Honestly, I am very optimistic to see Manchester United win again and continue the existing positive trend. So far in the last 3 matches they have managed to beat Wolves, West Ham and Aston Villa in fact I don't believe this team can be so convincing from now on. As much as I agree with you and would really want this season's title to be won by either liverpool or Arsenal, (Arsenal preferably), I do not think it's safe to conclude that Manchester city would lose point in their encounter with Chelsea later today, Manchester city will be playing this game with their full squad of players, and I don't think that Chelsea will have what it takes to beat Manchester city today, regardless of the fact that the previous game of this two clubs ended in a 4 - 4 draw, this was when Manchester city had most of their good players out due to injury, but all this players are now back at the moment, and I think beating Chelsea might possibly be a piece of cake for them.

Arsenal is still following behind city and liverpool. Salah is still performing so well despite the fact that if he was just recover from his injured recently.
