Since Chelsea had lost their previous two Premier League games, I wasn't sure if they would be able to win Crystal Palace in the second half, Whether they win in their first meeting. Crystal palace tried on the first half of the match by consistently maintaining there performance, however with the way the match ended everybody was surprised because on the first half crystal palace never gave Chelsea any space to perform because crystal palace was able to lock there position in other for Chelsea not to have any scoring opportunities and after crystal palace manage to score Chelsea one goal there performance increases but after they came back from the first half there performance changes they began to lose form which gave Chelsea the opportunity to take advantage and equalize on 47 minutes of the second half and after that goal crystal palace performance was totally disorganized and Chelsea began to dominate them.

However I was thinking the match will mostly end in draw because they were still playing 1-1 on the 90 minutes of the match but however crystal palace was not longer strong enough in performance to hold Chelsea with draw so Chelsea eventually use the space of 4 minutes and score the last two gosls, actually it was just very unfortunate for crystal palace because if they had been very consistent as the are during the first half of the match they would have either win Chelsea or hold them to a draw.

In the end, Chelsea snatched victory away from home as they win at Selhurst park with 3 goals to 1, with a brace from Conor Gallagher. Then victory means that Pochetino survives another weekend as Chelsea boss.

When will the good performance come from the Chelsea team ?

It was a good fight from them to snatch the points away from Crystal Palace, they played not so well but better than they used to play and Pochettino may have survived another week of being the manager. There have been chants by Chelsea fans demanding the owner to sack Pochettino as he is not capable of managing the team and leading them to success.

Chelsea have been very inconsistent with their performances and it even seemed like they were better when the league started, with this kind of players Chelsea should be batting amongst teams in the top 4 race but they seem to have secured a spot at no. 10 because they have been stuck their all season.

Maybe in the future with another manager Chelsea might perform better but I don’t see them performing better under pochettino.

Yeah we have to admit in this match Chelsea played well came as an away team they managed to dominate the match at the same time win the match but I don't think that this is Chelsea's resurrection because previously Chelsea were defeated 2 times so it can be said that Chelsea are inconsistent, unless Chelsea can win 2 more matches, maybe we can call it Chelsea's resurrection. Next week Chelsea will fight 2 strong teams on February 18 against Manchester City then against Tottenham well I think Chelsea will lose 5 points in these 2 matches lost against Manchester City and maybe a draw against Tottenham, that's why I say it will be difficult for Chelsea to take a better place in the standings. Indeed anything can happen in every match but for now we can compare the history of their match against a strong team especially against the teams that are struggling in the top 4.

Newcastle managed to get revenge on Nottingham and this was the victory they had been waiting for after the Magpies lost in the first round against Nottingham. In last week's match, Newcastle managed to steal full points at home to Nottingham and the match was very fierce for both teams. The result was 2-3 in favor of Newcastle and how both teams responded to each other's goals was something we very rarely saw in last week's matches.

Slowly but surely Newscastle have corrected their mistakes and they will try again to aim for a place in European competition and we know the gap with Manchester United is 5 points and I think that can still be realized if they continue to win every game. But still, it won't be easy considering that Manchester United has experienced a comeback recently and speaking of Newcastle's opponents this week, they should be able to get full points again because they will only be playing against Bournemouth.

Those two matches is not gonna be easy on Chelsea considering how inconsistent Chelsea has been on this season and how they have not been able to secure a good position on the premier League table do to there poor performance, however considering there history with Manchester City it maybe a bit difficult knowing what the outcome will be because no matter how inconsistent Chelsea is but whenever they meet Manchester City they perform with everything they have in other to make sure they never lose against Manchester City, so for me is a very difficult match to predict because there last meeting everybody was very certain that Manchester City will beat Chelsea but at the end Chelsea surprises everybody with the performance they putting on the match.

It's hard to believe if chelsea can take full points from the upcoming fixtures. The hard match for chelsea will be closed with the final of carabao cup against liverpool. Chelsea needs to keep with the good momentum but chelsea shall use the best line up for the upcoming match. It's hard to say that chelsea is going to take three points from city and totenham.

Im concerning about the performance from chelsea against palace. yeah it was palace and it's not a big club. So, i expect city to humiliate chelsea soon. This is very weird to say that if chelsea will able win all of these games. I think that chelsea will be losing against city.

Despite such a confident score, the game was very difficult for Chelsea. Newcastle are experiencing performance instability this season and yes, although Nottingham are only a team that is in the lower zone in the Premier League standings. But yes, the fact is that Newcastle can be defeated by Nottingham in the first meeting this season with a big score of 3-1 but unfortunately, Newcastle still almost failed to beat Nottingham in the second meeting . Overall Chelsea performance was inconsistent under Pochettino's direction, this victory was lucky because Crystal Palace could not provide competitive competition for Chelsea. The player material that Chelsea has should be able to reach a better position if they are able to maintain consistency in the game, the victory over Crystal Palace ended two bad results in the last two matches in the EPL. In the next match, there is no guarantee that Chelsea will be able to achieve maximum results because they will face very strong opponents in the EPL, Manchester City also really needs a win to maintain their chance of reaching first place.

Previously I said that H2H would still be the key to Chelsea's victory in the away match against Crystal Palace and even though Chelsea lost in two matches, the results would still be maximized. It was proven that even though Chelsea conceded first in the first half, it didn't mean they continued to make mistakes and immediately responded to the goal completely starting in the second half. As a result, Gallagher recorded a brace and one of them was the key goal for Chelsea's victory before it was finally sealed by the third goal scored by Enzo Fernandez.

I am happy that Chelsea has started to correct their mistakes and at least they are still quite safe and will never enter the relegation zone as long as they can continue their existing winning trend. I know it's difficult and there are still signs of doubt for Chelsea but they have to remember they have made a big investment since last season and at least the results should start to show even though the adaptation process will also take quite a long time.

Yes, statistics can be a way to predict match results, but I don't think that's a guarantee and we also have to see how the two clubs are doing.

Your hope was not coming true and chelsea got very good result in this match. I was not even expecting chelsea to play so good but that's last only for around 10 minutes. I meant chelse scored more goals at the late game which was making me to think that chelsea basically had no good gameplay against palace.
I was never expecting that if gallagher would be helping the club to collect at least two goals. It was so amazing to see that chelsea was getting three pointsm and you know that many people were not having high expectation for chelsea caused by poor performance consistently showed by the club.
They were losing their hope for chelsea and they are all now trying to think about it again. I hope that pochettino will able to help the club to perform better compared to the last season. Even though poch had bad start but he deserves more time to be a coach for chelsea.

Sometimes this club is performing good and sometimes it's not. I prefer to focus on how to take less risky bet when we must be betting for chelsea.
The double chance has always become main choice for me to pick when chelsea got strong club as its opponent. The way poch managing the club can't be predicted. Sometimes he puts A on the B position then he was also putting A back tot he his actual position.

Chelsea won Palace 1-3 and I believe the fans are having a great time at the moment, well is good to enjoy and celebrate their victory while stock last. I don't think the Blues should be comfortable with the 1-3 victory because they have to bare in mind that things are always going their way whenever they play alone, just like they did on Monday when they're the only ones who have a game to play.
That's by the way, on this encounter against Crystal Palace I don't have to give it all to Chelsea that they're on the right path and are back to winning ways, no, they're just managing to stay at the top of the second part of the table. I have this believe that the Blues are going to lose their next game and the one after that.
Chelsea is like a fallen building that they're trying to rebuild and the fans should expect the worst in their next 2 games. As it is, the Blues are not playing for anything, no top 4 no Europe competitions, just playing for the team to be ready for next season.

Yeah we have to admit in this match Chelsea played well came as an away team they managed to dominate the match at the same time win the match but I don't think that this is Chelsea's resurrection because previously Chelsea were defeated 2 times so it can be said that Chelsea are inconsistent, unless Chelsea can win 2 more matches, maybe we can call it Chelsea's resurrection. Currently Chelsea are still stuck in the 10th place and I'm not sure they can take a better place, as I said before Chelsea were unable to compete with Manchester United and Aston Villa to take places to the top 5.

Next week Chelsea will fight 2 strong teams on February 18 against Manchester City then against Tottenham well I think Chelsea will lose 5 points in these 2 matches lost against Manchester City and maybe a draw against Tottenham, that's why I say it will be difficult for Chelsea to take a better place in the standings. Indeed anything can happen in every match but for now we can compare the history of their match against a strong team especially against the teams that are struggling in the top 4.

Chelsea can't win 2 straight games and even if they try I can't say they're doing well or they're back to form. Newcastle managed to get revenge on Nottingham and this was the victory they had been waiting for after the Magpies lost in the first round against Nottingham. In last week's match, Newcastle managed to steal full points at home to Nottingham and the match was very fierce for both teams.
