Manchester City have changed the dream of Aston Villa to make it to the Champions League next season but still no hope is lost they still have more matches to play and i still have 100% hope for them if the can maintain their stand by not losing any match again till the end of the season because Tottenham that are there competitor still have some huge matches remaining which am pretty sure they can't win all the matches, their tough matches are Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool, at this stage Tottenham decide who to win the trophy because the points gap is small, Tottenham Hotspur can't win this three games all together that is why I said i have hope for Aston Villa.

Regarding Haaland issues he is very weak with goals now even with the full squad, he have to put himself together if not he will be irrelevant in the team, he needs to change his pattern of playing to allow himself to be relevant, Foden is busy doing what Haaland supposed to be doing and his name is even louder than Haaland's name which is very bad for Haaland.

On the other hand Liverpool can not lose the chance of winning Sheffield United so have the same point with Manchester city, no hope for Manchester city because the Liverpool will not lose the match.

With their next match with Sheffield united, we can say that Liverpool might still maintain it's lead among the 3 contenders. It's hard to guess what will happen in the match, because at this time sometimes Manchester and chelsea play quite well in  match but often they also experience embarrassing results due to their poor play, I personally might bet on a draw or score above 2 goals created in the match and honestly to make favorite one of the teams to win the game is of course at risk of losing money,  At the moment both are in inconsistent form in the league and of course this season has been their worst in recent years.

I've noticed that as well and I think the entire vision of Pep towards football has changed in the last year and even if City doesn't look as deadly as it looked last year , they are still a very strong team , adapting to a new style and still fighting for both EPL and UCL trophies so like you said , I think this is a win-win situation for Club , Guardioala and the players. I would not draw such serious conclusions against the backdrop of the slight decline that Haaland is now experiencing. The main problem now for those who criticize him is their high expectations given the way he spent his first season in City.
