance. While many people believe that Liverpool can function well without Salah, I don't think they can. The game yesterday demonstrated how much the team needs a player of Salah's calibre. In a normal circumstance, every club would definitely want to win all the trophies available in that season. However, every club will have their priority but this does not mean that they will totally not be interested in a particular trophy. That is actually what happened to Liverpool. They were initially not interested but later they became interested and won the match.

Liverpool vs Fulham 1st leg Liverpool won 2-1 and the game was really interesting. The game was tight from the start and Liverpool were well behind in the first half, when Fulham went ahead with a goal. Although this match is very important for both the teams that is why both the teams played exceptionally well and fought hard to win the match. However, Liverpool took control of the game in the second half and improved their performance, scoring two goals in the second half. Liverpool team attacked more in the second half compared to the first half and managed to score two successful goals which won the match. However, Liverpool went a long way by winning the 1st leg of the semi-final match and Liverpool will surely win the next match and play more aggressively just to get to the final.

Fulham tried to maintain the lead they created in the first half, but they were not strong enough to withstand every attack made by Liverpool in the second half so they had to concede 2 goals and at the same time Liverpool could turn things around. But despite Fulham's defeat in this match, I think they played well and not too disappointing, they put up a fight that made it difficult for Liverpool. If only they had the same composition of players, I'm sure they would be able to at least make this match end in a draw. They played well, but if they always get pressure like that, then sooner or later they will concede and it happened.

Fulham doing good job as they beat Arsenal at home in Premier League and in this match they started good with having early lead but Jürgen Klopp side done good fight back in second half and bring themselves to level then win the game because in this season they are doing impressive job and have good targets for the rest of the season now they are having edge in first leg with 2–1 win.

There is no doubt we have good fight from the Cottagers in this game but still they were not able to keep things at the better level specially in second half Liverpool change their tactics and have more aggression which helps them for keeping things into their level and Nunez done also good performance after his arrival on 56th minute, and they score two quick goals.

It was disappointing that chelsea could not create goals with the dominance of the match which in my opinion deserved to get a lot of goals in that match, unfortunately chelsea did not have a striker who could produce goals that night.

To be honest, if traced properly, they have players who are quite capable, and with the quantity of players that can be relied on but unfortunately they do not have a strategy that can really penetrate the middlesbrough defense.

People still gets disappointed from Chelsea performance, I have remove them since first week of December from my favorite teams for gambling. I don't pick them to win and I don't their rival to win because I don't know them again. The last time I check their standing on the table was the same early December and I check and then they remain where I left them, 8 win 8 loss and 4 draw, damn Todd Boehly is a calm man. If I'm the owner, my hot temper would have sent him a sack letter to live my fucking club for his incompetent.

How can you have 70 ball possession and can't make a simple chance, all their shot on target were useless and conversion was poor. Been in Premier League is a privilege and hardwork, when a team of Premier League has a match from another team from other leagues, it shouldn't be ground breaking thing to do, more like a soft work but Chelsea made it look like impossible miracle. Maybe the next time they start having less fans coming to watch the team matches, the owner will become proactive person.

This can be seen from Liverpool's line up which is only strengthened by half of its main players and I think they don't need to chase the EFL Cup title and are more focused on other prestigious competitions such as the EPL, FA Cup and European League. When Fulham were 1 goal you against Liverpool, I didn’t feel surprised because I knew they won’t be able to keep up with that goal. Liverpool is not an easy side you can win and to make it worst, they were playing at Anfield, a place they’re formidable. I think Fulham had an impressive first half, but Liverpool stepped it up after the break and fought back with two goals in three minutes. They are used to scoring goals and even without their star players in Salah and Arnold, they still dogged out 3 points.

This is the second time in just over a month that Liverpool had denied Fulham a win at Anfield. Fulham had led 3-2 in the final 10 minutes of their Premier League clash on 3 December but lost 4-3 to Liverpool at full time. Fulham is the only side that gives them tough times.

You can't spend such money on a player and still complain that you don't have a stricker. Pochettino brought Jackson to Chelsea to fix the striker problem face by the club but up to till now we have not see any impact of him because a good strike should be mentioned in every match they played, my own reason is that I am not satisfied with what is playing mean he is not serving is purpose, take a look at Jude Bellingham in real Madrid he is not a striker but the way he was just scoring goals people started to called in that, despite I knew he is a Midfielder I was still expecting goal from him.
