It's actually true that Manchester city is still a very formidable side wether Erling halaand and kelvin de bruyne plays or not but I really do think that is only applied on the lower opposition, no disrespect to Aston villa, but the are not a top side, in as much as they are fourth in the table, if am not mistaken, and Manchester city have what it takes in their ranks to put away team like Aston villa regardless of the presence of haaland or kelvin de bruyne.

But against the bigger boys, they actually need the bigger players like kelvin de bruyne and Erling halaand for the bigger occasions, and of a truth, they will definitely struggle against the bigger teams especially when those players are absent, though it's a very moral busting win, which they will take into their fixtures against real madrid.

It's only natural that a player who has returned from a previous injury experiences less productivity and that will certainly also affect Haaland current performance so maybe most fans will say the same thing that Haaland role is not as productive as last season but for me that's not the case problem because he still makes a good contribution in every match.

Manchester United are among the teams that are struggling to make it into the top 4 and for some time now UTD haven't been doing well like they did last season where they score goals get points and you'd agree with me that they also played a very nice football.
I don't really know if the coach of the side, Manchester United is doing well to avoid being sacked this season or at the end of the season. ETH haven't done anything impressive for Man UTD and this season is really disgraceful for a team like UTD to be in a confused state because they're not playing as a team who wants to win and is really disturbing, if I'm to blame it should be the coach.
In as much as they're some how close in jumping into the top 4 it doesn't show any sign that they're doing well, to me these guys are confused for real and if we compare them to the Blues I'd say Chelsea are better then UTD. Tonight is going to decide that.
As for ETH, I don't know if he would escape this season, he has only led the UTD team to a poor performance and is getting worse in every game and these young ones won't do any better, the new owners might sack him anytime soon.

I think the cause is not only due to injury suffered by Halland, but since the start of the season Man City have not been able to play with Kevin De Bruyne. Chelsea has been so popular as a billion pounds bottle job clubs. It's not a good result for Ten Hag if his club draws or loses against Chelsea. Winning the game is a must to ensure United has an even slim chance of qualifying for the UCL.
