Yeah, I think Manchester has facing some challenges this year because in previous seesion they are strong team as compared to this session and Manchester city is third position in point table of Premier league. Actually to me, this Chelsea team is not that bad, just that the team is filled with under 21 players which is a problem when they are mostly playing against an experience team, though I believe that with time, they will grow and blend more with each other, but it's going to take them time, like 3 to 4 seasons before they might even get into the champions league position, because this Chelsea team am seeing so, have a very long way to go in terms of raising the standard back to the level of their glory days.
