I think the biggest problem is the management, to be honest. Erik Ten Hag can't seem to be doing anything right. Whoever a new player joins in the team, they fail to perform like they used to before coming to the club. Look at Antony and Onana. Onana was supposed to replace De Gea but he is nowhere near De Gea in terms of performance. I think only Courtois can replace De Gea, to be honest.

On the other hand, Antony did not even score a single goal this season. What is this man? He is a forward and he should be putting his team through by scoring goals. Bruno also failed this season. They used to perform very well but I think Erik Ten Hag messed it up.

If you advise Manchester united to change their manager, which advise will you give to Chelsea about their manager because Chelsea manager spend more than Manchester united in signing new players in the summer and Manchester united are still ahead of Chelsea.

Chelsea was able to finish up this game with a 4 - 0, a goal score that I had wished them to have gotten from this match. For Chelsea now, it is not just all about winning or gaining points, it is also about getting more goals and showing more muscles in any match they are featured.

This is why the depth of their squad is so important and some teams play the whole season on the edge. They want to save money and they know if three or more players get injured, there is no way out for them but to play with a much weaker team than usual.

I think it is stupid when we are talking about teams that have the money to sign some decent backups for their top players. They should make sure they have a least amount of quality sitting on the bench.

I mean Chelsea is not a great team neither, so them losing wouldn't be really a big deal, it would be possible for Fulham to end up getting a win, I think that's the most important part of it. However, Fulham should not be considered good just because they managed to beat Arsenal, normally they are not a good team and they will end up with a trouble on the long run as well.

I think it is a good thing that people are focusing on something that would not be all that crazy, Fulham will not be going around beating Liverpool, City and the likes. Even though Chelsea is very inconsistent regarding their form, I can still consider Chelsea better than Fulham. Chelsea has many great players who can play attractive football compared to Fulham who tend to defend and counter attack. Teams like Fulham don't necessarily get much attention to compete for European places, but Chelsea are one of them despite their very inconsistent form.

Until now, Chelsea's probability of winning is around 60% compared to Fulham's 18%. Based on this analysis, Chelsea are actually favorites to win their home match, unless they fail to show their best form. Chelsea's problem is consistency of performance, but in terms of play, I think Chelsea is still the best compared to Fulham.

I agree 100% with you. They definitely got the quality players but I think they have the same problem as Manchester United, which is whenever a new player joins the team, he suddenly forgets how to perform well in the matches. I mean look at Mudryk, how he used to perform back in Shakhtar Donetsk dancing around the defenders, and now he can't seem to be doing much. Many players are injured as well but if we are talking about a team which won the UEFA Champions League a few years ago, they are doing worse than poor mate.

But my honest prediction will be that this match will be a draw considering their recent performances. Chelsea might win this match because they just won the match against Preston convincingly by 4-0.

Nobody knew what to expect when Todd Boehly took over as CEO of the club. The former owner Roman Abramovich had won several trophies and made Chelsea FC a top club in the European football. Abramovich was very much interested in wining trophies and was a football lover. Making profits was not the goal, the goal was to make the club a championship contender every season. Abramovich knew how to run the business, he was quick to sack managers when they fail to get the job done, and his strategies proved productive. His successor Todd Boehly obviously has a lot to learn, I would advice that Boehly delegates the role to someone more experienced and competent enough to handle the sporting affairs in the club.

Of course Todd Boehly wants to see Chelsea as King in the Premier League exactly what he saw in Manchester City and that is the reason why Todd Boehly prepares unlimited funds to achieve its targets unfortunately that hope has not been realized so far but yeah Chelsea still have time to change and build a team. Maybe Chelsea will pass this season without optimal achievement because building the team is not easy and the process is needed, I personally give a season again to see their performance somehow I thought Chelsea was a sleeping lion.

By the way, 3 teams from the Premier League won today in the FA Cup match including Chelsea won 4-0 at first I thought Chelsea only won with a low score because in the first half there were no goals but in the end they scored 4 goals, this is not something impressive because of Chelsea's opponents from the lower division but it's good to increase the confidence of Chelsea players.

But that's pretty good because at least with the victory Chelsea got in this third round, they can go further for the FA Cup especially for this competition sometimes big clubs don't really look at it because they are more focused on bigger competitions such as the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League or competition in the EPL as champions so this can be utilized by Chelsea because they must be aware that for now the EPL will still not be reached so it will be pretty good if they try a little harder in the FA Cup so that at least there is a trophy that comes to them in conditions that are still not too uncertain at this time.

But talking about the FA cup I'm actually still looking forward to Arsenal's match against Liverpool even though this match allows them to try players or even all out because of the prestige match between big clubs which is clearly this match is a pity to miss.

Pochettino is working hard to do something to make his system run smoothly, but it is never easy even if he has a wealth of experience with Tottenham in the Premier League. Chelsea won the match against Preston is just something expected, nothing special in that win. I wouldn't say they proved and showed anything in the match, because preston is just a second division team who sit 14th on the table. But this win is good for the mentality of Chelsea's squad who need prioritize this competition to gain silverware as mentally compensation for their disaster in the league. Chelsea being superior team by winning convincingly is just a well-done job to  continue their progression on building a solid team.

Kudos to Chelsea for convincingly beating Preston tonight in their FA Cup encounter today and I hope the win provides them with all the confidence they need to face Fulham when they both meet next weekend in their English Premier League encounter. The win tonight was very but it still doesn't change the fact that Chelsea's season has been poor and inconsistent so they must continue to win many more matches to be regarded as team who's finally gotten back to their feet.

The problem is, there are differences between Chelsea and Manchester City when it comes to recruiting players or building a competitive squad. I don't even know which player stands out from Chelsea apart from Cole Palmer. last season, of all the players brought in by Tod Boehly, only Enzo was always consistent in his game. this season, he doesn't seem to stand out too much. or, I lack information because I rarely watch Chelsea matches this season. Chelsea's mistake was when Tod Boehly always interfered in bringing in or targeting the players they were after. supposedly, Tod should just sit back and let the sports director do the work. also, always involve the coach when they want to bring in the players they are after. let's look at their current squad, there are several players who were brought in from who knows where they came from. Tod should have involved the coach more in targeting the players he wanted. at least, the coach knows his team's shortcomings and brings in players who his team really needs. that's why so far Chelsea have had difficulty developing or improving their ranking, and how can Chelsea become like Manchester City. it's not just a matter of money, but choosing and bringing in the right players is the goal, and that's what City and Pep Guardiola are doing. meanwhile, Chelsea always targets players who have been targeted by other clubs first and Tod just follows the hype. but that doesn't mean Chelsea doesn't have depth in players, it's just that the absence of several injured players has made it difficult for Poche to explore as he wishes. apart from that, Poche did not give other players the opportunity to play even though the pure stickers they relied on always had difficulty scoring goals. currently, Chelsea is still in 10th place. if Poche is unable to bring Chelsea to finish in the top four. so be prepared, if Tod Boehly will kick Poche out of the Chelsea coaching chair.

Todd Boehly doesn't know so much about football, he is just signing players left, right and center, their transfer policy under Todd Boehly is somewhat flawed. Having said that, all the problems Chelsea has isn't the fault of the owner Todd, the players and manager are also culpable, quite a lot of these players were bought with a lot of money and their salaries are also pretty high; thus they ought to deliver more for the club than they are doing now. Chelsea are in a transition period, and the fans must understand that it will take sometime before they get back to their previous elite levels.

He didn't really understand the scheme of things to do as a club owner and tried to make Chelsea his own version of ideal which made the situation worse.
Firstly when the problems with the top brass that made several executives such as Petr Cech, Bruce Buck and Marina Granovskaia leave Chelsea even though their role at Chelsea was very good, especially the foresight in player management.

Yeah nothing special about Chelsea's victory because we know their opponents are at a lower level certainly very embarrassing if Chelsea can't win, while Chelsea play with the main squad. The most important thing is that this victory can motivate Chelsea players in the Premier League match they must be able to take a better place in the standings at least on top 6-5 honestly, the 10th place is not worthy for Chelsea. In the upcoming match Chelsea will face Fulham and Fulham is in high confidence after defeating Arsenal last week and Chelsea should be able to take advantage of the chance to play at home, this is not easy to predict but interesting to wait.

Based on statistics Chelsea looks better in the last 5 matches with 3 wins while Fulham with 2 wins and Chelsea have other advantages to playing as a home team, I know this is not easy for Chelsea but the last victory in the FA Cup can motivate them and Fulham may also be tired because of playing at the ELF Cup against Liverpool, with the addition of 3 points Chelsea will take place in the 7th place to replace Brighton.

This win can even help Pochettino to decrease pressure on this coach because I think recently he was even about to get fired from Chelsea because of the bad performance and bad results they got during this season even after all the money they spent.
